Muffige Handtücher, fleckenreiche Decke, Dusche war unten nicht sehr sauber, allgemeine Sauberkeit war nicht so optimal. Leider war eine große Baustelle vor der Wohnung und unter der Woche war es sehr laut…

La posizione è perfetta, vicinissima al centro e strategica per muoversi a piedi. Un valore aggiunto è l'estrema gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria, sempre attenta a farci sentire a casa. • Masłowska (10/5): Polecam obiekt że względu na lokalizację - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w samym centrum miasta. Blisko stacji oraz przystanków autobusowych. Bardzo elegancki apartament, dwupoziomowy. Niewygodny , bardzo miękki materac -spało się jak na hamaku. Brak czegokolwiek do umycia choćby kubka czy szklanki. Szmatki, płynu, ręcznika papierowego. Brak stołu i krzeseł, jest tylko bufet i hokery. Brak wieszaka na kurtki, szafy tylko na dole.

• Erin (10/5): Amazing place, great location with all amenities - Great location close to the train station but tucked back on a quiet street. Short walk to everything. Barbara was very helpful with giving recommendations about how to get to the sites and where to eat. The property is very comfortable and has been finished with nice details. The kitchen lights are too low, you bump your head into the sink light every time you try to use the sink.

Hele vriendelijke host die ons meteen de leuke plekjes aanwees op de kaart. Het bed vonden wij te zacht en te laag. En heel jammer van de bouwwerkzaamheden smorgens vroeg maar dit is natuurlijk maar tijdelijk.

• YACHEN (10/5): - The location of the property is fantastic. Right in the city center but with a parking space. The only one thing that should be aware of is that there is construction work right in front of the house. Since my stay was during the holiday so there was no actual construction work happened.

Obiekt bardzo klimatyczny i przytulny, świetnie zlokalizowany przy samym centrum. Dodatkowo posiada prywatny parking - co jest ogromnym atutem, bo zaparkowanie auta w centrum Cagliari graniczy z cudem :) -

• Pedro (9/5): Superb - Spacious apartment located in the heart of the city, with good access to public transport. The host, Barbara, gave us great tips to explore during our stay. The bed was too soft and the mattress needs changing. Internet is not the best and unstable
• Stephen (10/5): Comfortable apartment in an amazing location close to the heart of Cagliari with private parking. - The location in the centre of Cagliari is great, close to the restaurants and bars as well as easy access to the main routes out of Cagliari. The parking is secure and private behind a secure gate. The apartment is comfortable with a simple kitchenette and bathroom with a small washing machine. Plenty of hot water for the shower. The bedroom is downstairs in the basement and even with the window open was quiet and peaceful at night. The mobile phone reception for phone calls is not that good especially in the bedroom, probably due to the thick walls, but is fine outside. The kitchenette was missing plates and bowls, though there are plenty of bars, restaurants and coffee shops nearby that this is not an issue.

• Andrej (10/5): Beautiful vacation in beautiful apartment on beautiful island of Sardegna - Apartment is beautiful, has a lot of space, with air-condition in living room and also in bedroom. Location is perfect, just 1 minute walk to the center. The host Barbara was very generous and kind, gave us great recommendations for the beaches and restaurants. We also had a parking in front of the apartment. We are definitely recommending this apartment, the city of Cagliari and Sardegna. -

• Bugeja (10/5): This was our first visit to Cagliari and Sardinia in general, but it will not be our last. - This property is exceptional in every way. It is conveniently located within walking distance from both the train station and Piazza Yenne, where many cafes, restaurants (and the CRAI supermarket) are also to be found. It is very well-furnished and clean. The host even provided a welcome introductory provision of snacks, coffee pods and light beverages, and offered many helpful tips to make our stay even more pleasant. The city itself has a lot of history and we especially enjoyed walking around to visit the attractions, but... a word of advice, make sure to take comfortable walking shoes and be prepared for some uphill treks and steps too, but it will all be worth it! We have no negative comments about our stay.

• Irina (9/5): Superb - Fantastic host, very kind, accommodating and friendly. 10* to her, she was a great help. Beautifully decorated flat. Central location. Below is the review not to criticise the landlady but rather a help to the fellow holiday-makers who could plan their stay accordingly as I wish someone wrote this before I stayed here. - This is a two level flat. The bedroom is located in the basement and the mouldy smell there is quite strong. I guess there isnt much to do with the dampness.. towels also had a mildew smell. - Parking was 20€ per day, there are white lines 500m away to park for free.
