• Valentina 23 (10/5): Consigliatissima - Appartamento piccolo ma accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario. Letto comodo, doccia spaziosa, cucina fornita di tutto il necessario. Host gentile e super disponibile per qualunque cosa. La struttura è ottima, forse un po' scomoda la via per il parcheggio ma alla fine si trova sempre qualche posto

• HAMED (8/5): - Location is in a calm neighborhood and only few km to Tivoli so I think having car is necessary. Street parking is available around the block and finding spot was not an issue fo us.. The owner was super helpful and available for any issue. There were only minor issue that the owner tried to fix immediately 😀.

Molto graditi i dolcetti per la colazione. Sì trova in zona residenziale molto tranquilla. Letto molto comodo. Contatti con l'host, molto gentile, facili e immediati.

• Nona12 (2/5): Very poor - Black mold not only on shower walls, but even on curtain. Bed behind the wall, almost no space between bed and walls. No fresh air in this area because of this. No windows, only glass in door. Written warning from owner: dont use kitchen to cook fish or smth, its just for snacks )))

• Sophie (10/5): Exceptional - A perfect spot as you can easily bus or train to Rome and it is a short bus ride up the hill to Tivoli. Easy parking and straightforward to find. Stefano was a superb host. He was friendly and welcoming and contacted us during our stay to check we were all OK. The unit is private and set up beautifully. We highly recommend staying at Cozy House!
