• Ezgi (9/5): Excellent Price-Performance Balance - The location of the house is quite nice. It is suitably sized for 2 people, though 3 can also stay. The host is very helpful. Due to the building being old, there is a bit of a bug problem. The air conditioners caused nasal congestion for both of us, so there might be an issue with filter cleaning. The washing machine works but leaks water onto the floor.

• Rafał (8/5): - Bardzo fajny obiekt, w centrum miasta, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem na komunikatorze. Dość skomplikowany dojazd do parkingu (ok 200 m od apartamentu) ale informacje przysłane prze właściciela były jasne i pomocne.
• vale (4/5): - La posizione centrale Appartamento con poca pulizia generale e poca attenzione ai dettagli: contenitori del sapone vuoti e spazzolone del wc senza manico. Materasso e coprimaterasso del divano-letto sporchi, capelli nel porta stoviglie, lavatrice che aveva perso acqua nel pavimento. Mancavano lenzuola e asciugamani per 2 dei 4 ospiti, ci siamo dovuti arrangiare per recuperarli al settimo piano ed erano ancora bagnati! Condominio vecchio, con odori sgradevoli negli spazi comuni. Trovati tre scarafaggi nella doccia.

• __m_ (9/5): Para repetir - Ubicación estupenda. Comunicación muy fluida con Francisco, en todo momento se mostró atento. Está bastante nuevo y me sentí cómoda y segura. Todo funcionó a la perfección. Sábanas viejas (muy usadas, para cambiar) y debería mejorarse la limpieza (encontré pelos de no sé quién...)
• Nikitas (6/5): Pleasant - Excellent location, very close to the center of the old town. It was not clean. A coffee cup with lipstick. Hair on the floor, the kitchen counter and on towel. The floor was not clean. Sheets with stains. Limited coffee capsules.
• Iuliana (9/5): Superb - The location is more than great. Even if the location is in the city center, the area is kind of quiet. The option of having the possibility to park your car safe near the location for an extra charge is a great advantage. The apartment is overall cozy and welcoming. The owner is helpful as well. The apartment was preatty clean. Good option to visit Granada. The sofa looks a bit worn out, in the bathroom there was a smell coming from the drains, which is usually possible in the old city centers. The golden rule of house keeping is knocking at the door before entering the room as there were some minutes left until check-out hour ;)

• Katalin (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation is in the center, in a well-accessible location. It is easily accessible from the bus station. All attractions are within walking distance. Based on the information received from the host, it is easy to get to the apartment, which is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The apartment is very clean, sometimes a little noisy in the evening due to the entertainment venues in the area. just one suggestion: a toaster would be useful

• Roxanne (10/5): great place - really nice place to stay very clean and tidy. bed was super comfortable. kitchen was great. they provided laundry detergent so that was helpful. the host francisco was very good at communicating and very quick at replying. check in was super easy. they even have netflix. couple of things to note: maybe a couple more pots for the kitchen and basic condiments also maybe a few more knives. and a clothes horse would have been great. everything was great.

• Claudio (9/5): Great location in casco historico - It'd be excellent for a couple, the sofa bed was not comfortable for an adult third person. Location right in the old town, close to everything. Beautiful apartment and great bathroom. Very nice communication and recommendations. If driving, there is parking nearby on Angel Ganivet 9, it's modern and with ample access for €22/day. The one offered by the property administration is in an old hotel, it's cumbersome to access, three levels down, hard to drive because of the pillars that aren't well distributed and you have to be an expert driver to back up and correct direction, particularly if you drive a big car there is a high probability of scratching your car, and it costs us €18/day. Although it was uneventful for us, retrospectively it wasn't worth it.

• Mitali (10/5): Beautiful, clean, safe home in a great area of Granada, walking distance to tourist attractions, groceries, and restaura - Spacious and clean, all amenities needed were provided Construction just outside (only during working hours), people loudly entering and exiting the building at 4am

• Natasa (9/5): Superb - Very nice flat in the perfect location. Very well equipped, comfortable for 4 of us (2 adults+2 children). The parking place (in a garage) was separated from the accommodation, in a nearby hotel. Since the apartment and the hotel are in the city center where traffic is forbidden, we had an issue leaving the luggage and then finding the garage. The host was so kind and helped us to avoid parking tickets.

It has a fee of 17.5 euro per 24hrs and very close to the apartment. Smoking neighbour, bathroom sink didn't drain well, no salt and olive oil, no water cook

• Neele (9/5): We had a great time and we would stay again! - Great location with a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment is in a perfect condition - all furnitures are new. The host was very nice and helpful. Living in the center has of course the disadvantage that it is a bit louder at night on weekends (Granada has a great nightlife to offer). But, with earplugs sleeping was no problem.
