• ΒΑΣΙΛΙΚΗ (3/5): - Δεν Έχει σχέση την φώτο 1 ήταν στην ταράτσα ασανσέρ μέχρι τον 8ο μετά με τα πόδια στην ταράτσα πόρτα ξανά πόρτα σε πιάνει φόβος βαφτισμενο σουίτα ούτε πλαϊνά Έχει ψαθες νιώθεις εκτεθειμένος μην έρθει κανένας παράθυρο μεγάλο και σπασμένο στην μια πλευρά και στόρια δεν έχει δύο βραδυα δεν έκλεισα μάτι ήμουν και με το παιδί μου κομμένη τέντα όλο επίπεδα ειδικά στην τουαλέτα το κλιματιστικό πολύ θόρυβο το ασανσέρ επίσης και δίπλα στο στρώμα γιατί κρεβατι δεν υπάρχει μυρμήγκια δεν θα ξαναπήγαινα να με πλήρωναν

• MARIA (9/5): - Φοβερή τοποθεσία στο κεντρο Πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα και καθαρό Πολύ ωραία θέα και άνετο μπαλκόνι ιδανικό και για σκυλάκια Δεν ειχε θέση πάρκινγκ και στην Θεσσαλονίκη κέντρο πιο εύκολα βρίσκεις κροκόδειλο παρά θέση πάρκινγκ. Την πρώτη μέρα είχαμε ζεστό νερό την επόμενη όχι, ενημερώσαμε τον διαχειριστή αλλά δεν πήραμε κάποια απάντηση.

• Vasileios (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία, η θέα από το κατάλυμμα, το μέγεθος του δωματίου και οι παροχές. Γενικά ένα cozy δωμάτιο με πρόσβαση σε όλα τα σημαντικά μέρη της πόλης. Ήταν λίγο άβολη η διαφορά στο επίπεδο μέσα στο δωμάτιο, ειδικά στην τουαλέτα ενώ θα μπορούσε και ο καναπές να είναι λίγο πιο βολικός και καθαρός. Το 1ο βράδυ έγινε μια μικρή επιδρομή από 3-4 μικρά έντομα, λόγω βροχής. Δύσκολο το παρκάρισμα στην περιοχή καθώς και το ανέβασμα στο δωμάτιο αν έχεις μεγάλες βαλίτσες.

Διορθώνεται εύκολα με ένα φρεσκαρισματακι. 2.Το καναπεδάκια απέναντι από την τηλεόραση έχει έναν μεγάλο λεκέ. Ήμαρτον!!Πλύσιμο του καλύμματος, δίπλα είναι το πλυντήριο. 3.Βαλτε ένα σαπουνακι ρε παιδιά, δεν υπάρχει ενοικιαζομενο διαμέρισμα χωρίς ένα σαπουνακι στο μπάνιο. Πόσο κοστίζει πια?

• Katja (4/5): Piittaamaton majoittaja - Sijainti ja patja ok Wc:n pönttö ei huuhdellut ja vettä valui lattialle.Majoittaja ei reagoinut mitenkään vikaan,ei edes vastannut viesteihin.mitä jos lattialla olisi ollut pari senttiä vettä niin kuka olisi auttanut🫣.Onneksi osasin itse ”ensiapua” ja pari päivää pystyi elämään ongelman kanssa. Asunto tarvitsee pikaista remonttia(nuhjuinen,aikansa elänyt) ja kuvat eivät vastaa valitettavasti nyky tilannetta. Majoittaja joustamaton uloskirjautumisessa vaikka toista varausta ei ollut tulossa.

• Alexandra (6/5): - L'emplacement du logement était parfait pour pouvoir visiter la ville à pied. L'appartement est proche de commerces de tout type. La vue de la terrasse est à couper le souffle, il est agréable d'y être installé. La porte de la machine à laver était cassée la rendant inutilisable. Le rideau de douche est un peu court laissant l'eau de la douche couler... La climatisation peut-être perçue comme trop forte.

• Margarita (6/5): Mediocre room, excellent location though - excellent location the place was very poorly made, the bathroom was rusty and looked old and really small. The steps in the bathroom didnt really leave place to move around. Plus there was a glass door separating the bathroom from the rest of the apartment which made things worse. The fitted sheet was torn and didnt well...fit!

• Nicola (8/5): Amazing location - The check-in instructions were clear, concise and very easy to follow. The apartment was in a fantastic location surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants, and yet, it was quiet at night. Probably one of the cleanest apartments I've ever stayed in and the decor was fresh and modern with everything that we needed. The shower was a bit small and the curtain didn't quite reach the tray but the water temperature was constant. We loved the massive patio and grassed area with seats and loungers. This apartment really isn't suitable for people with mobility issues. The description says that upper floors have an elevator but it only goes to floor 8. The apartment is on floor 9! There are also lots of steps within the apartment (including one in the bathroom going up to the toilet).

The apartment itself is newly designed and refurbished with the most comfortable bed ever!!! The location couldn’t be better. The value for the price was great!!! Highly recommended!! • Naomi (10/5): Perfect penthouse in Thessaloniki - This is a beautiful penthouse perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Everything is in mint condition and the location couldn’t be better. I absolutely love this place!! A few hiccups at checkin but no big deal.

• Eva (9/5): In the heart of beautiful Thessaloniki! - Beautiful apartment with a big balcony/terrace, just like the pictures! The location is just perfect, right in the heart of Agias Sofias square and only a few meters away from Tsimiski, Aristotelous Square and everything you might need! The communication with the host was very good and I was able to check out a bit later than 11:00. No schampoo or conditioner was provided. You need to open 4 doors to get into the apartment (great for safety but a bit of a struggle if you are in and out all day). Elevator doesn't go all the way, however you still hear it in the apartment - so earplugs are advisable for a good night sleep.

The flat is spacious but the bathroom is crammed - it is what it is... The terrace view is great, a nice quiet way to spend some time in the center of Thessaloniki... The weird Greek way of saving electrical energy...
