Así puedes disfrutar de las ciudad hasta tu salida de la misma. La calidad del colchón deberia mejorarse con un colchón de muelles. Mi espalda sufrió bastante al ser un colchón blando.

Ręczniki i pościel czyste, mieszkanie czyste, kuchnia wyposażona WIFI działa. Gospodarz Diego - miły i pomocny w każdej kwestii. Trochę zapach ze złej wentylacji w łazience ale jest to kwestia starej kamienicy w samym centrum a nie braku czystości - mimo tego ja na pewno tam wrócę!

• Leanne (9/5): Amazing location! - This is the most amazing location - right around the corner from the Pantheon. It was within walking distance from lots of great restaurants and other attractions. We spent very little time in the room as we were out exploring. Easy to communicate and get the key, and nice having the space to ourselves. Nothing really!

The washing machine was great. Perfect central location. The dishwasher was a bit tricky to work. The one shower leaked. There was plastic on the matrass of the sofa bed which made a lot of noise.

• Amanda (8/5): Steps away from Pantheon - Great location if you want to be right in the middle of everything. We didn’t really hear to much noise from the crowds right outside of the window. There is a small elevator to bring luggage up or 1-2 people. Diego is friendly and helped settle us in. He was very easy to reach the entire stay. I liked having 2 bathrooms. The beds are a little uncomfortable and the couch bed is a rough nights sleep. Having 2 bathrooms is great but one of the bathrooms can be tricky and leak if you are not careful. Also sometimes a urine smell would come up through the sewer pipes.

• Maria (10/5): A perfectly clean, comfortable apartment with breathtaking views of the Pantheon! - The apartment was absolutely perfect. Its location couldn’t be better—right in front of the Pantheon, placing us in the very center of Rome with everything just steps away. Inside, the apartment was spotless and incredibly clean, which made us feel comfortable from the start. The space itself was cozy and well set up, with a great temperature throughout our stay. On top of all that, the view from the windows was truly breathtaking—being able to look out at the Pantheon every day was unforgettable. The washing machine didn’t work very well. When we tried to close it, we weren’t able to do it.

La terraza interior estaba muy sucia. Falta reformar el baño y menaje en la cocina era muy justo. El colchón de la cama doble no era cómodo.

Los colchones no sirven más hace bastante tiempo. Instalaciones en mal estado. La ducha no funciona bien. Creo que ya no volveré. Estube hace dos años y desde entonces parece que no le hacen mantenimiento.

We even bought bleach and cleaned it ourselves . Still after cleaning you could still smell it . Building works it’s going on next door with is very close to our walls . • Jamil (8/5): Highly recommend for the location alone! - The location of the property is beyond amazing! We literally walked everywhere and didn’t need to use any public transportation or taxis. The apartment is very spacious and had 2 bathrooms which is extremely rare! The bathrooms are in need of quite some maintenance. One of the showers leaks so much water no matter what we did to stop it, it made the shower basically unusable. Next to one of the bedrooms there are some construction works that woke us up quite early .

• Edwin (5/5): Basic, good enough but not luxurious. - Location was great. Close to major sites, walking distance. There is a washing machine, clothes hanging line, stove, oven. Staff is helpful when checking to explain everything. It’s not a luxury apartment, but a basic/standard one. Needs renovation. Some works done at 8am, there were loud drilling and hammering in the building, really disruptive. There is no microwave. The bathroom needs some renovation. There is no fan to suck the steam after a hot shower so you need to open the windows, but there are restaurants around so you will smell the cooking oil. Washing machine is moldy. Smells mouldy too. Could see some insects on the bed sometimes. Not sure where they came from. Not enough toilet paper for - 4 people for 5 days we got 4 rolls. No refill. Some light bulbs are not working. Cushion on the couch smells a bit.

• Aggelos (9/5): Perfect location, comfortable stay - The location is perfect for exploring Rome—everything is within walking distance, with the Pantheon just 50 meters away. The apartment is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a family of five, and the kitchen is well-equipped for preparing family meals. Diego was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. There was an unpleasant odor coming from the toilet in the bathrooms, which affected our overall comfort while using the bathroom. Both bathrooms would benefit from some renovation, as several fixtures appear worn and outdated.
• Helen (7/5): Great location. Good but not luxury. You're paying for the location. - Location. Two bedrooms. Good wi fi. Kitchen facilities. Dishwasher. Beds were comfortable. Great base. Couch was not suitable. Cushions kept falling off as it's a sofa bed. Second bathroom stunk and was pretty much avoided. It had the walk in shower but the doors didn't meet in the middle so just flooded the room. Second bedroom looked out at scaffolding. Woken at 7.30/45 each morning to builder banging on the property next door. Dated. Needs a spruce up.

Very nice apartment in the heart of Rome, 30 meters from the Pantheon you can see every morning once you open the building door! Very quick and efficient communication with Diego both for Check-in and Check-out. Very clean. Perfect for a couple or a family with 2 kids. Can’t recommend enough! I was concerned before arrival because of some comments about the size of the apartment, but we found it large enough for our family. And when in Rome you spend most of your days outside strolling in the city anyway.

• Louise (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was in a great location. We walked to the colluseum, Vatican and many other sites around Rome. You can see pillars of the pantheon when you walk out the front door. Diego messaged us on whatsapp to organise everything before our arrival and met us for check-in. He showed us how everything worked and was very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

• Bianca (7/5): It’s okay, lots of things in the facilities can be improved but overall not bad — right where the action is and the staf - Amazing location! Literally steps away from the Pantheon. Lots of food spots in the area. Right where the action is. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Responsive owners or staff and they helped us book our taxis. The garbage at the entrance “lobby” is a bit of a turn off when you enter but I think that’s typical. The management only gave two rolls of tissue paper for our three night stay and four guests — so we ended up having to get our own (bec they can’t give you more until next day). The shower is actually the worst one out of 10 properties we stayed at during our trip around Europe. Some lights weren’t working.

The Accom had all we needed to either prep food at home or easy options for eating out or getting supplies from the local supermarket. The apartment was clean, well appointed and great wifi. N/A

• Kristine (5/5): Great location but wish I hadn’t been lied to. - I liked having a full apartment that was close to a lot of things. The washing machine worked great once they finally told me how to work it. I was worried about it taking long for the clothes to dry, but the clothes hanger was able to hold a lot and the hot air blowing out of the ac vent dried the clothes quickly. The wifi worked great, but only in the living room. The half of the bedroom closest to the living room had a very weak signal and the other half of the bedroom and bathroom had no signal. Seems like 1st world problem, but it’s more than that. I had no cell signal due to the building material, so wifi was the only way I could use my phone. I was told when I booked that there would be an elevator to my floor (2nd). Nope. It stops halfway between the 2nd and 3rd. I’m a disabled vet and not having to do stairs was the whole point in renting this particular apartment. Only provided 2 small rolls of TP for 3 people for a 5night/6 day stay. Make sure you bring some.

• A (10/5): Wonderful location and comfortable accommodation. Door to door service from airport to apartment. - The location was excellent. With ristorante right at our doorstep, and the wonderful Pantheon as our neighbour! We only had one set of keys which made it very difficult for a family of four going in and out. Two sets would have made our stay more comfortable.
• Reina (9/5): Close to everything - The location was great! So central to everything. Walked to almost everything and if needed a taxi it was a short inexpensive ride. 3 taxi stands really close by so easy to find one when needed. Restaurants right out the front door along with gelato shops and souvenirs. The restaurant next door was the best, good food, good prices, good staff so we ate there often. There was also a few grocery stores very close by. The apartment itself was comfortable for our family of two adults and two tweens. Beds comfortable. The adults had a large bed in the bedroom and kids shared the pullout sofa. Good size bathroom and tub/shower. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook basic food. On second story but has stairs or elevator. The managers very responsive and helpful. Arranged transport to and from airport. Responded immediately to a small leak in hallway and to bring us toilet paper. Washing machine for laundry worked great and they supplied more detergent on request. They had a drying rack that made it convenient for us to do laundry. Had a few windows but just looked onto internal courtyards, fine for us. We couldn’t get the dishwasher to work even after asking but not an issue as we didn’t use much dishes. The bathroom is in the bedroom so for the kids to use it they have to go through our bedroom, but wasn’t a problem for us.

• Jarosław (10/5): Exceptional - The greatest advantage of the flat is its location (Next to the Pantheon) and the friendly staff. There were no problems at all. There is a fantastic restaurant called "Tratoria Seminario" below the flat. Highly recommended. The second advantage of this place was the possibility to use the host when it came to ordering a taxi from the airport to the flat.

• Em (4/5): Disappointed, location the only upside. - We were disappointed from the moment we arrived at the EVE Luxury Apartments Pantheon. The apartment certainly wasn't luxurious like the name would suggest. The apartment itself was much smaller than it appeared in the photos on booking.com and the apartment wasn't cleaned to the level that we would have expected for the tariff. Generally speaking, the apartment and all its furnishings felt tired. Whilst the apartment is situated in a great location and close to all attractions, this was the only upside of our stay. Although we had read the reviews about the bathroom, we decided to give it the benefit of the doubt but sadly it was worse than described in other reviews. It was the most poorly designed bathroom we've ever had to use and totally dysfunctional - with 3 x steps to get up to the top of the bath / shower edge and then a big step down into the bath / shower - this could be very problematic not only for the elderly or people with mobility issues, but everyone as its slippery and dangerous when both entering and exiting. The shower screen leaked, causing all belongings on the bench below to become wet. We had to use a towel to try and prevent damage and danger to the hairdryer located right next to the leaking shower. In addition, the bathroom was not clean, much like the rest of the apartment but this coupled with general wear and tear, it was certainly substandard. The quilts for the pull out sofa hadn't been laundered in what appeared a long time and had visible blood stains on them, with no quilt cover available. The pillows were awful and didn't have pillow protector slips. Again, extremely un-hygienic to not use pillow protectors that are laundered after every guest. All the cupboards were full of untidy sheets, dirty blankets, old boxes, a filthy ironing board cover etc. Not to mention, the safe deposit box was located on the very bottom of the main bedroom cupboard and totally unaccessible without getting down on your hands and knees. All 6 x umbrellas that were left for our convenience in the main foyer of the apartment were broken (which would have been great as it was in-fact raining during our stay). Lastly, we were only given one set of keys which was rather inconvenient for our group as it meant we all needed to stay in contact throughout the day and couldn't come and go as we pleased. I certainly would not recommend this apartment to friends or family.

• Peter (9/5): Superb - Spacious apartment in excellent location. Despite being in a busy area the apartment was very quiet. Lovely tall ceilings; good a/c unit. Excellent choice of restaurants in the district; nice being so close to the Pantheon. Our apartment (at the rear) was ideal for two people; it would be less good for four.

• Joseph (6/5): Good location but it was not as nice as the pictures, needs a refresh. - Good location. A lot of great restaurants, coffee and gelato close by. Lobby area was dirty and always full of garbage bags. The stairwell leading to the apartment was very run down with wires hanging out of the wall. Showering was difficult with steps to get up to the shower and then a sunken tub. If you are elderly or have a disability it would be a major problem. We wanted to use the washing machine but there was a bad smell coming from the inside.

• Tony (10/5): Stunning apartment, fantastic location, 5 stars! - Beautiful apartment a stone's throw from The Pantheon, air conditioned, clean, comfortable beds, very happy thank you Nothing, all was lovely although a chopping board and tea towels would've been handy :-)
• Veenapani (7/5): Good - The location was out of the world. The staff was warm and responsive. Clean apartment. Very hospitable. Nice kitchenette. Washing machine, drying rack, bath and shower. Lovely cafes below. Pantheon next door literally. Trevis fountain and Spanish steps at walking distance. Lovely vibe at the two squares nearby. The AC was less effective. I needed to ask for a fan which they responded to. Be sure to ask for a fan for each of the two rooms to supplement the AC
• Karina (9/5): Superb - Brilliant location. Quiet, spacious accommodation. Very welcoming and accommodating hosts. Great kitchen, shower and beds.
