Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00 PM and Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival and departure time.
Cleaning services are daily provided between 09:00 and 13:30. Bed linens and towels are changed every 3 nights for stays of 7 days or more, and this service is included in the price.
Any additional change of bed linens beyond the scheduled service is available upon request at an extra charge of €20 per bed set.
Guests who do not wish for cleaning staff to enter their unit can use the relevant signage on the door and inform the property in advance.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Mimi (9/5): - A quiet spot in the heart of the old town - has a very Italian vibe in a way. Getting to the property might be a bit of challenge with big suitcases but other than that a lovely place. There are several beach bars within a 10 min walk, several restaurant and a small supermarket.

- Petra (10/5): - A szálláson volt minden, amire szükségünk lehet. Kicsi szállás, de négyen kényelmesen elfértünk. Közel a kikötő, ahova gyalog kényelmesen eljutottunk, onnan pedig busszal vagy taxival bejárható a sziget. Minden nap jöttek takarítani, egyszer lecserélték az összes ágyneműt, törülközőket. Amikor kezdett kifogyni a kávé, azt is újratöltötték. Nincs ilyen.

- Simona (10/5): If you ever come to Skiathos, you have to stay right here - This apartment was everything (and more) that we hoped it would be. It was beautiful, well equipped, nicely furnished and it had all the facilities that you need. Martha was a super host! She was so helpful and nice. We got our trash cleaned out, fresh towels, organized bed sheets, toilet paper… - hotel room quality service. The beds were comfortable, the balcony was super cute and the location was amazing - quiet but walkable to the city center. If we ever come back to Skiathos, we’ll definitely stay here again. It is the best value for money that you can get. Only thing we would recommend is putting a door in the shower as the water gets everywhere + some kitchen roll to clean up the dishes.

- Tsveta (10/5): Really cozy and super clean apartment. - The apartment has a great location, is very clean, and they keep it that way all the time. We had everything we needed there. It is in the old town, but is above the restaurants, so it’s quiet in the evening. It’s cozy and there are small grocery stores nearby. Even though the tap water is not drinkable there, they provided us with a few bottles in the fridge at the begging of our stay. Whenever we asked for something extra, they always took care of it.
- Reem (10/5): Absolutely lovely! - Very clean. Very nice and understanding staff. Complementary cookies, water, salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil, dish soap, shampoo and shower gel. All appliances are in top condition. We had everything we needed to feel home. Absolutely lovely! Nothing much really. If we have to give suggestions, we would say maybe laundry detergent would be nice, shower settings could be tweaked a bit to give warm water instead of too hot, and recycling bins would be good. Parents with strollers are gonna have a bit of a climb up, but that applies to all the island not just this accomodation.

The girls served us daily and the house was spotlessly clean. I think it is the best choice in Skiathos. By the way, the location is amazing with the sea and the center.

- Elena (8/5): Very good - The host was really welcoming and friendly. She gave us lots of helpful advice about the property as well as the island. The location is very good, only 5 minutes away from bus stop 4, and around a 10 minute walk from the city centre. It's close to a bakery which was always helpful in the morning. The shower had very good water pressure. The property was cleaned frequently. The house being painted green made it very easy to find as most houses are white and very similar looking.
