• Olha (10/5): Затишна квартира, в яку хочеться повертатися ❤️ - Чудова, затишна квартира. На кухні є все необхідне для приготування їжі. Ліжко дуже зручне і в квартирі тихо, не чути ні сусідів, ні звуків з вулиці. Дуже зручне розташування, всі визначні місця в пішій доступності, море - хвилин 15 спокійної ходьби. Квартира розташована на верхньому поверсі, потрібно підніматися сходами, для нас це не було проблемою, але це повинні враховувати ті, кому важко підійматися нагору без ліфту. Господар був дуже привітний, відповідав на всі запитання, допоміг нам з таксі, для нас було приготовано багато смаколиків, чай, кава, вода. Із задоволенням повернемось сюди знову 😊
• Ivanov (10/5): - Страхотна локация точно до стария град. Много удобно легло и лесна комуникация по WhatsApp. Домакинът беше заредил кухнята със солидно количество чай, кафе и дребни сладки, а в хладилника имаше и бутилка Лимончело. Стълбите са доста, но не особен проблем.
• Emy (7/5): - The location is amazing (everything is in a good walking distance)! Also, the building is very nice (besides the many stairs) and the bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed some nice evenings on the balcony. We can only recommend the owners recommendation list of restaurants! :) Unfortunately there were problems with the water pressure, especially when taking a shower. The TV is very old (no netflix etc.) and there are limited channels available. We couldn't use it at all.

• Iwona (9/5): Warto skorzystać z oferty Giuseppe. POLECAM!!! - Lokalizacja obiektu bardzo dobra zarówno w stosunku do dworca 1,4 km - pieszo ok. 20 minut, jak i starego miasta 7 minut. W pobliżu przystanek autobusowy 16 i wielu innych. Można powiedzieć, że zamek Svevo ( bardzo polecam zwiedzić) i Via delle Orecchiette na "wyciągniecie ręki". Apartament przestronny, czysty, dający poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Bardzo wygodne łóżko ( przydatne po całodziennym zwiedzaniu). Na wyposażeniu wystarczająca ilość wieszaków do ubrań, żelazko, deska do prasowania, robot sprzątający roomba, duża lodówka ze smakołykami od właściciela. Jeśli ktoś chce gotować jest płyta indukcyjna i garnki ( ale wokół tyle smacznych miejsc, że lepiej z nich korzystać). Malutka łazienka z prysznicem. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry.

• Tjitse (9/5): Een prachtig appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een aangenaam verblijf - Alle spullen en benodigdheden voor een verblijf zijn in het appartement aanwezig. De host is zeer royaal. De slaapkamer is ruim en heeft een mooi balkon. De badkamer met het toilet bevindt zich direct naast de keuken. Dit is minder comfortabel.
• Pernilla (10/5): Välutrustad mysig lägenhet i centrala Bari - Lägenheten var mycket välutrustad och låg precis utanför Gamla stan. Lugnt läge med många bra restauranger i närheten. Värden svarade snabbt, gav många tips å det fanns olika drycker och tilltugg när vi kom. Återkommer gärna. Lägenheten låg på tredje våningen utan hiss. Men det blev extra motion.

• Emily (10/5): Excellent - We liked that the property was modern and very clean, Giuseppe was great he was in contact with us to ensure we had a smooth entry to the apartment and a good stay, we knew if we needed to contact him he was at the other end of the phone. He sent us lots of recommendations for restaurants. The apartment had really nice added touches coffee tea and toiletries in the bathroom it made it feel like a really welcomed stay. None

• Romana (10/5): Eden House - Útulný, pohodlný, veľmi čistý byt v blízkosti centra. Ponúka presne to čo je na fotografiách a v popise ubytovania. V pešej dostupnosti všetko potrebné, od potravin, ovocia, kaviarní a reštaurácií. Prenajímateľ starostlivý, nápomocný. Všetky potrebné informácie dostanete vopred. Potešilo aj občerstvenie pripravené v chladničke (nápoje) káva, čaj a sladké koláčiky v cene pobytu. Určite odporúčame pri návšteve Bari využiť toto ubytovanie. Keďže byt je umiestnený na vyššom poschodí a v dome sa nenachádza výťah, neodporúčam ľuďom s pohybovými ťažkosťami.

• Anna-Maria (10/5): I can truly recommend Eden House 🤗 - We loved the apartment, it was spacious, clean and really well equipped! Giuseppe is a really nice host, helping us with multiple tips to make our stay unforgettable. It’s also very central, close to the old town, 15 mins walk from the train station and 5 mins walk from piazza Garibaldi, where all the buses from the airport stop. Thank you! Just remember to travel light as there is no elevator in the building:)

• Luisa (10/5): Amazing Bari and Puglia. Super new - The location is perfect 5 minutes away from important location, the smell of the house is just fantastic, everything is clean. And the kitchen has all appliances to cook. The air conditioning and the heating was new and super effective, and they have extras of everything. Super recommended Is a four floor but is a 6 flights of stairs. No elevator. And is on top a school so you can hear a bit of noise with the windows open or from the balcony. For me was not a problem.

• Azra (10/5): We had the best time ever in gorgeous Bari - Everything! I would say this was one of the best apartment we stayed in during our trips. Spacious, modern, very well equipped, nicely decorated and clean. The location is just perfect, walking distance to The Castello Normanno-Svevo and the Centro Storico. The host was kind and at our service giving us a lot of useful information where to go, where to eat and have drink and what to see. We enjoyed our stay in Bari a lot, and we will certainly come back again. Absolutely nothing!

The apartment is exceptionally well equipped with some nice extras like wine and snacks in the fridge to make your stay even more pleasant. Genuine hospitality. Highly recommended. Everything was just fine.
• Vlad (9/5): A pleasant stay - Very comfortable, clean & cozy apartment. Easy access to Bari Vecchio, 20 minutes on foot to Bari Centrale. Very smooth communication with Giuseppe. Too many stairs to the apartment :)
• Zamłyńska (10/5): Exceptional - Giuseppe is a great host! He took care of everything, also provided the snacks/drinks, so it felt like home and the apartment was clean and cozy. The location is an extra advantage, local stores/restaurants are close to apartment. Highly recommend to rent it :)
• Klaudia (10/5): Great apartament to stay in Bari - The apartament exceeded our expectations! The owner took care of every little detail. Its really nicely furnished with a cosy vibe. The location is superb but be careful with the parking! The only avaliable parking in on the street and costs 1E per hour between 8:30-20:30 :)
• Victor (5/5): Excellent location, fantastic hosts, but inconvenient property. - Location. The host was brilliant. He was very responsive and provided us enough snacks and pastries to last our entire stay. It’s on the fourth floor with no lifts. Only long and extensive stairs. You have to be extremely physically fit to do these painful stairs daily. Also there’s NO parking. Save yourself the nightmare and Do NOT drive.
• Agnieszka (10/5): Exceptional - Attention to detail, the apartment was perfectly clean, the bed was very comfortable, robes were a really nice touch, we arrived a little hungry and dehydrated and were greeted with drinks and a little snack :) I don't think so there was anything about the apartment itself, maybe that the downstairs neighbours were a bit too loud. I would definitely stay there again, just would take some ear plugs next time
• Dominika (9/5): Highly recommend, I would stay again if I ever visit Bari :) - Great apartment in super location, 15 min walk to railway station, 10 min walk to the old city center. Well equipped, cosmetics, food, coffee, tea, milk, Limoncello - everything needed for a wonderful stay. Responsive host, gave restaurant recommendations, easy check in and check out. The host even let us check out an hour late since we had a flight late in the afternoon. 3rd floor no elevator, but it's typical in Italy, but it might be a problem for people with disabilities Very small bathroom - not a problem for a short stay, but it could be inconvenient for very tall people ;)

Totally not worth the money. - Property location - close to city center Completely overpriced for what it offered: - the apartment is on the 3rd floor, the floors are double sized, so it’s basically the 6th floor; this was not mentioned on the description of the accommodation; so what if an elderly couple books it, what will they do - considering the apartment is on the 3rd floor, the host could have greeted us downstairs - a/c: extremely poor, barely functioning (considering the July heat, it’s poor quality affected our stay) - bathroom: barely any space, it can barely accommodate a regular size person and the door doesn’t fully close; it is basically a storage space turned into bathroom - tv: not function (no programs available) - the apartment is situated next to a kindergarden so kids are screaming in the first part of the day - the host told us to clean the apartment
• István (10/5): Perfect accomodation with a perfect host! - First, about the accommodation provider: our plane arrived in Bari with a significant delay, so the accommodation provider could not accommodate us late at night. Before our return trip, our host, Giuseppe, sent us a message in which he offered to give us 1 extra day for free, because we couldn't book the accommodation at the original time. It was an extremely generous gesture! This story clearly shows how fair Giuseppe, the host, is. The accommodation itself was perfect for us. Spotlessly clean, plentiful breakfast, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and an absolutely excellent location, in a quiet, peaceful location, very close to the city center. I wholeheartedly recommend the Eden House accommodation to everyone. Nothing. Everything was super!

• Jaka (9/5): Charming apartment in a charming city - Bari is a very charming city and I cannot imagine a better accomodation than House Eden apartment. Very near old town, nicely furnished and renovated in a pleasant old building. Spacious and very quiet at night, perfect for a couple needing to relax for a couple of days and explore Puglia. Host is also happy to help out with ideas for getting around. Full refrigerator of refreshments and stock of excellent espresso coffee and more is a nice touch. Cannot think of a single thing.

• Alina (10/5): Great vacation at a wonderful welcoming property - The room is gorgeous and very comfortable. The bed superseded my expectations, it was great. The host is super welcoming, communication was easy. He sent restaurant recommendations and tips for things to do and see. We had complimentary croissants in the room and other breakfast food, really good coffee and local orange liqueur. The hosts really did all they could to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. The old city center is at a 5 min walk. The balcony is great for coffee and breakfast every morning. Everything was perfect

• Aviva (7/5): Modern, clean flat with limited hot water and reduced capacity to get a good temperature in the flat - It was clean and modern. Host very helpful, if problem tried to solve instantly. Also, helped with recommendations to do nearby. Location extremely good of the building. Heating did not really work, even we put in function all possible things. For 2 days we had the same temperature as outside ( in January) , quite cold. There was no solution for this. Also, we barely could shower 2 persons as the warm water worked on boiler so it rapidly runs out of warm water (maximum but maximum 15 minutes hot water). Flat on third floor can be a minus but this is not a problem, you make a bit of sport. Basic comfort needs such as hot water and warm are necessary.
• Roxana (9/5): Cute & cosy little place - The apartment was spotless clean and the host amazing. They left us a lot of goodies and gave us a lot of tips about the places to visit and the restaurants . The place is less than 5 min walking to the city center but very quiet in the same time. The only downside was that the apartment is at the 3rd floor but the rooms are very high so after hours of walking around the city is not very convenient to climb the stairs till the apartment. Also it would be nice if the check out would be at least at 10.00 am … we had a late flight and had to check out the apartment till 9.00 am.
• Chiara (9/5): Weekend trip to Bari - The apartment is a recently renovated one bedroom space. Finishes are new and the bedroom is really spacious. Location is convenient to explore Bari for a few days. The hosts also provided some packed breakfast for us and accommodated the other guest's needs being her a coeliac. Bed was really comfortable and space was nicely furnished. The apartment is located at 3rd floor of a historical building (really high ceilings and floors), without lift. There's 85 steps to get to the apartment so it might not be for everyone. The size of the bathroom is really small so even if everything looks really nice and clean it's just a tiny space that might not be comfortable for everyone.

• Zsófia (10/5): Exceptional - Very beautiful apartment close to the center, but still a quiet one. Well equipped, clean, modern and new. The bed is very comfortable, we got several towels, there is a coffee machine and WiFi too! Special thanks for the complimentary snacks! A microwave oven would be useful!
