• GHEORGHE (10/5): We would definitely come back and recommend it with confidence. - 10/10 We stayed here for a weekend with friends, 6 people in total, and everything was really great. The house was extremely clean and well organized. Every small detail was prepared, from towels to everything in the kitchen. We had coffee, water, kitchen towels, bathroom essentials and basically everything we needed. What surprised us the most was the view from the terrace. In real life it looks even better than in the photos, directly to Bicaz Lake. We also paid extra for the hot tub and sauna, 400 lei per day, but it was totally worth it. Charcoal and wood for the fire were also already prepared. The area was quiet, perfect for relaxing, having a barbecue and spending time with friends. The host was very responsive, showed us the house and was always available by phone.
• Trofin (10/5): - Una dintre cele mai bune cazari la care am stat. Privelistea este superba spre lac. Proprietatea este foarte bine dotata cu toate facilitatile, foarte moderna si placuta, iar gazda a fost foarte primitoare si extrem de primitoare si de draguta.

• Mirela SAVIN (9/5): Un loc confortabil, cu priveliște spre lacul Izvorul Muntelui - Paturi confortabile, gazda amabila, vederea superba din living si de pe terasa. Apartament spatios, cu toate dotarile necesare si de bună calitate. Am apreciat faptul ca mașinile au putut fi parcate in curte(incap max. 3 masini) Nu ne-am așteptat sa împărțim casa cu alte.persoane, pe booking fiind prezentata ca si o casa cu 3 dormitoare, living, bucătărie, baie, fara a se specifica faptul ca sunt de fapt 2 apartamente.Totusi intrările sunt complet separate si curtea/facilitățile din gradina sunt bine delimitate asa încât acest lucru nu ne-a creat disconfort. Casa are dormitoarele principale orientate la sosea, a fost destul de zgomotos in ultima noapte. Este o casa locuita când nu e pusa la dispoziția oaspeților si conține o aglomerare de lucruri personale in spațiul inchiriat( inclusiv in dulapurile de haine care nu au putut fi folosite), lucru care ne-a creat un usor disconfort la desfacerea si facerea bagajelor personale. Acest lucru ar putea fi remediat cu ușurință prin blocarea intr-un singur pațiu a tuturor obiectelor personale si eliberarea rafturilor si dulapurilor din camerele de închiriat.

I would prefer to stay there longer and visit the lake and try out fishing. - Amazing view, hospitable hosts and beautiful people, there is authentic feel around everything in the house. The road nearby makes noise, but I’m a light sleeper. My father didn’t hear a thing and slept like a baby. Everyone is different.

• Răzvan (10/5): - Am petrecut un sejur minunat la aceasta casa. Totul a fost peste așteptări, peisajul de vis, liniște si natura cat vezi cu ochii. Căsuța este foarte curata ,bine întreținută si complet echipata pt un sejur confortabil. Gazda a fost extrem de primitoare si atentă, mereu disponibilă pt orice întrebare sau nevoie. Ne-am simțit ca acasa si cu siguranță vom reveni. Recomand din toată inima!

• Perjun (10/5): Nothing more to desire. There were even wood for the grill available . - The view from the balcony is awesome. Very comfortable double beds. Even if during the day was very hot, we slept very well as inside was nice and cool. Coffee machine. Anyhow brewing coffee few days a year is very romantic.

• Victor (10/5): Exceptional - We had a lovely stay at Casa David for 4 nights and our stay was very comfortable thanks to the super friendly and helpful host. The host did her best to make us feel welcome, always responsive when we’d need help with sight seeing recommendations, restaurants, leasure. We were welcomed with baked goods, such a lovely gesture, which was greatly appreciated by our party after a long road. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and baking. The house is fully equipped to entertain kids as small as one, our baby boy had a full baby proof kitchen to discover and various toys to play with. The rooms were clean and tidy. Our stay was lovely, especially because of the lake view. We would enjoy our morning coffee looking at it from the terrace. We recommend the property to families with children, to kids free parties.
