• aurora (8/5): top ma possiamo migliorare - 1m da prater, in 20m sei al centro, con bolt molto meno! appartamento grande e comodo pulizia da migliore, soprattutto i bagni!!!
• MARA (1/5): Alloggio in condizioni igieniche al limite dell'accettabile - La posizione La casa era in condizioni igieniche molto scarse ,al limite dell'accettabile.La pulizia in generale risultava inadeguata e ciò ha compromesso significativamente la qualità del soggiorno.La cucina non abbiamo potuto utilizzarla sia per motivi igienici che per le condizioni in cui si presentava.Considerato la presenza di 4 bambini ,tale situazione ha reso il soggiorno particolarmente difficile, impedendo loro rivivere gli spazi in modo sereno e sicuro. Inoltre vorrei segnalare anche la totale mancanza di disponibilità dell' host che non ha fornito adeguata assistenza quando è stato contattato per ricevere indicazioni stradali.L'alloggio infatti non risultava facilmente individuabile all' indirizzo indicato su booking. Consiglio state lontani da questo alloggio....

• Emanuele Staiano (8/5): - La posizione era ottima, noi eravamo 6 persone e la divisane delle camere è adatta a un gruppo di 3 coppie, per privacy. Ottima vista dalle finestre e sia la metro di Pratestern e il parco giochi Prater erano a 5 minuti a piedi. Consigliamo✔️ Aveva la prese del phono rotta e la pulizia non si avvicinava minimamente ai canoni Italiani. Da migliorare la pulizia.
• Aaron (6/5): Mixed Stay: Spacious Rooms, But Numerous Fixture Problems and Inaccurate Location - The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment is at least near a train station. The rooms are big and spacious. Good kitchen facilities for tea/coffee/toast. The location provided was wrong as another reviewer has mentioned previously yet it still has not been updated. It is an extra 12 minutes walk outside the city from the location advertised, at Praterstern train station. Sheets were not available for one of the sofa beds, we later found them soaking wet and unusable in the washing machine. Many fixtures were not working as others have mentioned already, hair dryer, iron, dishwasher, faulty handles etc. At the bathroom entrance there is a huge step which you will trip over.
• Maria (8/5): - L'appartamento è grande e spazioso, nonostante abbia un solo bagno, anche in 7 ci si sta comodamente. La cucina è ampia e ci si poteva sedere tutti intorno al tavolo. Su booking non è indicato l'indirizzo corretto. La casa si trova a praterstrasse 78, non a paraterstrasse 2, cioè 15 minuti a piedi fuori dal centro rispetto a quanto pensavamo.
• Marcos (4/5): Muita poeira em todos os lugares. - A localização é muito boa, perto da estação de Metrô que dá acesso às principais pontos turísticos em 5 minutos. Perto da moradia tem tudo que você quiser encontrar para sua comodidade. O apartamento está muito sujo. O piso, cortinas, prateleiras, eletrodomésticos estavam todos empoeirados. A roupa de cama estavam empoeiradas e cheirando a mofo. No geral, estava tudo muito empoeirado. As janelas não tem Black-out o que dificultada o sono da manhã. O secador de cabelo do banheiro não funciona. E por fim, mesmo comunicando o proprietário ele não fez nada.

• Antonio (10/5): - Centrale, e vicinissimo alla metro, a due passi dal prater. Casa molto grande e molto confortevole. Cucina completa di tutto. Unica cosa che non funzionava era l'asciugacapelli.

• valentina (8/5): Buona scelta per visitare Vienna - Ottima posizione vicinissima a due stazioni metro e non solo, di cui una collegata con una linea diretta dall’aeroporto. Sotto il palazzo è presente un bar e a pochi passi dei supermercati e altre attività, una zona ben servita. L’appartamento come da descrizione ha 3 camere da letto che garantiscono la giusta intimità a tutti gli ospiti inoltre era sempre ben climatizzato. Mancanza del Wi-Fi in struttura. Pulizia non troppo approfondita, sufficiente.

• Marvisa (7/5): Overall the apartment was fine for what we paid for 2 nights. - The location was good, near the metro station. The floor, toilet and sheets where very clean and the apartment offered all the kitchen equipment that you need. The beds of the two bedrooms were comfortable. The apartment needed a fresh paint and deep clean as the kitchen appliances where very dirty, the walls were with marks and scratches. The two sofas in the living room which turned into beds were uncomfortable.

• João (8/5): - Netflix O espaço era arejado, bom aspeto, limpo. Estava com melhor aspeto do que apresentava no Booking. Estava bem equipada na cozinha. Boas instruções para aceder ao apartamento. Poucos panos de limpeza. Sem vassoura. As janelas não funcionam muito bem. Falta de arejamento no WC. O sofá cama faz muito barulho.
• Pilar (7/5): Viaje en familia - Excelente ubicación, con facil acceso al transporte publico. El apartamento es muy amplio y espacioso con mucha luz natural . La calle es muy bulliciosa pero las ventanas aíslan muy bien el ruido. La dirección que figura en Booking no es correcta. Pone Praterstraße 2 y es el número 78 y no es lo mismo estar al principio de la calle , más cerca del centro, que al final. Además nos supuso un problema a la hora de la recogida del traslado que contratamos porque no coincidía la dirección. Al llegar al apartamento nos encontramos un tendal en el pasillo con sábanas y toallas húmedas, lo cual no resultó nada agradable. Falta una sartén grande, la que hay es pequeña y está desgastada. Le pedimos una al propietario y nos respondió que iba a pedirle a sus colegas que llevaran una: por allí no apareció nadie. El secador sigue sin funcionar porque ya hay reseñas de que no funciona desde noviembre de 2024. Los colchones de los sofás del salón son incómodos y hacen mucho ruido al moverse.
• Naama (10/5): - דירה גדולה יחסית הרבה מיטות. מטבח נוח. מעלית לדירה. מאוד מרכזית. היה נקי ונהנינו מאוד צריך לשים לב שיש חדר שירותים אחד. בשביל הצרכים שלנו הדירה היתה מעולה!! צריך לדעת שהמתקנים בדירה לא מפנקים במיוחד- טלוויזיה אחת- שלא הצלחנו לחבר לאינטרנט ולכן לא השתמשנו בה. יש מכונת כביסה אבל אין מייבש.

• Ana (7/5): Good location - The location is great, near restaurants, and subway. The apartament is very spacious. We stayed for 3 days in February. At arrival we noticed that the hair dryer wasn't working and notified the owner. The answer came in the next day only to ask from when did it stopped working. Our reply was simple: "with us never worked". Finally, at the previous day from our departure we got a warm appreciation for the warning. In February, we rather preferred the resolution or the substitution of the broken equipment. Lack of commitment and concern for the client... Don't recommend. Lucky of us for the gas and electricity not giving the same trouble... By the way. If the target client may be foreigner please do not respond in german if the question is putted on English, and notice that it is not possible to change the plug of a dryer that it's stuck at a wall. It is difficult to travel with screw drivers or cable extentions...

• Ektor (8/5): Very good - The apartment was spacious and reasonably priced for Vienna. Location was excellent and close to any needed transportation. Heating was top notch and beds were comfy. Almost all appliances were good quality and working perfectly. It was very clean. The decoration was very minimal, but better for short term stays when you need space for four or more people. The building was well kept and the elevator was functional. There is also a working doorbell/intercom. We did not cook but the kitchen was fully equipped. The bathroom was ventilating fast even though there are no windows, which was surprising. There are vents though. Owner replied fast to messages. The outlet that powered the wall mounted hairdryer was broken, and we did not have a hairdryer for the entirety of the trip. We notified the owner who kindly replied that a technician would fix it in the coming days, but no solution was provided during our stay. Some walls featured sticker decoration. My personal opinion, but stickers are not nice in general and give a cheap feel. I would replace them with art / plants / mirrors or nothing at all.

• Tereza (8/5): Glad we picked this accommodation. - The location was excellent, lots of shops near by, bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants. 30 mins by foot to get to the center, 5 mins to get to prater amusement park - kids loved it there. Underground on our doorstep 10/10 The apartment itself was very spacious for our family of 6. Was missing a frying pan in the kitchen to cook eggs

• Tatjana (8/5): Spacious apartment, great location, unfriendly host - The apartment is very spacious, with three large rooms and spacious kitchen and corridor. The beds were really comfortable. and the kitchen was well appointed. The location is excellent - very close to U1, short walk from the Ring and from Prater, and plenty of shops and cafes along the street. There is an APCOA garage just 100 or so metres down the street and it's an excellent and affordable way to leave vehicle while in Vienna. We did know that there was no air conditioning unit, but I did expect to find a ventilator - there was one, but wasn't working. At the same time, we couldn't properly close all the windows, on a 30+ Celsius day. The communication with the host (which was pretty basic to start with) got strained after I asked a pretty simple question (about setting up the second bed in the third bedroom). We were accused of using too many towels although the towel I used was left drying on the drying rack (with a lot of other bedlinen - somewhat strange sight) and I assumed that these were free for us to use - otherwise, why just leave them there? There's a lot of construction noise on Praterstrasse - this is just fyi, if you're looking for a quiet location this definitely isn't one.
