Clean and tidy 5. Room was cleaned and given new towel everyday 6. Good price 1. Location was strategic but we had to go through an uncomfortable passage to reach 2. Chung King mansion is full of foreigners 3. Room was tiny but it was understandable 4. Water heater is a little too sensitive 5. Not a pleasant trip using the elevator

Location was close to city - whilst location appears good on paper, it is located in the filthiest and dogiest building I have ever seen. It did not feel safe going through that ground floor to get to the elevator for the acommodation. - the elevator took years to come - the stairwell is dirty and reeks of sewerage and curry smell - room was insanely tiny, you can barely open one luggage or do anything - the hot water machine for drinking did not work - was only given 1 mug to share between 2 people, and it was dirty - was given travel adapters that did not work - there was a small TV that did not work - the hot water machine for showering only gives you hot water for 5 minutes max at a time - there was no window and barely any ventilation in the room - the next door tenant was smoking in the bathroom and this went directly into ours so we smelled cigarette smoke all night
- David (1/5): Terrible - Absolutely nothing The rooms were in a large complex, the entrance ground floor was through a multi cultural indoor and filthy market. Very intimidating for anyone travelling alone. The lifts to the reception were small, stinking and once at reception, one had to change buildings to the rooms. Rooms were tiny, no wardrobe, shower was cold, toilet blocked on arrival, water covered floor. Rooms in corridor had cockroaches, ours thankfully none. Reception absolutely oblivious to requests and no help. Would certainly not advise staying here.

The room was even smaller than I expected, with a bed too short for myself at 190cm and no space for my suitcase on the floor. The rooms had no noise protection and the staff/neighbours were very loud at night. However, the worst part is the location of the room, in Block C of Chungking Mansion. There is a single elevator to service the whole building and we often had to wait 30min for the lift. Would recommend staying somewhere further away with better value as you could travel 30min and still arrive at the same time compared to the elevator

- Noelia (6/5): Fair for the price we paid in a great location - Great location, close to the waterfront and the train station. Close to Kowloon, where the AirPort Express stops. The room had AC and a fan Elevators. They took foooooooreeeever. Luckily we were on the 16th floor so we would go down fast but when going up from the street we had to queue for almost half an hour. Going inside the building wasn’t really nice either. The building is well known for having illegal trade inside.

If you need a travel adaptor, there are shops below the inn. Area is very near at MTR, luxury shops, malls, and restaurants. Overall, it's a good room for budgeted stay and only for light packers. Room is a bit cramped and found small roach on 2nd and 3rd day of our stay. There will be smell of food on the early morning. Inn can be accessed by one small lift.

We booked two triple rooms but what was supposed to be double beds was just something I can’t explain. The beds bases are iron, it’s like you’re in jail! The bathrooms were so small you can hardly turn. No sitting area as indicated in the pictures. Just horrible! It makes sense why they don’t give refunds.

We found baby cocraches in the room, the sink was leaking all the time, and unfortunately our room was next to kitchen, the smell was get into the room.

They were surprised by some negative reviews which qualify this place of bad reputation.. .! These migrant people are so respectful and helpful. I know some bad place in Paris and i can assure that here is rather a safe place. Recommand this place I forget, in Chong Hing mansion, change rate for currency is very good. Lift a bit of jam in rush hour

- Ornicha (3/5): Poor - the room is very clean and the location is great To contact with staff is really hard. i sent message to the property fews day before arrival but got no answer. When i arrived the property to check in, i had to wait for staff to come more than 15 mins. There’s no staff standby at the property but you have to make a call and wait sooooo long. Even when i want to check out, i called the staff and she said she’ll come in a moment but we had to wait more than 30 mins (don’t know why), so we missed a bus. Maybe it was me that can’t communicate well or didn’t understand what staff said but, honestly i’d say that it was not really good impression for me.
