- Tracy (10/5): - Was easy to get in comfy clean bed The sink leaked
- Moira (9/5): Awesome stay - Nice clean hotel would recommend Nothing not to like
- Clark (8/5): - It's very basic but that's what I was looking for so perfect for me . No WiFi there was an outage in the area so I couldn't contact anyone unless I was outside the hotel
- Rav (1/5): I stayed here for around four weeks, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude and unprofessio - I stayed here for around four weeks, and my experience was extremely disappointing.
The staff were rude and unprofessional, particularly a young woman named Annaia who appeared to be managing the property. On one occasion I asked for my room to be cleaned, which I assumed would be standard given that this is presented as a hotel. Instead, I was told in an argumentative manner that cleaning was not included in the weekly rent and would cost extra. This was never made clear beforehand.
I also have a medical condition that causes nosebleeds when the weather is very cold. One day some blood got on the bedsheets and I politely asked for fresh sheets. Instead of any understanding, I was threatened that if I didn’t clean them myself or take them to the laundry, I would be kicked out of the room immediately. For anyone with a disability or medical condition, this kind of treatment is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of empathy.
I was even told directly — both in person and by text message, which I still have — that they “didn’t care.” The only thing they seemed concerned about was getting their money. During my four-week stay as a student, requests for fresh towels or bedding were often ignored.
Another major issue was that there was no hot water in the taps. When this was raised with staff, the response was disgraceful. I was told that they were not turning the hot water on properly because the business was “quiet.” This is completely unacceptable for any hotel or accommodation where guests are paying to stay.
The environment around the building is also very concerning. There are frequently people outside the entrance smoking drugs, including cannabis and what appears to be crack, and then going in and out of the building. Staff have been seen standing nearby and doing nothing about it. Next door there is a car park where almost every night there are people doing donuts in cars, suspected drug dealing, and sex workers coming and going. I stayed here for around four weeks, and my experience was extremely disappointing.

Next door there is a car park where almost every night there are people doing donuts in cars, suspected drug dealing, and sex workers coming and going. I stayed here for around four weeks, and my experience was extremely disappointing.
- Roxanne (6/5): Basic but did the job - Perfect location , easy access, great shower and pressure Mirror broken, no towels, broken bed, broken window.
- Ann (1/5): - Nothing Everything
- Shay (1/5): Very poor - Nothing When we arrived we couldn’t get in because they was coded doors and no one was picking up the phone and no staff on property, kept declining my call so we was stuck outside, then when we finally got into our room we had 2 single beds on opposite side of room when I booked double, we messaged the staff who said they don’t have any double left, there was a plug in heater which didn’t work neither did radiators. There was a huge hole in the floor covered by carpet meaning my partner quite literally nearly fell through another rooms ceiling, there was food left everywere and docked out cigs we literally was divering all night because we was that cold. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in Blackpool and you get what you pay for and I really ain’t fussy but this was just a joke
- Stephen (1/5): Avoid like the plague. Cancellled my room, stole my money & when I contacted them for a refund total silence. Had to - Nothing Everything

- John (1/5): Poor - Nothing. Hole in the celling, mould in the bathroom( shower curtain and walls.
Mattress had a big hole in it.
Room door was patched up with plywood.
Room smelt of damp.
It's definitely not a deluxe room as described.
We never stayed. We left and went home.
- Scott (8/5): -
- Darbyshire (4/5): - The toilet seat was not on the toilet and next to it.
The bin liners had holes in
No TV remote
- Vickie (1/5): Absolutely atrocious very dirty and even just by walking into the room and only being in there 10mins while we listen to - Absolutely nothing the room was disgusting and thats being kind, the bed was dirty and didn’t have clean sheets or been changed from whoever stayed in that room the night before. There was used tissues in the bed there was wee still in the toilet (which we flushed away) the bin was filled with rubbish and hasn’t been changed the bed was broken the cups were dirty and unwashed. The room smelt strongly of smoke. It was meant to be a deluxe double room but I would advise anyone thinking of booking this property to avoid at all costs. We don’t expect 5star for Blackpool but we expect basic hygiene standards to be carried out. The owner is rude and unhelpful and will give many excuses and then block you. We ended up leaving 10mins after arriving and staying in a different hotel Everything as previously stated the room was not for animals to sleep in never mind people or children. The property is rated 3 star and it should actually be rated 0 star as disgusting doesn’t even cover it.
- Adam (1/5): -
- Waistnage (3/5): Fair - The location! It's far enough away from the front that you're not bothered by passers-by but literally a 2 minute walk to be in the middle of it all.
A huge carpark is just around the corner, which is an added bonus.
The staff were on call for any issues (although the signal in Blackpool is bad in general) so it wasn't easiest of conversations.
The room is compact but nice.
The shower was amazing. Arriving at the property, there's no staff to welcome you. Everything is sent to you previous to your arrival, although we didn't get that text either, so a bit of faff actually getting into the property.
The bed was broken, the base had actually collapsed & the mattress was almost non-existent!
Another resident had received our key code by text in error but left us feeling insecure about leaving our belongings in the room.
I was not expecting the Ritz. We paid a good price for the room on one of the busiest nights of the year. The bed was a huge letdown, unfortunately. It's the minimum you expect at a hotel.
- Demi (1/5): WORST HOTEL EVER - Property is ignoring me after confirming refund DO NOT STAY HERE RUDE STAFF NOT PROFESSIONAL. THEY DONT RESPOND TO BOOKING.COM AND THEY ARE BEING TERMINATED FROM BOOKING.COM

- Cody (10/5): Great value - Wow , hidden gem , for the money you can’t Complain , stayed in loads of hotels in Blackpool , this is modern , clean and enjoyable I love everything

8 which was the very top floor.
- Jack (4/5): Don't do it - Nothing Uncomfortable bed, pain to actually access the hotel, more of a prison vibe than hotel.
- Piotr (10/5): -
- Antony (6/5): - I liked the fact that the room matched up to the photos when booking , the room was clean and a good size . shower was great and warm . The t.v in my room when I could get a program on had loud talking over the program, taking sent few messages though the week to owner of the hotel got asked what room I was in told them but no reply or no one came to fix it all week .

- Hannah (1/5): Absolutely disgusting could not sleep there had to go home halfway through the night damp and w - Absolutely disgusting filthy and damp all over could not have sleep as water dripped from ceiling and damp Absolutely nothing
- Aimee (2/5): Wouldn’t recommend - N/A Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend
I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The cleanliness and maintenance were absolutely unacceptable.
Firstly, the curtain in the room was severely stained and mouldy, as shown in the attached photo. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, and I was genuinely concerned about the health implications, especially for anyone with allergies or sensitivities. This is far below any reasonable standard for a hotel room.
Secondly, the bathroom was in a disgusting state. The shower had mould growing around the edges, and the sealant was cracked, peeling, and discoloured. It gave the impression of serious water damage or long-term neglect. On top of that, the shower curtain was dirty and discoloured, adding to the overall feeling of uncleanliness and poor hygiene.
Despite being advertised as a non-smoking hotel, there were multiple cigarette burns on the sink and windowsill, which is unacceptable and makes it clear that the no-smoking policy is not enforced. It made the room feel dirty and neglected.
The bath towels provided were white but stained, which was incredibly off-putting. It’s the bare minimum for a hotel to offer clean, fresh towels — these made me question how well anything in the room had actually been laundered.
In addition, the carpet in the room was badly stained, adding to the overall sense of dirtiness and lack of proper cleaning. It felt unhygienic to walk on it, even with shoes.
I do not feel safe, comfortable, or clean staying in a place like this, and it completely ruined my experience.
- Francis (6/5): -
- Gavin3000 (5/5): Had an OK time - We the liked the fact this hotel was close to the beach and nightlife Hotel was not very clean as we had two rooms, one had a dirty toilet and both rooms duvets were not the best.
Both rooms had foul smells but you get over that in a day or two.
- Stephen (1/5): Extremely poor - How close it was to the strip The room was dirty
The bedding was dirty
There was fag ash on the headboard of the bed
Not all the sockets where working
The host completely blanked me after I checked in even tho message stated message if any problems
- Daw (10/5): -
- Short (1/5): Worst hotel ever!!!!! - Nothing at all. The bedding wasn't changed, the room had a musty smell, room wasn't hoovered, underneath the bed was covered in contraband and rubnish which are pictured, fecal matter left in the toilet, hairs left in the sink from someone clearly having a shave, stained and damaged mattress.
So in total the room and the bathroom was unsanitary.
It also seems like it was more of a crack den, really not a hotel to stay at.
- Cheryl (1/5): Room was small but I paid £85 for 3 nights so wasn’t expecting much. To my horror we had no hot water and the room was f - The location was ideal No hot water, sent multiple messages was told someone would come round am still waiting! Very poor customer service, met the owner in the hall he said he would send someone round and again no one came.
- MATHEW (1/5): I walked in and straight out to buy cleaning supplies but when I returned I nearly vomited due to the smell, dirt and dea - Nothing the place was rotten and hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest or ever Everything I wouldn’t have let an animal stay there I didn’t know places like this existed I’d have rather slept on the street
- Szerenka (1/5): Awful! - Good location No staff available to check in. No toilet paper available in the room. Several bin bags at the bottom of the stairs by the entrance which contributed to the smell. Awful hotel, we did not end up staying in this place and certainly wouldn’t recommend!
- Martin (1/5): Terrible messed around checking in only 1 room was available in the hotel we booked - Nothing Couldn’t check in they had double booked a room has to split us up in move 2 of us to another hotel with only single beds when we had paid for doubles
- Dolan (8/5): - Rooms are nice for the price and its just 2min walk too seafrunt Needs abit of tlc and there was no wifi
- Scott (10/5): -
- ash (1/5): -
- Curtis (2/5): Nail clippings next to the bed - - Self check in.
- Parking close by. - Nail clipping next to bed.
- Hair everywhere.
- Mould.
- Damp.
- Dust.
- Freezing cold.
- Toilet paper was wet.
- Hairs all over shower.
- Blood on the mattress.
The list goes on, no effort into cleaning at all what a shame.
- James (3/5): 2 star not a 3 - If you just want a base camp and somewhere to sleep, perfect cheap back street guest house.
Typical cheap accommodation for Blackpool, bed done more miles than a London taxi, comprising of arguing couples, noisy guests, p*ssheads and a landing that stinks of cigs and gange.
Don’t believe the description.
No 24 hour reception, doesn’t even have a reception just a telephone number to text.
No meet or greet.
No room service.
No air conditioning, it’s a plug in heater and a hole in the ceiling. Three hand towels provided so you will struggle after a shower.
Bottom line… if you want a decent hotel room spend the extra and stay in one of the bigger places.
If you want a 20-30 quid a night room. Perfect.
