• Emiliano (8/5): Buena y comoda opción - La ubicación es ideal y la habitación tiene buena iluminación y ventilación teniendo en cuenta la media de las construcciones en Napoles. El ascensor no funcionó en ciertos momentos. Cuenta con un sistema para activarlo que en algunos momentos falló. Hay que pagar en efectivo.

• Ali (7/5): - The room served its purpose, we spent one night in Naples. It was a small quiet room with only one other guest room so there was no foot traffic outside the room. The bed was comfortable and the location was close to quite a few options for eating.

El dueño estuvo presente tanto para el check in como para el check out. Había que hacer varios intentos para tirar la cadena del baño. Creemos que era por el sistema.

• Sara Soranno (7/5): - La signora che ci ha accolti è stata molto gentile e super simpatica. L’appuntamento era profumatissimo e molto pulito. Inoltre i proprietari sono stati super disponibili. Mi ha fatto tanto piacere la loro ospitalità e il loro sorriso Purtroppo nel frigo c’era qualche capello ovviamente di qualche host che ha soggiornato precedentemente.. ci può stare una svista, anche perché la stanza era davvero super profumata e pulita (seppur piccola).

• Harold (6/5): Ideal for a short, budget stay in great location - This is an atmospheric, budget stop-over place in a great location within walking distance of many main sites and bars/restaurants. The area is lively but safe to walk around. On the 4th floor of old apartment block so good that there is a lift! Good that there is air-conditioning as gets hot. Good views and light from plenty of windows. Big bed. A kettle would greatly enhance a stay here so that you can make a hot drink without dragging out. The front door through which you access your room gives access to another room, the walls are thin and next door was noisy with what sounded like a washing machine or some water based system - this could be heard when we went to bed! The balcony is big enough to look out at the neighbouring blocks but little else.
• Eugen (7/5): Ok - Excellent location and really clean, which is most important after all. No message about how to check-in in advance (had to call). Not that comfortable bed or pillows (especially the pillows). A bit strange cleaning agent which smells strongly of face powder.

The room is in a really good position plus in its simplicity it Is a really good deal not to miss whatsever The room could have been cleaner, but all in all it was enough to make us feel comfortable
• Vasiliki (10/5): Authentic Napolitano house - If you want an authentic Neapolitan experience this house is ideal. It is on the fourth floor with an elevator, clean and comfortable. In addition, the owner is very helpful, he helped us book a taxi to the airport. I highly recommend it.

• Alexandra (9/5): Great! - The location is very good is kinda quiet (which is rare is Napoli). The room is clean and has TV and private bathroom. You have towels and a small fridge. Very nice host. The smell of laundry perfume was very too strong... I felt sick. Please do not overuse this perfume. Even after we left, out PJs were smelling like this strong laundry perfume! We found some hair on the bed and on the sheets. A kettle would've been amazing. You can easily hear the neighbours as they get in/out as there is another room right next door.
• P-ahmed (8/5): Very good - We were sailing the Gulf of Naples and stayed here for 1 night only as we were flying back to the UK from Naples airport and wanted see a bit of Naples, the location was perfect for walking and getting around, we felt safe in the neighborhood. The room and bathroom was spacious. Our friend came with us but had no hotel booking however, the owner was great and allowed her to stay in the same room with a fold out bed. Our room wasn't ready but the owner took us for a coffee around the corner and treated us to drinks and croissants. nothing to report

• Fanny (9/5): Recommended place, central location and very comfy place. - The location was great, very close to all the main tourist attractions and easy access to cafes, restaurants and port. The accommodation was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Host was very kind and helpful. We had a very good night here. Thank you. Some extra soft pillows would be great however it is not an issue.

• Ben (7/5): Ok stay for a short trip - Good price in relation to the central location Walkable from the train station (15-20mins or so) Good for a short stay Modern clean room Friendly host (limited english) met us on the street to take us to the room (can be a bit complicated for the first time or if you are arriving in the dark) -You can hear the other room if someone is in if you are a light sleeper -Loud water pipes/taps. - We did know it already, but no wifi available (it does say this on booking.com if you look) - I think we were given the double room instead of the triple room that we booked -Bed could be a little more comfortable -Given the location on the 5th floor (i think it was) people who don't like external small lifts and have mobility issues may not want to climb/use stairs all the time (photo) - This is part of residential apartments and you will need to pass through a shared courtyard area to get to the room- all gated and secure, an Italian experience. ...All these points are to help others who want to stay :)

• Alexandre (10/5): Exceptional - The uniqueness of the place was a big plus. Being on the 4th story with an inside view of a small plaza was unique for me. The room felt like a luxurious apartment. Best night of sleep I had since the beginning of my trip around Italy. The host took the time to really speak with me and understand what I was saying since my Italian is at a big 0. Very great shower. There was even a small table and it really felt like a loft. Sunshine comin thru the windows, very appeasing. That I only stayed one night cause it was great. I do not have anything bad to say. The walls are not the most isolated but the people renting the room next to us weren't noisy. I could sleep for 10 hours straight so definitely not an issue.
