Easy to check in and out 5. Good strong wifi 6. A lot of shops nearby 1. Kitchen sink was clogged 2. Black mould on the toilet door 3. The sheets smell like they were not properly dried 4. Place looks a little run down 5. Toilet seat needs to be replaced 6. Place is a little run down and not properly cleaned 7. Water heater was not too hot 8. The ac may need some servicing

• Nurul Adriana (10/5): Recomended, clean and beautiful plus with the the view - So nice, the room so beautiful and well with decorations. It looks so expensive place Nothing ,i like everything, will repeat again

• MOHNISSH (8/5): Worth every penny - I obviously liked how close was the location to nearby area, F&B outlets and MRT station, and also its literally 5 minutes from MEX Hwy. Upon checking in, I immediately checked out the pool facilities and it exceeded my expectation. There were two deep pools, and also a gym. The pool opened until 10pm which exactly what I liked as my late check-in Never expected the parking to be this complicated. there were many levels. And upon exiting the parking the next day, it was a hassle and confusing layout. We were stuck for 10 mins before even getting pass the security guard post entrance. And the hairdryer is quite unusable as it came with international power plug, not Malaysian plug

• Priyathasyini (5/5): Passable - I love the facilities provided in Galleria The aircond in the unit is so dusty, it gave me allergies. The cups and bowls were not properly cleaned. The fridge has items belonging to previous tenant, indicating poor maintanence and room service.

• Jagthiswaran (1/5): Bad - Nothing The worst experience ever in our traveling life. Nothing to do with the host's attitude but the property. Cleanliness is extremely poor. Towels are very dirty. Refrigerator in a very bad condition. The kitchen is not clean at all. It seems like the property was unoccupied for very long. The condo has 4 lifts, 3 of them not in service for the past 3 months. The only one lift left is not maintained properly causing the lift often jammed and causing us to take stairs down when we were checking out.The condo's management is extremely terrible. On top of all, a very bad atmosphere in the property. Maybe most people don't believe in dark spirits. My sister and mother were attacked during their sleep. Perhaps the host should've classified the property for Muslims only rather than letting others stay there. It was a very unpleasant experience. Definitely an unforgettable experience. Will never repeat the stay. Sorry host. We didn't stay there for free. We've paid accordingly just to have a pleasant stay not to be terrified.
• Wei (1/5): read before u book - The location is strategic and the security is the best ohhhhhhhh, how to say...i cannot imagine how can only 1 lift works while there's 22 floor, what is the other 3 lifts doing? ok fine, only 1 lift works but keep mulfunction. just imagine when we start moving in with all the luggage jam in the lift 6 floor, and we carry all the luggage walk stair until 13 floor. Addition for that, the lift jam few times each day! The capacity for the reservation of this room is 4, but only 2 bath towels provided 🙂 There's system update on the access card, we're unable to use it, while we check with the owner, owner just simply ask us to update on ourselves at the management office. The notice of access card system update was there to inform the tenant/owner since April which is before our stay (May), aren't the owner should update before we stay? Nevermind, I'm ok to update the access card ourselves, however, after updates the access card but the car access card still unavailable to use until the end of staying. Now here come the good part, luckily the security at guard house is very friendly, they always help me to open the gate with a smiley cute face for my car to pass through. Big thanks and salutes to the security create the best part for me to stay in this apartment!

• Norsekdah (10/5): Good unit to put on my list - The facility is near to the place i have business..there a lot of restaurant nearby and easy for me to find halal food..The unit owners also a muslim make me feel comfortable. One of the fool is under maintenance and when we want to use another pool ,the worker asked us to empty the pool for cleaning purposes..so that makes us upset because that the only time we have to swim.

The owner was giving excellent services, and he can answer my questions within a minute. Basic facilities provided. The bed was comfortable, extra pillows and blankets provided as well. Got a single door fridge, and functional gas stove. Plates, cups and other basic tableware were provided in good condition. Overall it was good. The room was not cleaned especially the bathroom's ceiling got spiders web. Some of the metal materials furniture were rusty and damaged, like a rack in the bathroom and the tap in the kitchen.
