I highly recommend Villa Miramar for couples, groups of friends, and families alike. Whether you prefer spending your days by the pool, enjoying a barbecue with a sea view, or exploring the nearby beaches and beach clubs, the villa offers the perfect setting to unwind and disconnect. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Kalkan. Please note that this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairments, as access requires using a staircase at the entrance and all bedrooms are located on the upper floors. Other than this accessibility consideration, the house is an excellent choice and offers a comfortable stay for all other guests.
• Celina (10/5): Traumhaft schön und zu empfehlen - Der Ausblick war traumhaft . Die Villa war mit 3 Schlafzimmer und jedes hatte seine eigene Toilette,Dusche und Terrasse . Die Villa war super ausgestattet wirklich alles da . Es war sehr modern und sehr sauber . Der Pool und die Außenanlagen war auch ein Traum Es gab deutsches Fernsehen !! Einkauf auch 5 min zu Fuß runter zum Strand mit Auto 8 min . Mir hat alles gefallen

• Monica (10/5): Villa da sogno - Abbiamo passato 3 notti in questa villa ed è stato tutto semplicemente meraviglioso! La casa è bellissima, accogliente e con ogni comfort. La piscina con vista mare ci ha regalato momenti di puro relax, mentre il giardino ampio e curato è stato il luogo ideale per godersi la tranquillità. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa e non avremmo potuto desiderare di meglio. Sicuramente un posto che porteremo nel cuore e che consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno speciale.

• David (9/5): Beautiful villa, very nicely furnished, lovely pool and living space. - Very large villa with generous bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. Villa is very well furnished with high end fittings and equipment. Pool area and sun beds are lovely. Hot water was solar heated, we had one cloudy day and no hot water on that day!
• Mikael (10/5): - We had a wonderful week at Villa Miramar in Kalkan. The Villa itself was well equipped and had all we needed, a lovely pool and small supermarket and restaurants close by (<5 minutes’ walk) Unfortunately we had an issue with a toilet on the top floor that started on day one, but the owner was fast and helpful and solved the problems short after. Last time we were in Kalkan was in 2017 and a lot happened since. There is huge more offers of restaurants and bars, but the price range has changed to at least >25% during that time, maybe also due to covid in 2020>. We had a very wonderful time in Kalkan and especially in Villa Miramar, that we would recommend at any time. There are many cats and dogs in the area, so if you are afraid of these, this is not the right place for you.
