- Abigail (5/5): Clean and roomy. - The rooms are spacious and really clean. Food and staff are really nice. They place us on room 201 which is next to the garden and kitchen, it’s get noisy in the morning, you can hear guest and staff. If you want to sleep in till late is not possible.

- Danielhernandez01 (7/5): Quiet and comfortable place in a very centric and accessible location at Tegucigalpa - Superb location if you're driving your own car, quiet neighbourhood that allows for a relaxing stay. The staff are welcoming and eager to help, and the breakfast options are generous. The restaurant service is lacklustre because there seems to not be enough staff to attend to all the guests quickly. The bar at the hotel closes too early and doesn't have many choices to choose from, sometimes the most basic local spirits or beers.

- Syed (8/5): Very good - The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were spacious, the food was decent, overall the experience within the hotel itself was good The location. I would not stay here again due to the location. There are other hotels which are within walking distance to shopping places and restaurants. At this hotel, you will need to uber everywhere. Also, if you choose to do laundry at the hotel, MAKE SURE you get the total first. I ended up paying $38 for about 10 pieces of clothes.

Rather than have a full catracho breakfast I asked for baleadas con huevos. Superb!! The coffee was excellent too! Loved waking up to the sounds of the little parrots flying in the colonia. Due to the rainy weather the room and bed felt a little clammy. Not a big thing.

I’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in downtown Tegus but this place was much nicer. The location is slightly less centralized but still close to everything. For half the price the quality was definitely double! It was a nice little place. Slightly further off the main drag which was only an issue for me driving but aside from that no issues!

- Joel (2/5): Very poor - Very little. The complimentary breakfast and the server were nice. That you are not allowed to make any changes to your booking is unacceptable. About 15 minutes after booking a 3 night stay, our plans changed and only needed to stay 2 nights. We had to pay for three nights instead of two. I reached out to hotel through booking.com. The hotel never responded. Upon arrival, the hotel staff informed us they had booked two private parties, one for each night of our stay. With this being a quaint hotel there was no escaping the parties. They were directly under our room in the courtyard. It would have been nice for the hotel knowing the two parties were already booked and were going to be quite loud, to give us the option to cancel our reservation. Unfortunately, we had to grin and bear it. We asked to speak to the manager and were denied.

- Jose (9/5): Superb - breakfast was really good, wait staff was nice place was very clean and the location was in a safe neighborhood the security guard was very nice, he took us to our room, he was very polite. he told us about the hotel and answer every question we had. i did not like the receptionist, she was unpleasant , she did not greet us, and when we ask if she had any available rooms, she said no. i booked online while in the hotel and there was more than one room available. she came up with a story. she did not gave us any information about the hotel or were our room was. nothing at all, she was terrible, i dont know if she was having a bad day or maybe she did not like us.

- Angie (3/5): Horrible experience, do not come here if you want to sleep. - The beds were comfortable The excessive noise from the party upstairs, the staff cleaning up after the party and the loud guests screaming in the hallways and stair up to 3-4 AM!! it was so loud it felt like the party was in our room. We rented the room with the sole purpose to rest after a 12 hour flight and it was nearly impossible to get any sleep! Also there is nobody at the front desk at night and the guard is the one that does the “check in”; which I may say is a lousy process with no explanation and he had a very impatient, moody and careless attitude. He did not provide any solutions about the lack of parking space due to the party and said I should park in the back and if the person in front had to leave early, I would need to move my car. This is honestly, the worst hotel experience I ever had and I have had some bad experiences in the past, but this one tops them all! I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a proper night sleep. This would probably be a place for people who want to sleep during the day and even then I doubt it with all the noise coming from the kitchen and dining area that is right below the rooms. :(
