• kristbjörg árný (10/5): Loved it! love the apartment! love the view! worth every single moment and every single cent! - This Apartment is AMAZING! it is absolutely worth every cent i payed for it. the staff is helpful and kind, getting the keys was easy even though our flight was really late at night. the apartment has a working washing machine, so cleaning our clothes for our 3 week stay was easy, it is equipped with towels and extra sets of bed sheets so its easy to keep it clean. it has a vacuum, witch i say is really needed for a stay so close to the beach apartment is equipped with a dishwasher! the only thing this apartment does not have is an oven, and to be honest, for a holiday one is not really needed, but it has a microwave... it might be a oven as well. but we didint really explore it. the View! the pictures do not do it justice! not even a little bit. you can sit on these balconies and watch the ocean and the beach! the location is absolutely wonderful. its a full 5 minute walk to the beach.. with kids in tow! shops and restaurants outside the door, pharmacy next street over and the supermarket just a 10 minute stroll away! a gorgeous apartment, and if they have a opening for my next tenerife holiday i am going to try to get my bookings here! the elevator broke, and they heard about it, contacted me to make sure it was true, it was.. and it was fixed that same evening. superb support! one of the showers sometimes drains slowly. i forgot to tell the person collecting they keys so they could fix that, but i do believe that since they get things fixed pretty quickly, that will be sorted with this comment on here.

• Stephen (10/5): Exceptional - A fabulous penthouse apartment. Very private, large sunny terrace with great sea and harbour views. The location is perfect for the town. The host is wonderful and the cleaning staff very helpful. This is the best property we have stayed in and we have been coming to Tenerife for 20 years.
• Lars (9/5): Superb - Super service and response from host who went an extra mile for us and responded immediately to all our questions and requests. Stayed with family of 5 and got great value out of all 4 bedsides in the apartment. All facilities we needed where in place w/kitchen area, washing machine and a nicely sized balcony. Perfectly located for beach, shopping and dining. Highly recommendable and great value for money Not being used to the heat the nights where a bit hot so an extra fan would have been great, and I bet if i had asked for it the host would probably fixed that one also
• Rachel (8/5): Fantastic location if you want to explore and not sit round a pool in a complex. We climbed Roque De - Location amazing. minutes walk from the beach. The apartment is right in town so great bars and restaurants on the doorstep. There's no pool which didn't bother us as we went in February. Perhaps in the hotter months you would need to consider this. We went out every day to explore: We climbed Roque Del Conde, walked from San Juan to Los Gigantes, walked to La Camela and through Chayofa back to Los Cristianos, walked to La Caleta and back, caught the bus to Las Galletas, swam across the las Vistas bay. The facilities in the apartment were good. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. WiFi very good and reached all over the apartment and balcony Beds were comfortable The washing machine broke on our second day. Our clothes were stuck in it. We reported it immediately but it took 6 days before and engineer came to rescue our clothes (despite been told every day they would be coming that day). Took 7 days to be able to use a washing machine. The bedrooms were quite noisy from the road. At 6am every day a very loud motorcyclist would rev the engine for about 10minutes. Ear plugs were a God send. When it advertises 2 bathrooms, it's actually one bathroom and one other toilet (which didn't flush well and smelt). There was only 1 toilet roll provided in each bathroom and no soap in the toilet.
