- Christopher (9/5): Perfect for those on a budget. - The location is excellent for commuting via the train station, staff were courteous polite and friendly, facilities were of a good standard. I wouldn't hesitate to use this establishment in the future. All was good.
- Philip (8/5): -
- Angelo (9/5): - Clean and convenient Nothing it was a pleasant stay
- Nicolas (7/5): - Proche de la gare, réactivité des propriétaires, simplicité de check in Bruits des chambres adjacentes, salle de bain dans la cuisine partagée
- Beno (10/5): -
- Jonty (7/5): - Great location, the toilet was well kept, check in process was simple and the staff member was very nice. For the price, I am happy overall. The room was very run down, with stains on the wall, a broken chair and the sofa looked disgusting. Hardly any parking available and no point parking your car in the area unless you get there after 6pm.
- gareth (10/5): -
- Zelusile (5/5): If you want to put your head down for the night barely convenient, absolute last resort - Not much , there is smell of smoke and other smells as soon as you walk into the property The bedding needed to be changed as it wasn’t fresh
- Apolinar (6/5): - Its very close to everything
Shops railway main street so its in a good location The noise level and constant door banging in the middle of the night from other occupants is a bit disturbing

- Nyasha (8/5): - Everything Nothing everything was excellent
- John (1/5): - Bed was comfy Location was dirty streets full of litter. Accommodation needed a good clean.
- Beno (10/5): - Big room plenty of space love the private bathroom
- Hangwelani (1/5): The guest being loud the whole night should not be tolerated. - The private bathroom The carpets were stained, and the guys in the next rooms were loud and laughing doing the balloon thing.
- Weaver (7/5): - Its quite x Some of the lads what were in here
- Laoise (7/5): - Had a couple of issues which the owner sorted out promptly Free parking area not clear, the parking right outside the property is only free overnight so you will need to get a spot on the opposite side of the street to avoid a fine.
- Jay (9/5): Very good little place to stay if you’re visiting the city, or in our case, Alton Towers - I enjoyed how quiet the location was, and how friendly the staff were. N/a, everything was up to expectations.

- vithujan (10/5): - Best one to stay. I booked Victoria House in the ST4 WHICH WAS DISAPPOINTED ME MOST ever I disappointed, caz of lack of cleanness and heater fan instead of heater made throat uncomfortable and bended bed and also they didn't give the refund as well, after that I've booked the Seaford which was statisfied all my needs. I'm really recommend to anyone who wants to say with an affordable price in the Stoke city and again thank you for your good service Nothing
Allt
- Robinson (6/5): - They say was nice the bed was very comfortable and it was very spacious. The staff where okay but we ordered a room a few days ago but it was for the wrong date we tried changing the date but nothing was available but now we are still waiting on a refund because the property won't accept the request so if your thinking of staying here I wouldn't bother.
- Matthews (10/5): - The staff is excellent the room was and is perfect thank you very much ☺️ U can do washing and drying cook food TV in room perfect in every way defo recommend 💯☺️
- Hedwig (9/5): I I recommended to others. - Quite location, but the carpet needed a bit cleaning and also the heating to warm up the house late in the evening and morning. Rather than that is quite good. Room 2 very friendly person.

- Gail Frommeyer (8/5): Enjoyed the accommodation. It was convenient to the train station, comfortable and clean. - The property was close to restaurants and also close to the train station which was very convenient. The check in/out process was easy. Overall what you get for what you pay is excellent. The carpeting in the halls and stairs is quite stained and could be replaced but appears to be clean.
- shaun (7/5): -
- Ahmed (3/5): - The price was fairly cheap Room had no elegance at all.Caroet had stains all over.Bed was so springy, did not feel very comfortable.it just could do with an overall update .

- Lawton (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gentle (7/5): Good - Cheap room for a night was idea fir 1 night. Bed wasn't comfy for me. Ended up sleeping on the little sofa. While partner slept on bed..
- Christian (7/5): Very nice property, clean place to rest your head after a busy day - Clean and tidy, communal lounge with TV was nice and comfortable to relax whilst waiting for laundry to finish in the washing machine Some of the people staying in the room next to me were a little loud
- Adeboye (1/5): Bad -
- Dhlamini (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (8/5): Very good - Convenient location for anything Staffs uni related
- Kimberlea (7/5): Good -
- Katy (2/5): Stay was horrible - How close it is to the train station Loud. Could hear doors banging all night, people arguing and people having sex. Felt very vulnerable and uncomfortable
- Emma (2/5): Way too noisy - The location was fine, and the first night there was ok. Comfy beds etc, we thought the place was good. But unfortunately we didn't realize this was juat because we were lucky were less guests on a Friday night. They have a "deluxe' room number 7 at the top, meaning that whole group of people can stay in one room and have a party or whatever... which if it's being used and you are unfortunate enough to be in the rooms below like we were 5&6 you can hear everything,. Every footstep was like banging as the floors were so terrible and creaky. The people above us were awake all night chatting... sometimes shouting, going up and down the stairs etc. At times with the walking aroud and moving things up there it sounded like the ceiling was gping to come in on us. We did not sleep at all.
In the end we messaged the hotel (about 5am) and they apparently spoke to the guests upstairs, it went a little quieter but still not great.
Also the plug in the bathroom shower was clogged up with hair and dirt (had to pull it out as the water wasn't draining through the floor so discovered this) looked like it had never been cleaned.
Went to see the staff in the morning when leaving to talk about it more but no one was there at check out time.
Did not feel like a safe place to be.
- Donna (8/5): Comfortable, clean, well priced. 10 minutes from the university so ideal for overnight stay for the purpose of our trip - Close to where we were going so convenient. Well kept and good staff The pillow wasn’t very good
- Richards (8/5): Cosy comfortable and convenient 👍 Thank you ❤️ -
- Randal (7/5): Good - Nice location clean and tidy place Apart from getting woken up by someone shagging upstairs at 1am everything was ok
- Jobe (8/5): Very good -
- Rob (5/5): Passable - The shower is 10/10. Tv in room is nice touch. Bed is comfortable.. yet no topsheet. Staff were responsive and lovely. The lights don't work. The room shakes when doors close. No tea/coffee available.
- Lewis (9/5): Superb -
- Abigail (7/5): Good -
- Margaret (8/5): Very good - It was adequate for a one night stay en route north Somewhere to get hot water for a drink
- Aaron (8/5): Very good -
- Jobe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tony (2/5): Poor - Cheap and nothing else. The main issue was with the bathroom, I had to wait longer times for the bathroom. Just think 6 people for a bathroom in the morning. The lady said not to use the downstairs bathroom, I don't know why. Room was not properly cleaned. Drunk bottle and used mug in the drawers. Definitely, I would have spent extra 10 pound per night for better comfort.
- Gary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Justin (8/5): Very good -
- Wojdak (1/5): Bad - We got there and they wouldn't let us stay so I'd like a refund please the women who runs it was rather rude so we didn't stay and now I'm 40pound out of pocket
- Yaola (8/5): Very good -
- Magar (10/5): Exceptional -

- Qani (3/5): first floor room 1 is very but - not but second floor room is bitter
- John (10/5): The Gust house was very clean & Comfortable. The staff were very helpful & friendly. - Location was fantastic N/A
- Alistair (1/5): Won't go back. - It stunk.really nosey people late at night .
- Onur (1/5): Avoid! - Supposed to be a studio apartment it was a en-suite bedroom.
Breakfast was not even an option.
Ridiculously priced for what you get and miscommunication issues as well!
- Jobe (7/5): Good -
- Shamus (10/5): Comfortable & good value for money. I recommend it to anyone. - Nice & clean, well located next to the high street for easy access to food & any other necessary items. I don’t have anything in particular that I didn’t like.
- Vaseysfairs (1/5): Bad - No sleep bloke taking louud next door and asking asked us for booze
- Brown (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jess (1/5): Absolutely shocking and falsely advertised - It was warm This is falsely advertised! Advertised as a hotel but actually a dodgy back street HMO (out of licence!). Advertised as tea and coffee in every room with en-suite - no such thing, communal kitchen and bathroom with no tea/cofee/milk provided but did have some kind of rotting carcass in the fridge! Bathroom had no toilet paper! TV in room didn’t work. “Staff” is actually just a house resident and didn’t really speak. No keys when we got to property in key safe like promised. Advertised as parking on site - not the case had to park on the roadside if there was a space in a one way street! Not at all what was advertised!
- Danielle (10/5): Very greatful for somewhere affordable with parking - It was close to the train station, clean and quiet and exactly as described. Friendly staff and excellent price. Would definitely come again.
- Shweta (7/5): Good -
- Marlene (4/5): Not private enough - Spacious room with big desk and good wifi. The shower/bathroom was shared with everyone else in the building, which made me - as a solo travelling woman - rather uncomfortable.
