• YU TING (9/5): 還不錯，冬天浴室會稍微冷，但整體覺得不錯 - 距離地鐵算近，附近也多家便利商店。 住宿最後一天晚上，房間出了點問題， 老闆很願意溝通跟幫忙解決。 一開始事前連絡後，也願意提早早上讓我們先放行李。（記得有需求要事前詢問唷，當然要看訂房狀況） 住屋處有電梯，不用擔心 地板靠近浴室附近，會有一小塊是軟的，可能跟浴室相連的關係，就是走路小心不要被嚇到就好，但這需要房東重整房屋的感覺，不是一時半刻可以解決的😅🫠
• Paoshuang (10/5): - 自助入住，房間設備非常齊全，洗衣電磁爐微波爐都是盡情使用，非常棒，還有netflix可以看。 覺得床偏硬了一點，還有冬天洗澡，浴室有點通風，真的有點冷，但我想這也是沒辦法，哈哈

• Jan-Michael (7/5): Die Lage war top und hat es raus geholt. Abstriche bei Komfort und Hygiene. - +Lage +Ausstattung -Schimmel im Bad -Badezimmer -kaum isolierte Fenster und die ganze Nacht Straßenlärm -Treppenhaus schwer begehbar da eng und voll gestellt (es gibt aber einen Aufzug)

• Sai Chu (8/5): 位置優越，距離地鐵站及機場巴士站只是3分鐘之內的路程，房間設備完善，唯一缺點是廁所與淋浴間沒有乾濕分離。 - 離開首爾是晚上10時的航班，店方體貼地讓我們在下午四時才退房，非常有彈性👍 廁所與淋浴間在同一位置，沒有乾濕分離。

• KIMI (8/5): また泊まりたいです。 - 内装が可愛くて部屋も広くて快適でした。 床が白いのもあってか髪の毛が所々落ちていてそれが気になりました。床用のモップみたいな物置いてくれると助かるかなと思いました。
• JHIH LIAN (10/5): - 雙床房型很棒，洗澡水夠熱，有暖氣，洗衣機，Netfilx，最重要是有電梯，電梯可容納兩個大人+兩個29吋行李箱。

• Kai Li (9/5): 強烈建議住這的旅客們，有行李箱的出地鐵一定要等電梯搭！不然就算它離車站出口不遠，提行李箱走出5號出口應該會哭出來😂但這裡依舊是個性價比很高的住宿地☺️ - 有問題或需要請房東協助時都能很快得到處理👍🏼 這次住宿301，有很大整潔的餐、書桌可用，但直接坐在地毯上屁股很快就痛了😅

• Semeraro (8/5): - Der Standort war super. Im Apartment war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Auf Anfrage konntw ich sogar etwas frührer Einchecken, was sehr toll war. Kommunikation auch super. Das Bett war mir etwas zu hart und die Fenster sind nicht perfekt isoliert, man hört also immer noch etwas Strassenlärm. War aber für den Preis ok.

• Olga (9/5): Perfect location, well equiped and well looked after - It's a very cozy small studio in an excellent location. The bus from the airport is close, metro is close, you'll be close to major attractions, several metro lines, and bus routes. Honestly, the location couldn't be more perfect, the locals were very impressed when I mentioned the choice of the area. The building is easy to access and has elevator. The studio is well equipped and well maintained. Asian size (set your expectations right!) but actually quite nice and airy. Honestly I expected a lot less. it had style, everything was newish and well taken care of, there was even a drier in addition to the washing machine. They had toiletries, shampoos, and even some welcome coffee and tea bags. Very nice service. The manager is very friendly and attentive, easy to communicate with. They have several apartments in the same building so they are often around. In the specific apartment I was using the was a tiny problem with the shower in that the water pressure made it rotate and it was hard to direct the water to a convenient place unless you were holding the shower hand in your own hand - not my ideal set up for a shower. They need a different type of holder for the shower head. We had a conversation about, and given how attentive they were, they probably have already fixed it. Honestly, this is the only reason I'm not giving a 10 because otherwise I loved my stay. Also, if you have not used a digital lock before ask for a demonstration of how to activate it. I freaked out when I couldn't get it started coming back late at night.

• Melany (10/5): Amazing place to stay at where you feel like you’re at home! - The location was great and very close to the tube station. The place itself was cutely decorated that you felt like you were at home. Also, Joy was just very helpful during our stay. She was just amazing. ✨
• Malak (8/5): Very good - The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. However, the bathroom was quite small and it was a bit of a hassle to take a shower. The location was convenient with a train station just few minutes away and a lovely take-away coffee just downstairs. Bathroom is quite small
• Nikki (9/5): Nice little apartment with a good location and an amazing host! - We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The location is super convenient and the area is really nice. It’s easy to get around the whole city from here! Also, the host was so friendly and helpful! She gave us great recommendations for hiking and eating. Yes, the apartment is on the smaller side, but it has everything you need and is perfect if you’re only there to sleep and eat breakfast or something. There is also a coffee take-away downstairs, which is super convenient in the morning!

• Erica (9/5): Great value for a great stay! - Great host, good location, great value, comfortable beds, appeared as advertised. Very convenient having the laundry and kitchenette in room. The space, particularly the bathroom, was pretty small, but still one of the larger spaces we stayed in Korea and Japan. Just need to adjust expectations of room size coming from the USA.
• Julie (10/5): A sweet stay indeed - Sweet Stay was excellent! The host was so welcoming and helpful, and has very good English. The location is great - within walking distance to the subway, bus stop, SPAREX, and right across the road from 7Eleven. I recommend this place.

• Sarah (9/5): Perfect place to stay in Seoul. - Nice decorations, the unit is pretty and comfortable. Enough space for 2 or 3 people. The location is good, just next to a metro station. The owner is very nice and kind, always here for any questions. The beds' matresses are a bit too hard but it was not too bothersome.

Property has a lift so it's convenient for guest with luggage too. Walk 5 minutes to Dongdaemun history and culture park MRT exit 5, down stairs can find coffee shop and convenient store. It's safe as at night still lots of lights. The host is friendly and giving in time help whenever we have question with the room or even with the travel spot! bathroom is pretty small, most of the things has to put outside the room. Room with Electronic lock will make us worry if someone will easily break into the room.

• Soucat (10/5): Cozy, comfy stay at Sweet Stay 😃 - Subway is right at the corner, and the Airport bus shuttle stop is right outside the entrance door. Such access to public transportation made our trip into Seoul so easy. There are also many amazing Jjigae and K fried Chicken places all around the area. And best, there is an amazing 24h spa around the corner!! All was good, there isn’t a thing we didn’t like.

• Ria (10/5): Amazing stay! - Joy was an amazing host! We had questions about the front door, and she personally went to the place to explain and demonstrate how it was properly used to us. The latch bolt for the toilet's door gets stuck, but the door closes completely anyway even if it was like that. The building has an elevator, and the room has washing machine (+ drying rack), fridge, hair dryer, TV, stove, microwave, wi-fi, AC (with heater), and electric kettle. Utensils, pans, toiletries, and soap (for utensils, hands, and laundry) were all complete as well during our stay. The closest station to the accommodation is Dongdaemun History & Culture Park (Exit 5). Be informed though that this exit only has stairs, so if you have heavy luggages, you may use Exit 4 at the other side of the road. Also, it would be nice to have more plastic for the general waste. :) Still, the overall stay was amazing. Thanks, Joy!

• Tzu (9/5): Superb - The location is great. The host is friendly and reply to our questions quickly. Except that the bathroom is a bit small, the room is very comfortable. Good accommodation choice in Seoul.

• Sajida (10/5): Fabulous - The studio is located less than 2min walk from DDP station which was extremely convenient. Many restaurants, salons, exchange shops and convenient stores around the place. The studio was so clean and tidy, loved the decor so homely feeling it gave me. Although it was a studio, but mostly all toiletries, towels, water, etc was provided. The host was very friendly, quick in communicating and adaptive to any sudden request especially since I wanted to extend and it was directly confirmed by the host. It's not a hotel so you will have to clean up behind you but honestly it was worth the stay and I felt like I was at home. The room was exactly like the pictures here, wifi was very fast and the door had good safety system. Make sure you follow the Host's instruction and you will love the stay. At night it is not very lively but it didn't matter. FYI: The bed was so comfy :D honestly there was nothing that I didn't like. Maybe, would recommend the host to keep an iron as that was the only thing that was not there. :)
