Will de - Very spacious, two very good A/C units, the super king sized bed was incredibly comfy, great blackout shutters on the windows to allow for a good nights sleep, large modern bathroom with good water pressure. Fridge in the room with necessities provided Some noise late at night from nearby bar/restaurant… however this is expected with being so central.
• LUCA (9/5): Buona soluzione per alloggiare in centro. - Camera in pieno centro recentemente ristrutturata. Bagno ampio molto bello. L'arredamento troppo classico personalmente non lo amo. Molti oggetti e supellettili presenti appesantiscono inutilmente il contesto. Lo spazio comune/cucina non è fruibile in quanto adibito a ripostiglio. Non sapendo se sia un b&b ( colazione obbligatoria) o un affittacamere (colazione non compresa) non mi esprimo su questo servizio , presente in camera ma essenziale. Ci è stato fornito solo 1 set di asciugamani per un soggiorno di 3 notti. Pulizie giornaliere non presenti.
• Agnieszka (9/5): - Very nice apartment with everything we needed – tea, coffee, some biscuits, even milk for the coffee, bottled water, shower gel, and shampoo were all provided. The place was clean, spacious, and in a great location. All trains and buses are just a 2–3 minute walk from the apartment, making it perfect for anyone using public transport. The owner, Sergio, and the lady who looks after the apartment, Manuella, were both very kind and caring. Nothing

• Janet (10/5): We loved it and are likely to return. - The room and bathroom are immaculate. The air con is very good and quiet. Sergio and Manuela were kind and helpful. Nothing - it was fine. The one issue was finding it - the taxi dropped us in the wrong place, because that was the address as listed. Our room was in an apartment behind the pharmacy - easy to find once you knew what you were looking for.

Sergio was very helpful with tour tips and responded quickly when things came up during the stay that needed to be fixed. There are no negative things to mention 🙂

The location was also amazing and the owner Sergio was very nice and helpful. He messaged us with ideas of things to go and see during our stay which we really appreciated. I travel a lot and it was one of the nicest rooms I have stayed in. Everything was perfect!
• Jennifer (8/5): Helpful owners. Comfortable, clean and spacious apartment - The apartment was very spacious, clean and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom facilities excellent. It felt a little unsafe at night coming back to the apartment as the entrance is at the back of a quiet lane way. The weekend nights are very loud with music blaring but luckily enough, I had earplugs which helped!

It's was just beautiful, right in the middle of town beside the train station and close to buses to take you to the beaches. Serigo was so helpful , I cannot thank him enough. • Simla (10/5): Best place you can ever stay at Olbia!!! - The location is just perfect, couple of minutes to the main street. The apartment is totally renovated, very big, extremely clean, well decorated, not missing any item; everything is chic and cosy. Better than a hotel, cannot be better! What you see in the pictures are real. The hosts (Paola and Sergio) were extremely kind and helpful, grazie mille!
