- Jiajia (1/5): Not sleeping well - The landlord is easygoing and easy to contact.
The location is good. Easy to find. Easy to park.
There is a supermarket near, like 150 meters. It sells great draft beer. We had an extremely terrible night here. The landlord is helpful though.
The house seems to have been unoccupied for a long time. Therefore, the floor on the second floor is very, very dirty, and the beds there are also very uncomfortable.
There are only one double bed and two single beds.
The double bed has slopes on both sides, so you slide to either side when sleeping, and the mattress is very uneven. As for the two small single beds, they are very narrow and tiny.
But most importantly, none of the three bedrooms upstairs have an air conditioner!!!!!!!!!. It gets extremely hot in summer; when we checked in, the air was unbearably hot, so we had to sleep with the windows open. :(
However, leaving the windows open brought in a lot of mosquitoes at night. :(
We had a terrible sleep and barely got any rest at all. My parents had to move to the living room on the first floor because it has an air conditioner, but they could only sleep on the floor.
The kitchen is not clean and the tools are also oily.
I think there are still too many aspects of this house that need improvement. At the very least, it is not suitable for renting out in summer, or the landlord should provide fans.
- Amina (9/5): Superb - We stayed at Casa Villa from 16 November to 19 November. We spent time at this villa like our home. The host of Villa is a very good and cooperative person and always available. We forgot something at the villa, and when contacted Mr Rashid, he dropped our belongings at the airport before we reached.
- Irshad (9/5): Superb - Host. Very welcoming. The interior is good but if host works on making bedsheets and furniture a little better, we will be happy to pay more for such big property.
- Saithu (9/5): Our home in Baku - It’s very comfortable and private villa . The owner is very lovable and careful like our family member . Suggest for family as you can stay here like your home Only distance is the point I noticed but you can overcome it by walk some steps to bus and train
- Natasha (10/5): Overall our experience was excellent 👌 - Our stay was excellent, felt at home, a special mention about our host Mr. Rashid, he was very kind, and went out of his way to arrange an airport pick up and drop too. Thankyou.
