2. Access to the property is reserved exclusively for those included in the reservation, and visitors are not permitted.
3. Please keep your personal belongings in designated areas and do not leave them in common spaces.
4. The only area allowed for smoking is the terrace of the building; Smoking is prohibited in other parts of the property.
5. If you wish to rearrange the furniture, we ask that you contact us in advance to maintain the organization and condition of the property.
6. To verify the identity of each member of the reservation, we request a valid identification, either an ID for Colombians or a passport for foreigners.
7. The use and entry of psychotropic substances, such as marijuana, is strictly prohibited in our facilities.
8. Since we do not have a 24-hour reception, it is important to agree on a check-in time within our schedule established in the property rules.
9. We do not offer storage of belongings after completing the reservation, so we recommend that you plan your itinerary carefully.
10. Since we are located in a natural environment, it is possible to find wild animals, insects and terrestrial amphibians sporadically. Please let us know if anyone in your group has phobias related to these creatures.
11. There may be occasional noise from parrots, dogs, wild birds and nearby restaurants. We recommend that you be prepared to enjoy these characteristic sounds of our environment.
12. Although we do not have a concierge or wait service, our host will be available to help with any concerns you may have. We will provide a way to contact you to resolve any issues or answer questions.

- Mayra (1/5): Estafa - Nada la señora es una estafadora Que me quisieran estafar dejándome en la calle bajo el sol al momento de mi llegada y encima , me tratarán de delincuente por ingresar 15: minutos antes a un alojamiento que ya había pagado, y como no me .pudo dejar en la calle me cancelo la reserva en la noche (después de que me habian entregado el alojamiento en la tarde) con el fin de que me fuera sin hacerme la devolución del pago de la reserva, no bastando con sacarme a mi al huésped que me permitió entrar luego de que yo le mostrara los comprobantes de mi reserva ,lo hosttigo ,hasta que lo saco a la calle también, un señor de la tercera edad, extranjero al cual supuesta no le devolvió l dinero de la reserva ,no bastandole con haberlo dejado en la calle el día de su llegada al hospedaje,pide todo el pago por adelantado para pegarse de una de sus reglas sacadas del orto,acusar a la gente con autoridades, desalojarlos y quedarse con los dineros.
