It wasn't great for a solo traveller There was no access to a pool like in the photos. I didnt realize how isolated the property was. There are no staff on site and it is quite far out of town. My property had a balcony but I couldn't access it due to the security blinds.

Isabelle (10/5): - La facilité des communications pour récupérer les clés. La grandeur de l'appartement était parfaite avec les 2 chambres et la vue superbe sur la mer. Parfait pour profiter des plages et des falaises de l'Algarve. Il n'y avait pas de coupes à vin, mais assez de verres 😉
Arjan (8/5): Ruim appartement op enkele minuten lopen van het strand - Ruim appartement. Geen dekens aanwezig (koude nachten in april) Schuifpui sloot slecht of niet. Bij het ophalen van de sleutels moet je huurvoorwaarden ondertekenen die je niet eerder hebt ontvangen/ gezien. Vreemde gang van zaken.
Jacob (4/5): - Bed en douche Alles viel tegen. Oud, kapot, gedateerd, buren lawaai, naast bouwplaats, uitzicht. Dit heeft niets met vakantie te maken. Van de 12 dagen na 5 dagen vertrokken naar een andere locatie.
Ingo (2/5): Nach ausgiebigem Lüften war der Aufenthalt immerhin einigermaßen auszuhalten, frische Luft erwies sich hier eindeutig al - Positiv hervorzuheben war die Lage zum Strand schließlich konnte man dort dem Geruch der Unterkunft kurz entkommen. Außerdem gab es nagelneue Handtücher und sogar einen neuen Toilettendeckel, was fast schon luxuriös wirkte im Vergleich zum Rest der Ausstattung. Leider roch es in der Unterkunft stark nach Chlor und Schimmel. Die Bettdecke wies zudem Blutflecken auf. Die gesamte Ausstattung wirkt stark veraltet, und einige Türen lassen sich nicht richtig schließen. Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich mehrere verschlossene Türen, die dennoch den Eindruck vermitteln, dass jederzeit jemand hineinkommen könnte.

Mauricio (9/5): muito boa - boa localização muito tranquilo a praia logo em frente a única coisa a melhor e ter um 1 o 2 cobertores de reserva no apartamento,
Karin (6/5): Appartement hübsch, Agentur DreamAlgarve katastrophal - Das Appartement liegt in einem Appartementkomplex, dieser ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen - durch die Nähe zum Meer geht dies aber oft sehr rasch. War aber nicht so, dass dieser heruntergekommen gewesen wäre. Um zum Strand zu gelangen, muss man die Hauptstrasse und danach die Eisenbahngeleise überqueren, ca. 5min. Im Komplex kleiner Pool, dieser war sauber, es lösen sich aber Mosaikteile der Beklebung ab, hier also mögliche Verletzungsgefahr. Das Appartement war recht neu und stylisch eingerichtet, hier gab es nichts zu meckern. Ausreichender Druck und heisses Wasser in der Dusche. Hübscher Balkon mit etwas Meersicht. Schlüsselübergabe äusserst mühsam. Hätten von Odeiceixe einen Bus gehabt, der kurz nach 19h angekommen - dafür hätten wir einen saftigen Aufpreis zahlen müssen, da Übergabe in der Agentur DreamAlgarve erfolgen muss; diese liegt 3km von Unterkunft entfernt. Also Taxi. Dort angekommen, musste ich mit 2 Kindern in einer ewigen Schlange warten, da nur ein Mitarbeiter Kunden abgefertigt hat. Benutzung des WC nur für Mitarbeitende möglich; durch die ewige Wartezeit hat mein Sohn fast eingepullert. Um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen, erneut Taxi nehmen. Dort angekommen, wollten Kinder in Pool, alles verriegelt. Ergo Agentur telefonisch zu erreichen versucht - keine Chance. Im "Live Chat" keine Antwort. Also kein Pool. Weit und breit um Unterkunft keinerlei Shops, um das nötigste einzukaufen, Restaurants im Sinne von Bars am Strand, aktuell aber noch geschlossen. Ergo nochmals Taxi in die Stadt zum Einkaufen. Am nächsten Morgen früh Überraschung: im Badezimmer um die Toilette grosse Lache und Ameiseninvasion. Aufgeputzt, es läuft weiter. Die Toilette leckt. Und dies whs nicht zum 1. Mal, wie diverse Reparaturversuche mit sehr viel Silikon bezeugen. Erneuter Versuch, Agentur zu kontaktieren. Nach mehreren vergeblichen Versuchen klappt es dann doch. Zuerst quasi Schulterzucken. Erst auf Druck wird versprochen, jmd vorbeizuschicken. Können aber nicht sagen wann, versprechen, sich zu melden, wann der Monteur kommt. Selbsverständlich geschieht dies nicht, wir warten also, bis er kommt, da wir unsere Wertgegenstände nicht rumliegen lassen wollen. Auf die Frage nach der Poolbenutzung werden wir aufgeklärt, dass es dafür eine Zugangskarte braucht, sie hätten vergessen, diese abzugeben, hierfür müssten wir erneut in die Agentur kommen. Reparatur zieht sich ewig hin, WC nicht benutzbar. Sohn muss in Trinkflasche piseln, Tochter in die Büsche beim Strand. Schliesslich fahren wir erneut mit Taxi in die Agentur. Dort nur Schulterzucken und Sorry - mehr könne man nicht tun.
Giselle (7/5): - A localização é excelente: a praia fica mesmo em frente, assim como a piscina, o que torna tudo muito conveniente. O estacionamento também foi fácil, pelo menos em maio havia muitos lugares disponíveis, provavelmente por ser época baixa. A primeira questão foi o processo de levantamento das chaves. Não estava claro no momento da reserva que seria necessário ir buscá-las a outro local, nem que haveria um custo adicional caso a chegada fosse após as 19h. Se essa informação estivesse explícita, provavelmente não teria feito a reserva. Ao chegarmos à casa, verificámos que o cano da pia estava completamente solto, o que impossibilitou a sua utilização no primeiro dia. Na manhã seguinte liguei a reportar o problema e foi resolvido rapidamente, embora a pia tenha continuado a pingar. Relativamente ao conforto, a água quente revelou-se insuficiente. No verão poderá não ser um problema, mas com temperaturas mais baixas torna-se desconfortável: deu apenas para dois banhos e, ao terceiro, já não havia água quente. Sendo que precisávamos lavar o cabelo (eu e a minha filha), mesmo com banhos rápidos, cerca de 5 minutos cada, o meu marido teve de esperar que a água voltasse a aquecer. Além disso, a casa aparentava estar fechada há algum tempo, pois havia um cheiro bastante intenso a humidade. Como ponto positivo, as toalhas e os lençóis estavam limpos e com um cheiro agradável
Maria João (3/5): É uma pena... - Da localização . O apartamento é muito giro. Da falta de limpeza, do cheiro a mofo e do roupeiro cheio de coisas inúteis e roupa de outra pessoas que já lá tiveram. O sofá estava nojento e cheio de areia. O site diz que tem secador e não tinha. Conselho: Por favor, tirem aquelas carpetes horrorosas e cheias de esterco e ácaros ( fartei me de tomar antiestaminico. Não havia almofadas extras. As que estavam no roupeiro até dava vómitos.

Durán Pérez (8/5): - El apartamento está muy bien, espacioso y muy limpio ,si quieres tranquilidad es genial porque está un poco alejado de Lagos. Las camas..los colchones y las almohadas incómodas, y el palo del cepillo de barrer estaba roto y no pudimos barrer.
tihaya (7/5): Bom apartamento, localização excelente, mas necessita de alguns ajustes - O apartamento é muito bem localizado, a vista é linda e é espaçoso. O check in foi fácil, pois as chaves são esfregues pela administradora em localização próxima. Havia só duas taças numa casa de 3 quartos. Não havia tapetes de banheiro. A limpeza do piso, geladeira e exaustor não estava boa. Colchões poderiam ser encapados. Papel higiênico insuficiente para a estadia. A porta de uma das casas de banho não fechava. Máquina de lavar loiça não funciona.

Las llaves se cogen en una oficina a 5 minutos del alojamiento No es un conjunto de apartamentos turísticos, es un bloque con apartamentos particulares también. No tiene recepción, y la piscina, que se comparte con más bloques, está entre edificios, por lo que a las 6 de la tarde (la primera semana de septiembre) pega totalmente la sombra. El checkout se hace a las 10 de la mañana...cosa que podría ser al menos un par de horas más tarde

Las cortinas del salón y de la habitación están muy viejas y sucias, lo que da una sensación de descuido. La cama es incómoda y las almohadas son tan finas que es imposible descansar bien. La cocina no cuenta con cafetera, algo que consideramos básico en un alojamiento. Además, la puerta de entrada es difícil de abrir, el ventanal del balcón no cierra correctamente, el WiFi no funcionaba durante toda la estancia y en el baño no hay ni un enchufe, lo que resulta muy poco práctico. Por el precio que se paga, esperábamos un alojamiento con un mínimo de mantenimiento y confort, por lo que no lo recomendamos.
