We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely will choose Olive tree for our future visit. There was nothing to cause me any discomfort or dislike. We felt welcomed and as at home. • Giselle (10/5): Exceptional - The family who own and run the restaurant and apartments are wonderful. They are friendly and do such a good job with the whole establishment. The breakfast was fulling and tasty. The rooms were perfect for our family beach stay. Nearby is a supermarket and a couple of other restaurants but we chose to eat at the Olive Tree. • Zulfa (10/5): Perfectly - This is the perfect place, everything is right there at your fingertips. We had a perfect breakfast and they have great food in the restaurant. The owners are very kind people who are always there to help you with whatever you need. The beach is three minutes from the building, there is also a popular promenade and a market. The perfect isolation of the building means that you don't hear any noise from the street! The best accommodation in Albania!

• Eleonora (10/5): Like staying at your family home - Elena and her family are the kindest people we met in Albania (not to say the only people who really took care of us as tourists during the whole vacation in Saranda). I was travelling with my daughter and one of her closest friends. On day two, her friend got sick (probably due to an excessive sun exposure), and Elena behaved like a real grandma, providing paracetamol, bringing chicken soup in our room and constantly asking if he was getting better. The day we left, I asked Elena if she could reserve a taxi for us to reach the port, and she asked her husband to take us there with his car, which he did totally for free. The room was actually a small apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen, a king size bedroom and a living room featuring two king size sofa beds. The hotel is close to Saranda embankment, but in a secluded road, so there is no noise at all during the night. Buffet breakfast was complete, although not so varied, but always with fresh and quality ingredients: home made jams, Nutella, organic honey, fresh fruits, eggs, cheese, sausages, cereals, milk, yogurt, etc We were three and we ended up sleeping in the living room, because the bedroom had no air conditioning and only had a window that faced the kitchen. Not a big deal, as we used it as "mess room" 🤗. The shower has no doors, so be prepared to flood everything.
• Roman (10/5): Lovely restaurant - We really enjoyed our stay, nice apartment with kitchen, comfortable beds, very nice hall. Breakfast was really tasty and variable, we also had dinner here, that was delicious too. During our stay there was some construction works nearby, so it was a little bit noisy around.

• Jane (8/5): Great breakfast and well appointed room in a good part of the town - The buffet breakfast was lovely in a pleasant and modern cafe attached to the hotel rooms. Coffee was available and different breakfast items were on the menu each day. The room was OK but was rather dark and having to set up the sofa beds each day was a nuisance. However there was a table outside and as we spent little time in the room, it was more than adequate.
