• Gyula (10/5): - Nagyon barátságos és szimpatikus volt a tulajdonos. Mindenben segített. Az ajánlásai is nagyon jók voltak, éttermek, naplementét néző bár, kávézó stb. Tényleg maximális segítőkészséget nyújtott. A szállás a lehető legjobb helyen található. Mindenhez nagyon közel. Bízom benne, hogy vissza tudunk térni még ide.

Auch der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und der Gastgeber war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab eigentlich nichts zu beanstanden. Alles hat meinen Erwartungen entsprochen.

• I Tre Laghi (10/5): Un soggiorno indimenticabile, da ripetere. Super consigliato. - Proprietario gentilissimo. L'appartamento offriva tutte le comodità, super accessoriato. Posizione strategica con una vista mozzafiato, vicino tutti i servizi senza dover prendere la macchina per raggiungere negozi, mare, bar, ristoranti, ecc.

• Valeria (8/5): Umag, ci manca già! - L appartamento è in ottima posizione, ottimo per le famiglie, da sul lungo mare, dove è piacevolissimo passeggiare, ci sono ristoranti, negozi, bancarelle e food track, a pochi metri c'è un parco per bimbi nuovo e ben attrezzato anche per i più piccoli, sempre aperto, anche la sera. Accanto un parcheggio pubblico dove poter lasciare l auto, gratuito. Appena dietro la vietta dell appartamento c'è una piazzetta con il mercato di Umag, bar caffetterie per fare colazione. A pochi passi, più in là c'è una zona commerciale con supermercato e vari altri servizi, tra cui un ristorante con area kids al piano superiore. Nella stessa piazza la biblioteca sia per adulti /ragazzi che per bambini, libero accesso. Tutto a portata di mano e gestibile a piedi. Le spiagge più belle sono raggiungibili con il trenino, che passa ogni 10 min vicino al parcheggio pubblico, tutte le aree balneari che abbiamo frequentato ben attrezzate e pulite, la pineta consente di rimanere in zona spiaggia con i più piccoli anche nelle ore più calde. Umag città ha la sua zona spiaggia a pochi metri dall appartamento. Tutta quest area lungo mare e puntellata di ristoranti e poi porta alla scogliera, dove si possono vedere dei bei tramonti, spesso con la bimba facevamo merenda qui. Consiglio anche escursione in barca per vedere i delfini in mare aperto. Per quanto riguarda la casa, si vede la cura che ci mettono per non far mancare nulla, abbiamo trovato tutto quello che poteva servirci già li, le due camere sono spaziose, i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, ci è piaciuto molto, ci siamo sentiti a casa. L appartamento è in centro, dunque alle volte la stradina/condomini sono un po rumorosi, ma ne è valsa la pena rispetto i servizi. Noi eravamo all ultimo piano, lo stabile non ha ascensore, tuttavia coi bagagli c ha aiutato il proprietario, per cui non è stato difficile. Purtroppo ha piovuto spesso, c'è stata un alluvione durante il ns. soggiorno, degno di nota: le persone di umag hanno reagito subito, la notte stessa c erano i ristoratori e gli esercenti fuori in strada che alzavano le grate dei tombini e pulivano le strade. Il giorno seguente i negozi erano già tutti aperti. Consiglio di noleggiare una culla o altra attrezzatura specifica per piccoli (la casa non dispone di box bimbi) é possibile prenotarla prima dell arrivo su junior-travel.com che serve tutta la Croazia.

• Jana (9/5): - Páčila sa nám lokalita. Náš hostiteľ Miki nám pomohol s batožinou z parkoviska, cca 200 m. Pláž, aj keď mestská nás milo prekvapila. Nebola preplnená, bolí tam sprchy, krásny pohľad na historické centrum a šíre more. Ináč všetko zodpovedalo, ako je v opise. Veľké pozitívom žiadne komáre ani otravný hmyz. V noci rušno, ale s tým sa dalo rátať, keďže je ubytovanie v centre mesta. Spať len so zavretými oknami. Našťastie klimatizácia fungovala.

• Edina (10/5): Exceptional - We absolutely loved this apartment. It is located right in the center of Umag, with the view of the marina and promenade with shops, restaurants and cafes. Bella Vista is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, little office space right behind the living room and a nice balcony overlooking the marina. There is AC in each bedroom and in the living room which was very helpful since the weather was so hot during our stay. Apartment also has clothes washer and dryer and a dishwasher. These were so appreciated since we were here with our children. Owners were very kind and easily reached by phone call or text. We highly recommend Bella Vista and would love to stay here again in the future 🧡 Nothing, everything was perfect!

• Veronika (10/5): Stunning stay in Umag - Everything was perfect. I advise you to ignore every negative comment among these reviews. The owner was superpolite and even helped us to unpack the car. Yet we had complete privacy, so if you are an introvert or not lusting for small talk, there is nothing to worry about. This accommodation is a gem when it comes to location. Once you pass the main exit, you can decide whether to walk few steps right to see the brand new pedestrian zone with grocery store, bakery, druggists or cafés or to walk few steps left to hit the beautiful promenade with restaurants serving delicious food. Regardless of this, the apartment stays quiet during the night. The equipment was stunning. The owners, indeed, remembered everything. Along with the small seasonal surprise for our kids, there were spare hygienic pads, spare shampoo, spare razors, spare ear cotton swabs, etc. The apartment was utterly clean. There is no need to question cleanliness. During our stay, we had not seen a single spiderweb. The bathroom was sterile. Having two small kids, we appreciated the presence of a dishwasher. Parking was easy. Since we were provided with a residential card, we could park in the central parking for free. The house is basically in the first seafront row. Umag itself is a beautiful town, and although we visited it off-season, except for the temperature, it felt like in the middle of the summer. We hope to return soon.
