- Daniil (10/5): - Good location, few good food places around the corner. Medina just 20 min walk. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Host went to pharmacy to get medication for my wife at midnight, because I stugle to find pharmacy in the middle of the night, just that says a lot. We really enjoined out stay here. Thank you!

- Stefanie (10/5): - Die Lage ist super, das Personal nett und das Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Durch die Nähe zur Straße ist es relativ laut. Mich hat es nicht gestörte, wer aber viel Wert auf Ruhe legt, sollte das beachten.

Ночью очень шумно, рядом площадь и проспект где устраивают ночные гонки рёв моторов и крики людей до утра,поспать спокойно не получиться, найти апартаменты сложно вывески нет.

- Alyson (10/5): Excellent stay, everything was just as it is on the photo's - Great central location , the owner let us have a much earlier check in & later check out at no extra charge which was very much appreciated Only one very small lift & we were on the top floor, the cleaners used the lift regularly & kept the lift doors open on the floor they were working on so the lift was inaccessible & we had to use the stairs a few times, at 64 there was lots of stairs & had to take a few breaks between floors!

- Mark (10/5): Lovely central flat - Needed somewhere to stay for the night before flying home after completing a motorcycle tour. Reasonable price and flat contained a double bed and a sofa bed. All the facilities you could need for one night or even a week's syau. Easy check in and check out and flat was central to many restaurants, bars and shops. It's also within walking distance of the old town if that's what you're after. Nothing to dislike

Die Unterkunft liegt im modernen Stadtteil von Marrakesch, die Medina ist etwa 1 km entfernt und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Für uns war das eine sehr angenehme Lage, weil man nicht mitten im Trubel wohnt, aber trotzdem schnell in der Altstadt ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Apartmentkomplex und war für unseren Aufenthalt von drei Tagen absolut passend. Es gibt einen Wohn- und Essbereich mit kleiner Küchenzeile, ein kleines Bad und ein separates Schlafzimmer. Besonders praktisch fand ich die Waschmaschine, die für einen Städtetrip wirklich ein großer Pluspunkt war. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief über WhatsApp und war unkompliziert. Vor Ort wurde der Wohnungsschlüssel von einer Person übergeben, die auch die Unterlagen mit uns erledigt hat. Diese sprach zwar nur Arabisch, aber für uns war das trotzdem in Ordnung. Insgesamt hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gepasst. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Marrakesch ist die Unterkunft gut geeignet, und ich würde sie durchaus wieder buchen. Der Aufzug im Haus hat offenbar seinen ganz eigenen Kopf. Man kommt an, aber gelegentlich mit einem kleinen Umweg. Auch Türschloss und Türklinke sind nicht ideal gestaltet, weil das Schlüsselloch durch die sehr nahe Klinke schlecht zu erkennen ist. Das war mehrmals etwas mühsam. Am Ende sind das aber nur kleine Details, die den insgesamt positiven Eindruck kaum geschmälert haben.

- Maude (9/5): Super appartement - Très bel accueil, personnel très arrangeant avec nous concernant les heures d’arrivée/départ Appartement idéalement situé, quartier sympathique loin de l’agitation des souk avec tout de même la possibilité de s’y rendre à pied (environ 20/25min de marche), il y a tout ce qu’il faut aux alentours (distributeurs, centre commercial, restaurants,…) Concernant la chambre elle est très grande avec balcon climatisation et tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, lit grand et confortable rien à redire. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour alors un grand merci aux hôtes
- Atosa (9/5): Väldigt fint och trivsamt boende - Fräsch, trivsam och stor lägenhet. Fint och funktionellt badrum. Plus för vattenslangen bredvid toalettstolen som underlättade rengöring. Stora badlakan. Fin städning. Området som var nära restauranger, caféer och servicebutik. Skönt med balkong. Lägenheten var på första våning och hela natten hörde man skrikande folk och tuttande bilar. Rekommenderar att inte bo på första våning. Det saknades en hel del köksartiklar såsom tesked, vinglas, kaffekoppar m.m.

- DANIELLE (9/5): Very nice location. Perfect for a short stay. - The apartment was nice, and comfortable. We loved the fact they did a refresh of the sheets every 4 days and towels every 2. It was bright and sunny and a quick 20 minutes to the Medina. We appreciated being in Gueliz where we had access to a lot of restaurants, and even wine stores that were open during Ramadan. We slow travel so like to cook some of our own meals. This apartment is not well equipped for that, with only a few pans and wooden cooking utensils. No fault of the apartment, but it could be noisy at night due to the bar right next door.

Наличие возможности поставить машину в подземном гараже была очень актуально, так как неоднократно с балкона наблюдали странные стычки на дорогах в округе дома.. Я бы хотела отметить, что квартира ОЧЕНЬ светлая, что редко встречается на самом деле в отелях и апартаментах. Спальня удобная, есть шкаф, из спальни выход на уютный балкон, кровать умеренно жесткая. Квартира оборудована ставнями, от звуков особо не помогает, а свет блокирует хорошо. Плюсом было для нас наличие стиральной машины и посуды. если говорить применительно ко мне, то для меня лично было бы плюсом, если бы кухня была оборудована лучше. я предпочитаю готовить самостоятельно и поэтому выбираю апартаменты с кухней, мне не хватило крышек на кастрюли и сковородки (это было критично), было бы здорово найти кухонное полотенце или рулон с бумажными полотенцами и - или салфетки, а также прям очень прошу обратить внимание Хозяина на то, что в идеале губку для посуды класть новенькую для каждого гостя)). Мне не хватило универсального средства для уборки - плиту было помыть нечем и, к сожалению, мне пришлось оставить ее грязной после использования. Важно будет заметить, что квартира не оборудована даже минимальным набором "расходников" как то капсулы для стирки, соль, масло... я понимаю, что это может быть часть политики владельца, но считаю важным упомянуть это для информирования будущих путешественников, так вы сможете лучше подготовиться и насладиться пребыванием. Я не снимаю баллы за эти замечания, потому что считаю их не недостатками, а именно предложением Хозяину рассмотреть эти улучшения в будущем. Если я вернусь в Марракеш, то точно остановлюсь здесь снова!

The windows and balcony door didn’t stop the noise from the streets coming in. We both had a hard time falling asleep even with earplugs. :( It was a bit better on weekdays than on the weekend.

There is an underground Carpark exactly below the property and the staff was there to open the Carpark gate when we arrived. There is a money exchange shop just below the property. - Maria Katrina (8/5): - si trova proprio al centro, in una zona comunque molto frequentata quindi ci si sente al sicuro non ci sono condimenti di base in cucina, quindi se volete usarla dovrete comprare tutti gli ingredienti che occorrono; non vengono effettuate le pulizie giornaliere come c'è scritto, o almeno a noi non sono state fatte, e in 6 notti che abbiamo soggiornato non ci hanno fatto il cambio lenzuola che avviene almeno 3 giorni dopo il primo giorno, e per ultimo il letto forse un pò troppo duro.

Al mio arrivo il portiere mi ha accompagnato alla reception per il check-in - Hakim mi ha identificata e accompagnato al mio alloggio. L'alloggio èra pulito, elegante e confortevole. Ho apprezzato la macchina del caffè con l'acqua. Lo staff super disponibile. Biancheria da letto e da bagno di alta qualità. Posizione centralissima con i caffè, ristoranti, spa e negozi a pochi metri. Le maggiori attrazioni di Marrakech sono raggiungibile rigorosamente a piedi in pochi minuti. Che dire lo consiglio al 100x100.

- Tünde (9/5): Very nice apartment for the price, but slightly cold in December and bit rude staff/language issues. - Very modern and nice apartment, the wifi is also good. It is well equipped. Parking was great in the building. The floor is quite cold (December) but there is heating. The blanket didn’t have full sheets. The receptionist lady didn’t speak English properly and could tell us the exact check out time, but then rang the doorbell at 10:30 to get us to leave - we found that quite rude. They did let us stay with the car longer, that was nice.

Salle de bain petite mais très bien équipée avec eau chaude et pression remarquable (pas toujours le cas au Maroc), mais surtout localisation idéale en plein Guelize. Cerise sur le gateau : le parking en sous sol le et personnel sympa. Seul point à noter : la signalisation pour trouver Vittoria House. Aucune plaque ni indication. Nous avons fait 3 fois le tour de cette rue et avons du demander à plusieurs commerçants avant de trouver l'entrée.

It is a little bit noisy, but that's what you can expect in Marrakesh. The kitchen could have been better equiped, it was very minimal. It would have been nice if there would be tea spoons and a few more bowls and maybe some basic cooking stuff like salt/pepper and some olive oil. We decided to go out for dinner every night as there are many restaurants closeby.

- Ebru (9/5): Ce fut un séjour agréable - Appartement bien situé dans le quartier de Guéliz, avec de nombreux cafés et restaurants à proximité. La médina est accessible à pied en environ 20 minutes, ce qui rend les déplacements assez pratiques. Le logement est simple mais agréable, avec une jolie terrasse appréciable pour profiter du climat. Le personnel est facilement joignable. Quelques améliorations pourraient être apportées, notamment en ajoutant une machine à café. Une petite mise à jour de certains équipements (ustensiles cuisine et nettoyage du sol, verres) pourrait également rendre le séjour plus confortable.
- Annelien (9/5): - Zeer aangenaam verblijf! Ligt op 25 minuutjes wandelen van het hoofdplein van Marrakesh maar is gelegen in een buurt met veel eetgelegenheden dus dat was voor ons geen probleem! Heel fijne en vlotte communicatie met de hosts, zeker aan te raden! Het gebouw is nogal gehorig dus je hoort de buren boven en onder af en toe, maar ook dat viel best goed mee.
