Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of ILS 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit may be required at the property.

Mervat (2/5): Was pleasant untill the checkout. - The location and view The checkout time was at 10 AM which was extended to 1030 AM. Althaugh we requested a late checkout when we booked. It was Shabat and the checkout in most properties even in hotels is not before 1700 hrs. We always enjoyed late checkout threw booking and checked out late. We were informed the property is booked on the same day we checked out but with my experience the new commers usually check in late on Saturdays. The kids were very tired. We did not have time to even eat breakfast. It was very unusual and the host was rude who handed over the property. I will reconsider using booking for the inconvenience we encountered with the children.
