- Fiona (7/5): Stunning view, quiet location - The view is great and Ajith who is the caretaker and his helper were so attentive and kept the place spotless, nothing was too much trouble. Sitting on upstairs balcony watching the fishermen go out was a highlight The house is tired doors and locks really hard to open, some lights not working, fan downstairs not working so almost unusable living area it was so hot. No mosquito nets so whole family covered in mosquito bites each morning. Air conditioner in one room pretty ineffective- needs replacing. Internet only worked half the time - had over 24hrs without. Breakfast was average, fruit only on one morning. Walk to main Marissa beach about 15min which we didn’t mind, most along lovely laneways.
- Jalaj (10/5): Exceptional! - We had an incredible stay at Sapphire Bay Mirissa! Our caretaker, Lasantha, was a beautiful human being who took excellent care of us. He prepared delicious food every day, adding to our wonderful experience. The place was immaculately clean, with direct access to the beach, offering a peaceful and serene environment. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay by two more days. Highly recommend this gem for a perfect getaway!

This is his renovated home and he personally managed Al communication to make sure we’re happy - The team taking care of the place is amazing. Most helpful people we stayed with - We asked for specific details related to our kid’s eating preferences and they kept note every time. They were very mindful and paid attention to everything - They were careful not to intrude our privacy and we barely felt their presence. - Everything is cleaned and kept clean throughout the stay - Location is great, quiet place far from the noise - Food was great. Breakfast is really good, and we asked the family who’s cooking to make dinner and she did great food - The furniture is great and the place looks great. Interior decor is really nice Rooms are dark at night for reading. Bed light should be stronger Internet is a bit weak upstairs. Both comments were shared with the host and he said he’ll fix them
