Hatim (10/5): - Impeccable séjour, du jardin magnifiquement entretenu à la piscine aux eaux cristallines. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été plongé dans l'ambiance avec le thé et les gâteaux de bienvenue, une attention que j'ai énormément appréciée. Un immense merci à la gérante, Ouissal, qui a été d'une disponibilité exemplaire et d'une gentillesse remarquable tout au long de mon séjour. Grâce à elle et à l'équipe attentionnée, je me suis senti parfaitement accueilli et en sécurité. L'emplacement est idéal : à seulement une demi-heure de Marrakech, c'est l'endroit parfait pour se ressourcer au calme tout en restant proche de la ville. Côté pratique, bien que le parking soit petit, il est très bien sécurisé, ce qui est un vrai plus pour l'esprit tranquille. Une propriété qui respire la sérénité. Je recommande vivement et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! RAS, tout était parfait 👍

valerii (10/5): - Райское место, чуткая доброжелательная хозяйка, чисто, невероятно красиво и уютно, роскошные завтраки. Можно заранее заказать обед и ужин. Тихо, чистый бассейн, место для барбекю на большую компанию. Огромное спасибо! До Марракеша на машине минут 40, но нас это не смутило.

Mahdi (10/5): - It truly feels like a little piece of heaven on earth. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly calm, set just away from the main road, which makes it even more relaxing. The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment I arrived. There’s a large, secure area for cars and motorbikes, and it’s completely safe to leave bicycles inside. Overall, a wonderful place to stay — calm, comfortable, and full of charm.

The location is ideal — just over half an hour from Marrakech. While Marrakech can be busy and chaotic, this accommodation offered the perfect balance: quiet, relaxing, and still close enough to visit the city easily. Highly recommended!

Assia (9/5): Très bon séjour en famille . - L’établissement est très grand pour une famille. Les hôtes ont été formidable. Douche privée dans chaque chambre. Petit déjeuner complet. Repas fabuleux . Piscine gigantesque. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous n’avons pas apprécié que la piscine soit partagé avec les clients des bungalows. Nous sommes tombés sur une autre famille formidable mais ce qui a été annoncé par booking : piscine privé ne fut pas le cas . Pour avoir la piscine privée il faut réserver la villa en entier et les 3 bungalow. Ce fut le seul point négatif. Marrakech centre est un peu éloigné de la villa : il faut compter 45 minutes en voiture .

Pooja (8/5): Our stay overall was very good overall. There is also the option to have lunch at the villa at an additional price which - I liked how big the villa was and how big the pool was. The rooms were all equipped with AC which was very much needed for July in Marrakesh. The host was very lovely and available to talk to in person during the day and over WhatsApp. Our rooms were cleaned each day and breakfast was served each day with the host confirming whether we wanted this and we were also able to request specific breakfast options such as pancakes. There is a huge garden area which was also very lovely as well as different animals such as chickens, bunnies and pigeons. There was the option for airport transfer for €30 and we also used this transport to be able to get to the city centre and back. There was no AC on the main lounge area which meant we couldn’t enjoy sitting there as much as we would have liked to. If you’re looking to stay close to the centre of Marrakesh then this villa wouldn’t be for you as the trips to and from cost €30 each. If you’re in a big group then the cost to cover this is fine however if not then it can be a lot to spend daily. We didn’t have any access to the kitchen which would have been nice and the rooms weren’t equipped with a kettle or anything

Eiman (3/5): I wouldn't stay here again - 1. Staff - excellent - They really looked after me and my mum and helped us as much as possible. The staff are the best thing about this property. Thank you Wesal and Fouzia. 2. Beds - very comfortable - room very spacious 3. Very clean 4. Beautiful gardens and pool 5. Peaceful during the day - mainly because we were the only guests. 1. Remote location - 40 mins drive to Marakesh. 60 GBP daily spent on travel costs. Most trips booked through trip advisor could not pick us up from the hotel. The hotel had their own trips, but the price was at least double what is on trip advisor. 2. No restraurants or shops in the area, so you are stuck if you don't plan ahead for meals. You need to advise the hotel at least 2 hours in advance if you want to have anything to eat. 3. Breakfast is the same everyday - high carbs, high sugar and served cold. 4. No kettle or fridge in the rooms, despite advertising they are available. 5. No drinking water available at arrival, although we were given this once we asked what they expected us to do at 11pm at night if no shops are around and we can't drink the tap water. 6. No soap or toileteries in any bathrooms. They did buy some for us after we asked though. First night, we had to use our face wash as handsoap! 7. Not sound proof at all. At night you can hear every footstep, door closing, dogs barking. There is a gap between the door and floor so basically you can hear everything, even the next rooms flushing the toilets. 8. No hot water. It would come on and off 9. Shower head broken and water floods when showering as there is no shower curtain the entire bathroom floor gets wet. 10. Wifi in the rooms upstairs is poor. But downstairs worked OK. 11. The Hamam isn't great. Bring your own everything if you plan to stay here, including earplugs and a car!! If you don't plan to hire a car then you will regret staying here as we did. The staff are really nice though, so it is a shame that the place is just to far from anything and there is nothing around for you to enjoy. It also felt like the owners are trying to ration everything as you are only given things if you ask. If you are looking for a remote getaway and plan to stay in the hotel for the entire stay, then I think this is a nice place to escape and just enjoy the gardens and pool.

Abdelmoumen (10/5): An oasis outside Marrakech - Dar Fatima is the best place outside Marrakech. Very Nice staff, confortable beds, delicious food. It was very easy to get there. You need only to follow Google maps. We had some spa treatments during our stay. Very professional. They organized some excursions for us that we did really appreciate. Highly recommended.
