• Christian (7/5): - Als wir ankamen, war ein elektrischer Heizkörper angeschaltet und wir konnten auch früher in das Appartement. Die Kommunikation verlief schnell. Die Lage der Unterkunft war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Wanderungen. Die Rückerstattung erfolgte reibungslos. Das Apartment ist für zwei Personen großzügig. Der Pellet Ofen macht das Appartement schön warm, nur eine Bedienungsanleitung wäre sinnvoll gewesen. Leider kamen ab dem 2. Tag Ameisen in das Blockhaus, uns war das unangenehm. Wir erhielten umgehend ein Spray. Allerdings löste es nur kurzfristig das Problem.
• Deanna (7/5): Globalement bien à part les fourmis - L'appartement est grand et très bien situé. Nous avons été en contact avec la propriétaire par WhatsApp et elle nous a bien transmis toutes les informations nécessaires. Il y a un parking accessible en dehors de l'appartement aussi. On a vraiment apprécié d'arriver et qu'un feu soit déjà allumé. L'appartement était très propre. Pour ce qui est du coin cuisine, je trouvais qu'il était très bien équipé en terme de casseroles/poêles/couverts etc. Il y avait in frigo, un lave-vaisselle, un four avec deux plaques dessus pour chauffer. Un chauffage sur roulettes était mis à disposition et il nous a bien servi pour la chambre quand on avait du mal à lancer le feu de bois. La propriétaire répondait très rapidement et les échanges étaient fluides. Nous étions par contre seulement en contact avec elle que par whatsapp. Pour tous les problèmes et la récupération des sous du séjour, une dame venait (elle ne parlait pas anglai, il n'était pas possible de vraiment échanger avec elle mais elle était très disponible (Madame Gorica). La propriétaire nous proposait aussi d'elle-même que Madame Gorica vienne nous aider à allumer le feu. La salon était aussi confortable et la salle de bain pareil surtout avec la chaufferette au-dessus de la porte. Ce qu'il nous a déplu sont les fourmis, l'appartement en était vraiment rempli surtout notre deuxième jour (le sol de la salle de bain en était noir). J'ai prévenu la propriétaire qui nous a envoyé Madame Gorica (celle qui ne parle pas anglais) pour nous amener un piège et un spray qui ont pu les tenir éloignés un jour. Cela n'a par contre pas empêcher d'en avoir quelqu'unes dans notre lit et dans la valise (le pire). Je pense qu'il est vraiment nécessaire de s'en débarrasser pour de bon et pas seulement avec un spray mais une méthode beaucoup plus radicale afin d'éviter ce genre de surprises à d'autres occupants (à part si la vie en communauté avec les fourmis ne vous dérangent pas). Nous avions aussi emballé tous nos déchets ménagers dans un sac avant de les mettre à la poubelle l'avant-dernier jour et le dernier jour à notre départ, les fourmis étaient là... Le dernier point que je dirais d'améliorer mais qui n'était pas réellement grave est la douche qui varie entre chaud/froid mais qui globalement fonctionne 😊 Je rajouterais aussi que pour les personnes non adeptes à l'allumage d'un feu de bois, qu'il serait pratique de mettre à disposition des petits morceaux de bois.

• Liga (10/5): - Naktsmitne bija ļoti mājīga, piedomāts pie detaļām un iekārtojuma. Mums bija ērti, ar visu nepieciešamo virtuvē un citur. Plaši mūsu 5 cilvēku kompānijai. Lieliska lokācija, ir vieta auto novietošanai. Dažas durvis neverās ciet.
• bernard (6/5): Emplacement sympa. Chalet bien aménagé - Petit déjeuner non compris. Emplacement ok L accueil. Nous avons du relancé pour avoir le code pour récupérer les clés. Aucune information sur l hébergement ps d'explications pour la télévision chauffage etc. A 20h quelqun est venu pour le règlement de la location. Aucun échange uniquement "money"

Plašas telpas, lieliska terase, kur pavadīt brokastis, vakariņas vai vienkārši atpūsties un vērot putnus un vāveres blakus esošajos kokos. Pieejams viss nepieciešmais dzīvošanai vairākas dienas - ērtas gultas, aprīkota virtuve, skaisti trauki, veļasmašīna, gludeklis. Bija viss, lai justos kā mājās. Pilnai laimei traucēja daži nelieli sīkumi - čīkstošas koka grīdas, ja nakts klusumā pārvietojas; ne visas durvis varēja kārtīgi aizvērt vai aizslēgt.

• Konstantin (9/5): A place we consider to visit again - The apartment's location is rather perfect, with proximity to grocery stores and cafes, and not far from Black Lake, which is a plus, especially since parking there can be uncomfortable and expensive. It has plenty of space, has a great terrace, and some nature areas right out of the windows. It is very silent at night. And it has a stove, in case it gets cold at night. Having a microwave oven would be a great option.

• liat haddad (8/5): - מיקום טוב, חניה, שקט מאוד, תריסים וחושך מוחלט בחדר. דירה גדולה מרווחת. יש סלון, חדר הורים. בעלת הדירה עוזרת בהכל. אין מראת גוף, הטוש מים לא נוח,קטן, אין יכולת לווסת את טמפרטורת המים, פעם חם ופתאום קר. לא נעים בכלל. לא צפינו בטלוויזיה אבל היא ממוקמת בצורה לא פונקציונלית. יש רק שקע אחד ליד המיטה, למנורת לילה, לא להטענת טלפונים. היה רעש מהשכנים ששיחקו כדורסל ממש מחוץ לחלון שלנו וגם מהדיירים מלמעלה, שומעים את הצעדים והתנועות שלהם.
• Ana Rodríguez (9/5): - La ubicación es perfecta, puedes ir andando a visitar los lagos, restaurantes, supermercado. Está ubicado en un lugar muy tranquilo. La anfitriona está muy pendiente y es de agradecer, contesta a cualquier consulta con rapidez. La casa tiene de todo, y está genial para descansar. Una placa para poder cocinar. Cuando estuvimos olía a humo, y aunque ventilamos la casa, el olor se ha quedado en nuestra ropa.

It's located on the road to the Black Lake and is within walking distance. Liliana, the host, is very helpful and prompt with all the questions. She helped me contact someone who organizes rafting trips...Very uncomplicated check-in. Everything is perfect

• Roland (9/5): Superb - The house is big enough for a family with 3 or even 4 kids. Two bathrooms and toilets a luxury and perfect when you come home from climbing our rafting, to talk showers at the same time.
• Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - The check in was easy and the host was helpful. The apartment was lovely - spacious, clean, parking and a good outdoor space. The location is perfect for a short walk to the Crno Jezero and the town for drinks/eating. Definitely recommend. Nothing.
• Susie (9/5): Great apartment for short stay. - Great location, large apartment especially for 2 people. Easy access and convenient parking. Booking.com said no cash accepted as payment. The truth is ONLY CASH is accepted and this caused confusion at the start but it got resolved.

• Mandy (9/5): Very satisfied with the stay, would come back. - You will find everything you need at this very spacious and beautiful place. Wifi went off the second day at evening unfortunately but after some hours it connected again, so no issue. We don’t speak same language as host which made it hard to communicate but booking agent was very helpful with translating at the moment of fee collection and payment of the stay. Unrelated to the property though.

• Kobir (9/5): Amazing appartamnt with county style. - It is an entire wooden appartment in town but in a small quite street in a quite neighborhood. Large comfortable living room. Large balcony where we use to have our breakfast. there are 3 bedrooms but as a couople we only used one which was comfortable. It feels like home (unlike most B&B that feels like created for gusts) as nothing is missing. All you dare to have is there. fernitures are like those one may choose to own home (not IKEA). The host was not there to assit in persom - sometimes it adds to the good feeling

• Liina (8/5): A very homey and cosy place! Comfortably fitted 5 adults & 2 having bathrooms was such a good bonus - Very lovely and cosy space, exactly what we were looking for. Lovely open plan kitchen living area. Two good bathrooms, really nice and warm thanks to the heater!

• Lauren (8/5): Beautiful property, great location, amazing host! - Great location. We booked very last minute as the booking we had made elsewhere fell through! The host was great and someone came to let us in within a couple hours of booking. The cabin was spacious and well equipped. The small oven took a while to warm up but worked well once up to temperature. We had an issue with our log fire the first night and then couldn’t use it but had an electric heater that worked well. Because of the problem with the log burner the host moved us to the larger cabin upstairs for our second night and gave us a partial refund which was incredibly generous! Great location near the national park. Lots of shops and restaurants within a short walk. It was a shame we couldn’t use the log burner but someone came out to fix it the next day.
• Amanda (8/5): Very good - Very cosy apartment and lovely to have a wood burner, which we used. Good facilities and lots of space, although there was only two of us. Outside space isn't really a terrace, as that is part of the upstairs apartment, but there are a couple of chairs and table that can be used. Great location for walking into the town centre or along to the lake.
• Nurit (9/5): Very clean and comfortable apartment. - Very comfortable apartment, nice and well located Both the dishwasher and washing machine did not work- which we were told only upon arrival. Hot water barely enough for 2 showers (per bathroom), so you have to wait in between. The central heater is very good but cannot stay working through the night, as it shuts down. So you wake up to a cold house. (In October)
• Hana (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was above our expectations. It is even more beautiful in reality than in the pictures. Everything was just perfect. The apartment is really big and cozy with literally everything we needed. It is located close to the center of Zabljak around a five minute walk, but still in a quiet place and surrounded by beautiful nature. Even on rainy days when we could hardly go outside, it was still very pleasant to be in the apartment. A truly magical place! I highly recommend.

• Lisce (10/5): Charming place - We realy enjoyed our stay in this place. Its so charming and carefully decorated. You will find everuthing you might possibly need. Location is great, in the very center, close to shops and restaurants. Free parking. We had rainy weather
• Артем (10/5): The perfect family vacation - The house is located in the optimal place between the city center and the Black lake. The interior is awesome. There are a lot of hand made decorations. It has three separate rooms upstairs and a big dining room on the first floor. We asked the host to recommend a rafting service. The service is located 3 minutes walk. It included 2 way transfer and lunch. We had a stop at the bridge on the way back. Beautiful memories and a very good price. The view on the mountains is limited with other houses.
