• Olha (1/5): - Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider eine absolute Katastrophe. Die Möbel sind alt und in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Im Zimmer roch es stark nach Zigarettenrauch, obwohl Nichtraucherzimmer angegeben war. Überall gab es Schimmel, und die Sauberkeit war einfach inakzeptabel. Das Zimmer war extrem dreckig – ich musste sogar selbst den Boden reinigen und Staub wischen. Die Zustände in diesem Hotel entsprechen keinesfalls normalen Wohn- oder Hygienestandards. Meiner Meinung nach sollte man solche Zimmer überhaupt nicht an Gäste vermieten. Ich kann dieses Hotel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

• Jaap (4/5): A lick of paint mister Fawlty..... - High ceilings, and water pressure, the view . The location It was a dirty and shabby apartment. There is just 1 pot and 1 very sticky pan . Overall the cheapest of the cheapest Ikea range furniture kitchen equipment,lamps etc. The bed in the main bedroom was very bad 5cm foam matrass , in the living room a bedbank which was also very bad. The neighborhood is starting to get yuppified so they are building everywhere , that makes a lot of drilling etc noise. Under the 40cm wide balconies there is the garbage dump from the whole neighborhood, which is collected in the middle of the night. The floors are made of very thin wood so you can here every step of your neighbor, and they will hear you .

• Delamotte (9/5): Parfait pour un weekend prolongé - Logement simple. Un petit cadeau de bienvenu était sur la table du salon (une bouteille de vin). Le propriétaire Jude était très réactif. L'emplacement n'est pas très touristique mais très proche du centre d'intérêts (15 minutes à pieds du centre piéton, 30 minutes à pieds du quartier de l'Alfama qui est un quartier un peu plus excentré). J'y étais avec ma compagne et c'était parfait pour notre séjour (weekend prolongé).

• Gulnoza (9/5): The area is very nice, you can find lots of cafes, shops and restaurants around but at the same time not too crowded an - Great location and a very atmospheric area, walking distance to the center and close to the transport stations. The apartment itself is very cosy and has everything that is necessary for a good stay. The host welcomed us with a bottle of wine and was very responsive and helpful.
• Christelle (9/5): Un magnifique séjour - L'appartement était très mignon, bien équipé et vraiment bien placé (près de nombreux commerces et du centre ville). Le propriétaire était chaleureux, très réactif et hospitalier (il nous a gentiment offert à notre arrivée une bouteille de vin rouge). Il manquait 2-3 ustensiles à la cuisine qui nous auraient facilité les choses tels qu'une passeoire, un micro-onde, des couverts supplémentaires et une deuxième casserole. Les poêles quant à elles étaient très usées.

• Boglárka (8/5): It is a cute apartment, close to the centre with everything you need. - It was in a really great place, in the centre. The host is really kind, and you have everything you need for a few days’ trip. It was a bit cold, as we visited in February and there is no heating in the older apartments in general. But there was a small heater, which you can use in case you are very cold.

• Carlos (1/5): Bad experience - The only perk is that is in the centre of Lisbon There was no one to receive us, so we needed to find the flat by ourselves and a man guiding us by phone. Then we noticed it was a third floor without lift and we were going with our grandma so it was an obstacle for her. When we came in, the flat was very dirty and ugly, not like in the pictures And same as when we came, noone was there to receive the flat when we left. Zero hospitality, zero cleanliness
• Sophie (8/5): Clean and safe stay in charming apartment in Lisbon - Host was so gracious and helpful, prompt when I had a question. The apartment itself is charming, love the ability to hang dry clothes outside as well as the comfy couch and tv. Decent storage in hallway if staying for a bit, good blackout curtains. I didn't visit but there is a little hole in the wall bar down the street (the only one, everything else is residential) if you fancy a drink close to home. Only complaints are the toilet lid would not stay up by itself which was a bit of a minor bother, and the location was somewhat farther from the city center (my fault for not checking). But if you don't mind the walk it's not difficult to get to town.

• Vrej (7/5): Cute apartment, close to lots of fun location, but price is way too expensive in my opinion. - Great location, very local, yet accessible to iconic city locations easily by walk. Overall enjoyed our stay, because it had a quaint and cosy vibe, but the price was way too pricey (for reasons below). Price was way too expensive for what we get. The place being small and you could easily hear upstairs neighbors. Also, there was lack of amenities, especially in the kitchen, if we would like to cook for the few days we were there, we had to buy simple things like salt and oil, etc. Sofa bed had a metal rod right in the middle of it. And the two person bed was a tad bit small for two people. More or less the same price as a hotel. It's an old apartment in the middle of Lisbon, which is cute, but price doesn't make sense. I know it has to go by economic (cash-cow) logic for its exaggerated price, but I'm sure the owner would still remain content if the price was lower. If accommodation prices keep increasing like so, Lisbon will no longer become an affordable destination, and the disenfranchising of its citizens will become ever more evident.
