• Francesco (1/5): terrible experience - - There was no bathroom in the room and to reach it I had to leave the room and cross an outside courtyard (this was not specified in the ad, otherwise I would never have booked); - the door to the room was extremely low (about 1.5 metres); - the view was not of the mountains as indicated but only of a garden, moreover it is unbelievable to speak of a ‘view’ when the window is so low; - on the outside of the room door there was a light with a photocell which was continuously activated at night disturbing sleep; - in the room, next to a plant, there were stains from which urine odours exhaled (unacceptable!) - the coffee machine was full of used capsules in the reservoir and was not working properly until I unloaded all the capsules.
