• Guest (5/5): - Wygodne łóżka, sofa. Kuchnia. Pralka na duży plus zwłaszcza jak przyjeżdża się z dziećmi. Po przyjeździe do apartamentu pokój był nie posprzątany. Brudny prysznic, śmieci w koszu, okruszki w zlewie w kuchni, podłoga pełna śmieci. Po mojej interwencji szybko się to zmieniło. Woda pod prysznicem bardzo często zimna.
• Guest (9/5): Perfecte per a una estança en família de diversos dies. - La localització és molt bona, en un barri molt tranquil i ben comunicat. Els anfitrions són excel·lents i no vam tenir cap problema per comunicar-nos amb ells en cap moment. L'apartament ha complert les nostres expecatives. És net i comfortable, i té tot el necessari per a fer l'estança còmoda. Totalment recomenable. La dutxa té poca pressió d'aigua, i de vegades és difícil controlar la temperatura de l'aigua.
• Guest (2/5): Attenzione al cliente zero anche in periodo di scarse prenotazioni - La casa è ampia, buone stoviglie ed in buona posizione. Avevo avvisato che sarei venuto per seguire dei lavori di muratura che hanno tardato come avevo peraltro anticipato in sede di prenotazione delle 7 notti. Al verificarsi del ritardo , ho chiesto con 3 giorni di anticipo se 3 notti potevano essere posticipate piu avanti (non volevo certo indietro i soldi ed avrei ripagato la tassa di soggiorno) ma sempre nel mese di agosto (avevano appartamento libero tutto il mese). La risposta dell'agenzia (che si occupa della gestione) è stata NO, meglio intascarsi le 3 notti in un mese di bassissima domanda ma perdere un potenziale cliente ripetitivo. Il servizio al cliente non esiste piu, Non sono un turista da prosciugare ma vengo per lavoro Un'ultima cosa anche se una sciocchezza condizionatori a terra rumorosi e self check-in portone non funzionante ma sono cose che capitano.

• Dea (10/5): Exceptional - The house was comfortable and clean. The owner of the appartament was very attentive and always ready to help. The location was also quite close to the historic centre.
• Azra (9/5): Superb - What I liked the most was the cleanliness of the apartment – that's the most important thing for me. The bed linen and towels were clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bed is comfortable. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and is great for sleeping. There’s nothing I would point out as something I didn’t like — more of a friendly feedback for improvement, of course, if the host decides to consider it: Adjust the water pressure in the shower, It would be helpful to have some kitchen towels, The option to open the blinds in the living room — maybe it’s possible, but I couldn’t figure it out.
