• Beatriz (10/5): Fabulosa estancia - El dueño ha sido muy amable, explicándonos todo muy bien y muy atento. Nos dió las indicaciones para llegar al Riad y fue muy fácil acceder. El desayuno espectacular. El baño de la habitación era pequeño pero estaba muy limpio. Muy silencioso y tranquilo.

En mi caso me ayudó con algunas dudas, nos dio consejos de restaurantes en la ciudad y cosas que ver y me ayudó a conseguir datos y una tarjeta SIM. Muy atentos, serviciales y educados.

• Marc (9/5): - La habitación muy limpia, el desayuno bastante bueno con opción de ir al rooftop y el encargado del riad un 10, nos ayudo con todo, incluso nos dejo el desayuno del último dia preparado para llevar porque nos ibamos muy pronto.
• José (9/5): A repetir. - Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Excelente pequeno-almoço. Boa localização, apenas a dez minutos a pé do centro. O local onde está situado não é o mais agradável mas nunca me senti inseguro, bastante tranquilo. O acesso não é fácil mas na chegada o responsável combinou com o taxista o sítio para nos encontrarmos, acompanhando-me até ao Riad. A partir daí passou a ser fácil .Foi possível imprimir o bilhete do avião e guardar a mala sem problemas. Apenas a registar o facto de se tratar de um quarto interior e da casa de banho ser algo apertada. Ainda assim não é o suficiente para perder a vontade de voltar numa próxima vez.

• Momix AZ (8/5): - Rooftop terrace is small but has nice views. Room is small but comfortable. Bathroom is tiny but has all you need. Breakfast is good and healthy. Location is a hidden and I would not find it if the host would not meet me at the fountain.

Deu-nos ótimas indicações sobre o que visitar na Medina. Ficámos apenas uma noite, mas foi um ótimo primeiro contacto com Marrakesh

Fomos recebidos com todo o cuidado e amabilidade. A localização inicialmente é um pouco assustadora, visto que as ruas apertadas quase não têm iluminação, mas rápido nos apercebemos que nada há a temer.

Salió a buscarnos donde nos dejó el taxi para acompañarnos hasta el Riad y acto seguido nos explicó qué ver en Marrakech. El desayuno fue el típico marroquí. Pudimos guardar en el alojamiento el equipaje desde el check-out hasta el traslado sin coste adicional. El Riad estaba a 10 minutos de la Plaza de Yamaa el Fna. Había mucha humedad en la habitación.

Salió a por nosotros al entrecruce el día de llegada tarde y nos acompañó también el día de salida, de madrugada, al taxi, al mismo sitio. Los desayunos inmejorables y hechos con mimo.Siempre solícito, nos ayudó en todas las gestiones y reservas que hicimos. Assalamualaikum. Por sacar alguna pega, los accesos. Para los estándares europeos puede llamar la atención, pero así es Marrakech dentro de la Medina; no tuvimos ningún problema y la sensación de seguridad fue total.

Bij aankomst heeft Anas ons een hele uitleg gegeven over Marrakech en op een kaart omsingeld waar we allemaal heen konden gaan. De kamer zelf was er mooi en schoon. Elke dag werden schone handdoeken gebracht. Het bed lag heerlijk. Ook konden we onze koffers laten staan terwijl wij op 3 daagse trip gingen. Tot twee keer toe stond het ontbijt voor ons klaar omdat we voor ontbijt tijden weg gingen. In een van de kamers lekte de airco nadat deze had aangestaan. Maar airco is in principe niet nodig aangezien het ‘s nachts afkoeld (april)
• Mariarita (9/5): Ottimo Riad - Il Riad è molto bello, essenziale, accogliente. Anass è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La pulizia eccellente. La colazione molto buona con uova, pancake, diversi tipi di pane, marmellate, formaggio, frutta fresca etc. Una mattina siamo dovute uscire presto per un tour e ci hanno fatto il "sacchetto" :) Posizione eccellente per raggiungere i principali punti di attrazione. La nostra stanza non era ben arieggiata perché senza finestra quindi stando fuori tutto il giorno e dovendola tenere chiusa si sentiva un odore di muffa. Si risolve di sera tenendo per un po' la porta aperta.

• Maria (10/5): - Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht. Obwohl wir eine Stunde früher als erwartet angekommen sind , kam er innerhalb weniger Minuten um uns in Empfang zu nehmen. Auch hat er sich Zeit genommen und uns die nähere Umgebung ausführlich erklärt. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war gut und vielfältig. Etwas modriger Geruch nach dem Duschen im Zimmer im Ergeschoss, aber nach dem Lüften kein Problem mehr. Ansonsten wirklich alles sehr toll.

• Miren (9/5): Inmejorable - Estaba super bien ubicado, a 10’ de la plaza. Está en una zona tranquila, nada ruidosa y muy segura. Annas, el chico del riad es super atento, está disponible en whatsapp las 24h, se ofrece para gestionarte el traslado o recogida al aeropuerto, traerte cena o gestionarte excursiones. Y el desayuno si no puedes tomarlo allí te lo prepara para llevar. Nuestra habitación olía a humedad, pero repetiría siempre en este riad.

• Linda (9/5): The stay really brilliant due to the super helpful Anas, who helped us navigate around Marrakesh, stay safe and organise - The host Anas was fantastic. Before we came he answered messages very promptly and during our stay he was extremely helpful and attentive. The Riad was beautiful and very authentic. The breakfasts were brilliant and the rooftop was secluded and appealing after being in the busy medina. The location was right in the medina, and was great. Not much, it was very authentic. Perhaps some more hooks to hang up towels and clothes and the sink and shower hose could have been cleaner.

• Giada (8/5): Consigliato! - Nonostante la posizione non sia delle migliori, una volta entrati nel riad si ha la sensazione di pace e tranquillità. L’host è stato eccezionale e ci ha fornito i consigli necessari per i nostri 2 giorni a Marrakech. Colazione buona, varia ed abbondante, spiegata nei minimini dettagli e servita in terrazza. Posizione non eccellente, ma this is Marrakech.

Man wurde sehr herzlich empfangen und hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Auch das abwechslungsreiche, leckere Frühstück war ein Highlight. • Eva (8/5): Pretty Riad in perfect location - Pretty Riad in perfect location. Quiet although close to all attractions. The property manager Anas went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. He picked us up the evening we arrived, organised trips and was in general very helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of different choice. We stayed at a room on the ground floor and it was a little damp. Also there is no closet and the sink in the bathroom is very small.

The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special highlight was the delicious breakfast with fresh local options, the perfect start to the day. • sierolka (7/5): Riad w dobrej lokalizacji i ładnym wnętrzem - Riad w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, bardzo ładnie urządzony, bardzo dobre śniadanie Bardzo trudno trafić. Taksówka wysqdziła nas w bliskiej okolicy ale brak jakichkolwiek strzałek spowodował że znalezienie w labiryncie uliczek było naprawdę trudne. W pokoju chłodno i wilgotno. Klimatyzacja nie za wiele pomogła
• Samira (10/5): Außergewöhnlicher Gastgeber! - Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt – wir haben uns rundum gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich seine Hilfsbereitschaft: Nachdem ich nach dem Auschecken etwas im Zimmer vergessen hatte und bereits am Tor der Medina auf meinen Transfer wartete, kam er kurzerhand mit dem Roller angefahren und brachte es mir persönlich vorbei. Vielen Dank, Anas – du bist wirklich großartig! Unser Zimmer war etwas eng, aber das kann man den Bildern und Beschreibung auch entnehmen.

Nos facilito desayunos muy temprano e hizo todo lo que pudo por nuestra comodidad. Un cambio de habitación la segunda noche por overbooking. pero en realidad nos vino bien porque en la primera se notaba algo de humedad. Esto lo comento por ponerle una nota negativa. Pero la experiencia fue satisfactoria. No sé si por el cambio o porque pero el precio fue más alto de lo que ponía en Booking. De 154 a 183. Me di cuenta ya tarde pero bueno, aún así lo sigo viendo buen precio

• Asela (9/5): Un havre de paix au cœur de la médina - L'endroit est magnifique, calme et parfaitement entretenu, un vrai havre de paix au cœur de la médina. L'ambiance est très authentique. Anas le gérant est très accueillant et attentionné, toujours disponible pour donner de bons conseils. La chambre était propre et confortable et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner très bon et servis dans un cadre superbe. La première fois le riad est un peu difficile à trouver mais cela fait aussi partie du charme de la médina. Je recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

• JOAO (7/5): Nice place. Friendly staff. Some room for improvement. - Very friendly and kind staff. Good breakfast. Nice environment. Uncomfortable bed. The bed formed a “V”, with the ends sloping toward the center instead of being flat. The bathroom had an unpleasant sewage smell.

• Stephen (8/5): Traditional Riad with Amazing Host - Ana's the host at the riad was amazingly helpful and kind, he came out where we were dropped off to guide us. He also arranged transportation from the airport and booked us a tour to the mountains. We found the riad itself very beautiful, and the breakfast amazing. It was in walking distance to everything in the walled city. To get to the riad you have to walk a series of alleyways that were kind of hard to navigate but Ana's really helped with a map and by walking us in. Also, there are a number of areas along the alleyways that were absolutely overflowing with trash which was a bit alarming, but we found that to be the case in much of Marrakech.

Od samego początku mieliśmy dobry kontakt z prowadzącym riad – Anas jest niesamowicie pomocnym i serdecznym człowiekiem. Śniadania bezkonkurencyjne. Nie było problemu nie do rozwiązania i po prostu czuliśmy się tam jak w domu.

L'host , Anas, ci ha accolto in maniera impeccabile, gentilissimo, disponibile e simpatico, ci ha fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa nostra, se dovessi tornare a Marrakech ( cosa molto probabile ) già so dove dovrò alloggiare ❤️❤️❤️

• Noemi (9/5): La pace nel Riad - - Anas, il proprietario, è molto disponibile e attento - colazione buona, varia e abbondante (possibilità di chiederla d'asporto) - vicino alle principali attrazioni (tutte raggiungibili a piedi) - camera molto silenziosa - camera sistemata e pulita tutti i giorni - trasporto aereoporto puntuale - in camera ci sono tante prese per la corrente (uguali a quelle italiane) - stanza umida - stradina un pò brutta per raggiungere il Riad

• Desirée (10/5): Me encantó todo nada negativo a decir - La atención que nos dieron fue increíble, super cercanos ,el desayuno era a partir de las 8 pero como teníamos excursiones y no nos daba tiempo el chico nos preparó uno especial en una bolsitas cuando no tenía porque ,además del día que nos fuimos levantarse a las 4 y media para lo mismo y devolver llaves ,super amable ,la decoración de la habitación típica, ducha caliente ,nos rellenaba el champú todos los días y limpiaban bien ,cama super cómoda me encantó,terraza preciosa Nada todo ha sido perfecto

• Darko (10/5): - ​Domaćin Izuzetno ljubazan i nenametljiv. Dočekali su nas s osmjehom i dali nam odlične savjete za lokalne restorane i znamenitosti. Organizirali su nam i uslugu prijevoza od i do zračne luke. U smještaju se osjećate kao kod kuće.
• Kinga (9/5): Dobra lokalizacja, pyszne śniadanko, miała atmosfera. Polecam - Dobra lokalizacja, dobry kontakt z obsługą, pyszne śniadanie. W pokoju na dole niestety jest bardzo głośno i słychać wszystko co dzieje się w budynku. Polecam zabrać stopery do uszu ;) to jedyny minus
• Gianluca (9/5): - Anas è super disponibile, è sempre stato presente e molto attento. Struttura molto bella, colazione ottima, abbondante e spesso diversa. Riad davvero molto bello. Posizione per arrivare non immediata, ma Anas ci ha dato il supporto necessario. Consigliato

• German (10/5): Empieza a conocer Marrakech alojándote aquí... - El lugar es perfecto para conocer Marrakech porque está ubicado a 10 minutos a pie de la Plaza; cuando estás por llegar al Riad parece que entras en un lugar feo e inseguro, pero nada que ver, nadie molesta sólo alguno se ofrece a ayudarte a llegar al Riad, pero basta con decir que no y seguir las indicaciones de Google Maps, se llega sin problemas. El desayuno es espectacular y siempre variado, no se llega a terminar todo lo que sirven, y está todo muy bueno!!!! Nuestra habitación estaba súper cómoda y súper limpia, nos cambiaron las toallas y nos reposición shampoo y jabón las 3 noches que estuvimos, genial!!! Lo mejor fue la hospitalidad de Anas, un chaval excepcional, 1000 puntos, desde el Check-in, nos ayudó con la sim para el teléfono, lugares para comer, spa, de todo y sin vender nada él, todo consejo tratando y logrando hacer nuestra estadía espectacular. Recomendado al 1000x1000!!!!! Todo superó nuestras expectativas
