• Sow Hon (7/5): Good for value - Location is excellent. The room is comfort enough but without face towel (which is basic) provided. Should offer more bottled water. Reception counter staff is of good courtesy and helpful. Location is excellent and essential facilitates are easily available Charge for breakfast is a bit overboard as good food is available nearby. Without face towel (which is basic) provided. Shower room floor trap slow to discharge.

Opposite the hotel is a food court and some restaurants serving halal and non-halal food. 7E and another convenience store nearby too. Breakfast menu was ok. Parking is not that good because the ramp narrow, not suitable for large cars

I reported it at around 6pm and no one came to repair it when I came back to the room at midnight. Reported again in the morning and finally a maintenance staff came to repair it. Room 603 had no view.

• Christian (5/5): Oud en vervallen. Vies maar alleen het bed wat schoon. - Het hotel wat centraal gelegen en het personeel was erg vriendelijk lm Kamers waren oud, en vies. Schimmel in de douche en het nachtkastje was niet schoon (plakkerige resten). Het bed was wel goed schoon. Lobby was niet sfeervol.

Le personnel très sympathique. Petit déjeuner inexistant. Arrivé à 08h45, plus aucun choix. A part des œufs ou une omelette avec du pain beurre.

• Yee Lu (7/5): Overall good and pleasant - I think the hotel location is great. It’s very strategic. Many famous restaurants are within walking distance. Late night, can hear outside noise although not loud. E.g sound of raining drops but not sure.
