• Mario (5/5): Una brutta sorpresa. - Il personale cortese e accogliente. Nonostante ciò, non posso non rimarcare che la sera il custode e i suoi amici si riunivano nel bar a fumare (al chiuso) causando una puzza molto fastidiosa in tutto il piano terra. La posizione non è quella indicata sul sito di booking. L’hotel si trova dietro un parcheggio di autobus, in zona molto meno frequentata, come mostrano le foto. Il cattivo odore causato dal fumo è stato un’altra pessima sorpresa.
• Ivan (10/5): - La struttura ha le camere molto ampie, pulite e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno.. mi sono trovato molto bene, lo staff è molto gentile e premuroso.. anche la posizione è ottima per spostarsi a piedi nella città. Nulla, consiglio solo di mettere nella doccia una mensolina per appoggiare il sapone.

• Brayan (10/5): Topverblijf met schone kamers en geweldig personeel! - We hebben echt een super verblijf gehad in dit hotel! Wat er voor ons uitsprong, was het personeel – echt top. Ze hielpen ons met alles: een taxi regelen voor een goede prijs, een tafeltje reserveren bij een leuk restaurant en altijd even vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je voelt je meteen welkom. De kamers waren schoon, de douche was mooi en modern, en het bed lag heerlijk. Het hotel zelf zag er netjes en verzorgd uit. Ontbijt was prima, gewoon goed. De locatie was niet perfect, maar nog steeds prima te doen. Kortom: een fijne plek met geweldig personeel. We zouden zo weer terugkomen!

• Priscila (10/5): Muy buena opción en Tirana - Limpio, nuevo, habitación muy amplia. El personal es encantador. Bajamos tarde a desayunar y aún así nos dejaron comer e incluso nos hicieron unas tortillas sobre la marcha. Una maravilla!! Tiene parking justo delante de la puerta del hotel Todo bien!

• Roos (8/5): Prima verblijf in hartje Tirana. - De locatie en het personeel. Middenin het centrum van Tirana, maar buiten de drukte. Geen overlast qua geluid. Bij aankomst hielp het personeel met de parkeerplaats vrijhouden en waren buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij sliepen op de kamer tegenover de receptie. Dit zorgde ervoor dat we alles hoorden van de nachtportier.

The staff were very nice and helpful, and made transportation arrangements for us. The breakfast was mediocre and not warm.

• Ijay (7/5): It was a great stay! - The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious the facilities were very modern and the staff were helpful. The hotel did not have a restaurant so we had to go find somewhere to eat. Also, the hotel is not easy to locate even with google maps.

• Zeynep (8/5): War alles in Ordnung - Das Hotel ist nicht weit von der Bus Station entfernt. Bis zur Innenstadt läuft man ca. 20-30 min. Man kommt aber auch mit dem Bus sehr gut hin. Frühstück war okay. Beim Check in wurden nochmal zusätzlich 2€ pro Person pro Nacht berechnet.

A 200 metros, paradas de varias lineas de buses. A menos de 5 minutos a pie del Tirana Ring Center. El hotel es muy lindo pero se encuentra frente a un parking de buses.

Despite the location being far from the centre, it wasn’t hard to walk or get a taxi Sadly we couldn’t enjoy buffet breakfast on our last morning due to it being 8-10am, just in case you take an early bus like we did!

Also, when we had our breakfast(8:30) the hot food was already cold. And not alot left over, even tho the breakfast started at 8:00. But it still tasted good and they had a good selection of things to choose from.

Petit déjeuner ok pour le prix. Petit tips : ils demandent 25€ pour le taxi aéroport mais notre taxi était à 1800L à son compteur.

• Julia (8/5): - Gute Lage zwischen Zentrum (ca 20 min Fußmarsch) und Flughafen (max. 30 Min Fahrzeit). Großes Zimmer, sehr sauber. Bett bequem. Frühstück sehr umfangreich. Anfahrt mit Google Maps nicht möglich. Die Straße wurde durch einen Parkplatz mit Schranke bzw eine Einbahnstraße ersetzt. Apple hat uns nachdem wir nicht mehr weiter wussten eine andere Route vorgeschlagen. Durch extrem enge Gassen, von denen man nicht ausgeht, dass das die offizielle Route ist. Wir würden beim nächsten mal vermutlich die von Google maps vorgeschlagene Route nehmen und die 100m entgegen der Einbahnstraße fahren. Hier wäre ein Hinweis des Hotels wünschenswert gewesen. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber aber sehr steril. Es gibt nur ein extrem helles Deckenlicht, ein Licht am Bett wäre gemütlicher.

• Felix (9/5): - Das Residence Inn Hotel in Tirana hat in allen Punkten überzeugt. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit und macht den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Mit einer halben Stunde Fußweg ist man fast überall in Tirana von Sehenswürdigkeiten bis Einkaufsmöglichkeiten was das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar macht. Ich würde es sofort an meine Freunde weiterempfehlen!
• Oscar (10/5): Opción 100% recomendable en Tirana - El alojamiento era muy tranquilo y estaba muy limpio. Además tenía un desayuno completo, el personal era muy agradable , especialmente el recepcionista que suele estar por las mañanas. La única pega es que está un poco alejado del centro, unos 25 min a pie. Si no te importa caminar está una opción excelente y muy recomendable. Además hay un centro comercial muy cerca en donde puedes encontrar de todo.

• Christina (8/5): Die Unterkunft hat super für zwei Nächte Aufenthalt gepasst! - Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr überschaubar, leider wurden leere Tabletts nicht aufgefüllt. Da der Kaffeeautomat nicht funktionierte, gab es leider nur Filterkaffee. Aber ich vermute das wird behoben.

Le refus des réceptionnistes malgré leurs promesses de me faire parvenir une facture, alors qu'elle m'était nécessaire pour me faire rembourser...de nombreuses prises de contact n'ont rien changé.... Autre detail l'hôtel est dans une zone bien éloigné du centre ville, sur le parking d'une gare routière...néanmoins le rapport qualité prix est super correct...

• Haytham (10/5): Wonderful staff - Upon arrival to Tirana from Vlore, checked Booking.com and came across this hotel which is 1.3 km far from downtown. Also it’s a 2 minute walk from Ring Shopping Center. Residence Inn is really a wonderful hotel with friendly staff. Very spacious room, small balcony with 2 chairs and 1 table, toilet amenities is full, slippers, mini bar but no complementary water. It costs 2.5 euros for a bottle of water. Decent breakfast especially white cheese and watermelon. The manager of the hotel Mondi is very kind gentleman. Wi-Fi is excellent. I can rate this hotel as 5/5. Nothing

• Katherine (5/5): Needs plumbing improvements - The staff was very friendly and ready to help with anything that I needed! The property is behind a building so it made it a challenge at first to find and then it backs into a neighborhood so you don’t get the best views perse and the neighbors can look into your room too. The worst of it was the bathroom smelled horribly of sewage. You had to keep the door closed otherwise you’d come back to a room smelling of poo. The location is okay. Tiranna is pretty walkable in general so it took about 20 mins to walk to the square. But then it’s also a close cab ride to the bus terminal or it’s closer to the airport than city center.
