• Shannon (3/5): Overall we were completely unsatisfied and did not stay. Hosts were unresponsive to us. - The property was clean. Stale, but clean. The hosts did not turn on the heat, so the property was very cold. The only way to turn on the heat was to have the key card in the card slot, so...if you left the property to go eat dinner, we couldn't start heating up the property until we returned. Wifi did not work. There were no towels left on any beds or in the bathrooms for us.

• Christine (10/5): PERFECT! CLEAN! BEAUTIFUL! SPACIOUS! - The Cosy House is everything a traveler is looking for in regard to convenience, comfort, and efficiency! Not only is this unit spacious enough for a 4+ family (we're American and tend to prefer the bigger homes, as we’re used to being spread out since our country is very large!), but it’s also clean (not just basically clean but spotless), which I appreciated, as our last rental was awful! I wish I had booked more stays at this unit. The owner(s) are very friendly and responsive yet still provide you the privacy you seek while traveling for long periods of time. The facilities are perfect, and the house is beautiful. I just wish I had booked longer here! The balconies are so beautiful, and that’s where I spent most of my time when in the house. The WiFi is fine—a tad spotty, but nothing too inconvenient for us. Our phones had no issues, nor did the iPads, but the streaming was a bit slow. However, this didn't bother us since we’re on vacation and don’t need TV! This is the perfect vacation home, and the location is gold. You’re in a medium-sized town with several shops (supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping, souvenirs, etc.) for anything you may need! This location and rental is truly gold! They should definitely up their prices, as this was very inexpensive yet was 5-star in every way for our stay. People are very friendly here too! Furthermore, for the history buffs and those interested in the archaeological sites, you have access to the Minoan archaeological site of Palekastro. This site is a must-see since it was both a substantial and significant Minoan city during the Late Minoan period. I, as an academic, prefer the smaller Minoan cities and sites, since they’re often ignored by tourists and are as significant (if not more so) to the historical record as the palace-temple sites. Both my children and husband repeatedly are asking why I didn’t book more days here! Absolutely Nothing!

• Rodanthi (10/5): - Εξαιρετικό! Μεζονέτα 3 επίπεδα με 3 υπνοδωμάτια και 2 μπάνια. Ευρύχωρο και άνετο με όλες τις ανέσεις. Σε ήσυχο σημείο εντός του χωριού. Εύκολο self checkin και Εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Ευγενική η hostess επίσης! Θα ήθελα μόνο μια μικρή έξτρα απλώστρα στο μπαλκονακι του υπνοδωμάτιο με το διπλο κρεβάτι. Επίσης, θα βόλευε ενα 2ο ζευγάρι κλειδιά. Επειδή είμαστε παρέα ήθελε κάποιος να βγει να πεταχτεί κάπου κλπ και έπρεπε να βγάλει το ρευμα να το ξαναβάλει κ μετά να παίρνει τηλ τους άλλους να ανοίξει. Κάπως δεν βόλευε και πολυ με 1 ζευγάρι κλειδιά. Αλλά οκ δεν ειναι αποτρεπτικό λόγοι. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν φανταστικό!
• Lidia (9/5): Good place, nice, spacious and clean - Everything perfect! The quality of the mattress doesn't match the rest of the house. It's hard and very uncomfortable.
• David (9/5): Regretted only staying one night at this amazing house in a cozy town.... - The house is simply amazing. You get a three-story house, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, and a kitchen. All rooms are equipped with modern furnishings, well-equipped, and very clean. Free parking is available very close to the apartment. The owner responded to our questions very quickly and clearly. Out of the six lodgings we've experienced during our stay in Crete, this one is by far the best. Our biggest regret is not having stayed here more than one night. The only minor thing is that the WiFi signal is VERY weak everywhere except in the master bedroom. The owner is aware of this, so I'm sure it will be solved soon.
• Angeliki (9/5): Cosy house, indeed! Clean and comfy, located close to beatiful beaches and scenery - Although we only stayed one night, we were very satisfied. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, as well as equipped with electrical appliances that allow for a comfortable stay of several days. It is also ideal for a family trip, as there are multiple rooms and beds that can accommodate several people. The hosts are very friendly and helpful! It was tricky to reach the property by car, however there's a public, free parking lot within a minute's walk! Keep in mind that toilets and bedrooms are on the upper floors that are accessible only by stairs, which may cause some inconvenience to guests with mobility issues.

• Nicole (10/5): Great house, great location. I highly recommend the Cozy House and would come back anytime. - Great house, perfect for many people. Separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Even a washing machine. The kitchen has everything you need and maybe more :-) WLAN included, AC works great. Walking distance (2 minutes) to the village square with many restaurants, mini markets and souvenir shops. You can reach out to Maria - the host - via phone and email. She response quickly. the parking situation due to the narrow streets - but we always found a spot.
