• Massi (1/5): - Absolument rien. Ce n’était pas le véritable appartement, il s’agit d’une arnaque. Une fois arrivée devant agate, on m’explique que finalement se sera au Prestigia jade. L’appartement ressemblait à un placard, absolument aucun standing. La télé était plus petite qu’une tablette, la terrasse n’était pas aménagé, des énormes taches sur le lit et sur le canapé, le mobilier attaché au mur risquait de tomber à tous moment, la cuisine n’est pas aménagé, aucune hôte, aucune assiette, aucun couvert, même pas de sel ou d’huile pour se préparer à manger, il n’y avait pas de poêle mais seulement une casserole très ancienne et pas très propre. L’hôte me répond finalement après 24h pour me dire « on a tellement d’appartement on peut pas louer toujours ceux sur les photos, booking sont au courant, tu n’as qu’à annulé » sauf que si vous annulez, vous aurez absolument aucun remboursement. À fuir une véritable arnaque organisé !

• Sofia (1/5): - Cet endroit est un véritable taudis — insalubre et dangereux. J’ai quitté le logement en pleine nuit, effrayée et malade. Vous ne pouvez pas laisser cela en location. Je demande le remboursement intégral immédiatement et l’arrêt immédiat des réservations pour ce logement jusqu’à réparation complète. J’enverrai toutes les preuves à Booking et aux autorités de consommation. Cet appartement est dans un état déplorable et dangereux. Je l’ai quitté en pleine nuit car je ne pouvais pas y rester. J’ai demandé un remboursement immédiatement et j’exige une réponse sous 48 heures. Si aucune solution n’est apportée, je déposerai une réclamation officielle auprès de Booking et je publierai un avis complet accompagné de preuves (photos/vidéos). Merci de faire le nécessaire au plus vite.

• Izabela (1/5): Bad - This is fake. Nobody replied to my messages. I came there at night and call the nr given in my booking and the person told me that they dont have my reservation and the bookibg is fake. Next they they said to the bookin.com service that they were able to accomodate me but I was nit there!!!! Be careful, this is criminal. They taking money from credit card and renting to someone else!
