• Ivanova (9/5): Приятен апартамент с гледка - Останахме много доволни от апартамента. Беше чисто и уютно. Ние посетихме за една нощувка, но апартаментът е оборудван с всичко необходимо и за по-дълъг престой. Собственикът беше много отзивчив и отговаряше бързо както по телефона, така и по чат. Направи ни много добро впечатление, че беше се постарал да остави комплименти - бонбони, хладилникът беше зареден с няколко вида безалкохолни и вода, в кухнята имаше много видове кафе, горещ шоколад и чай, което е супер. Имаше някои дребни забележки, но собственикът сам пожела да му дадем обратна връзка с цел да ги изчисти и вярвам, че при следващо посещение ще бъдат поправени. Нищо фрапантно, което да пречи на приятното прекарване. Общите части на сградата не са особено приветливи, но това не е нещо, което зависи от собственика и за мен лично не е проблем.

• Ivailo (6/5): - Малко, но приятно помещение, скромно, но чисто и подредено. Нещо между полуетаж и първи етаж. Обзаведено с необходимите неща за краткотраен престой, включително пералня. Сравнително близо до автогарата, центъра и забележителности на градчето. Имаше минибар. Топла вода от голям бойлер в банята. Банята е неотоплено помещение, до която се стига по неотоплен коридор извън стаята, което може да е притеснително в зимните месеци и в по-хладно пролетно и есенно време. Липсва климатик, отоплението беше с неголяма електрическа печка, не беше предварително затоплено и отне няколко часа да се сгрее стаята, а общото помещение практически се стопли от топлообмена със стаята, благодарение на липса на врата между тях.

• Павлина (10/5): - Имаше всичко, от което човек може да има нужда и да се чувства като у дома си.Кухненски съдове и прибори,препарати, сапун,шампоан, балсам, кабелна телевизия,дори избор за кафе... Имахме нужда от малка хавлийка за ръце или съдове в кухнята. Моп, с който да си подсушим банята, защото много се пързаля, когато е мокра. И не на последно място- може би малко да се наблегне на хигиената.Ние сме със светли коси, а в хола по дивана и по пода имаше дъълги черни косми./ добре, че не сме гнусливи, но все пак не е много приятно/. Въпреки всичко оценката ни е отличен, защото очаквахме много по- малко от това, което получихме.

• Tanya (9/5): Our stay was excellent and trouble-free. - The apartment is clean, well furnished, the bathroom is in excellent condition, the kitchen had a coffee machine, coffee capsules, Nescafe and hot chocolate. The bathroom has shampoos, new toothbrushes, liquid soap and towels. There are also extra sheets, towels and pillows. The living room has a mobile water-cooled air conditioner and a large TV with a wide selection of channels. The bedrooms are cooled with fans. The apartment is in an old building and the staircase was quite scary. The building is in a remote neighborhood, but it is actually a 20 minute walk from the center and about a 30-40 minute walk to the fortress. It is also possible to reach the fortress by car.

• Stefka (9/5): Superb - Very clean and spacious apartment. Comfy beds, great bathroom. The host is friendly and east to communicate. Highly recommend it.

The beds were very comfortable however bring your own pillows as the ones there were too high. there was a very strong smell of mold. there were not enough amenities - no oven, have in mind this when buy food for cooking. Only one knife was available, very few utensils.

• Maria (10/5): A very friendly host and fully equipped, cozy apartment! - The apartment was fully equipped with everything needed! Moreover, the host left also drinks and coffee for all four of us, shampoos and etc. I highly recommend the place to anyone in the region for a couple or a group. I have nothing negative to say.

• Nikola (9/5): Tidy, clean and newly renovated. - Newly renovated and clean apartment! There are no airconditioners and it gets quite hot in the summer months.

Apartment has everything you need for your stay. No AC so we have to open the windows and the neighborhood was not very quite.
