• Jason (6/5): Great location, well equipped apartment, easy hand over. - The location it was very close to shops, restaurants but also in a quiet area. Just near the St Michel square with lovely cafe bar, great for breakfast, short walk to all the main sites. The sheets were clean on the bed, but the duvet, bedspread and cushions were not clean. It would have been nice to have a welcome pack, bottled water there was nothing when we arrived and we were hot and tired. Ground floor quiet back bedroom but noisy on the front.

• gaspare (8/5): - Very spacious. Nicely styled. Close enough to the shops & old wall but in a quiet location. No dryer. Bathroom needs some wall hooks & a shelf in the shower.

• Christopher (8/5): Very comfortable stay and a great location in Lucca. - Very great location and the finishes and comfort were great. The staff were also very helpful! It was a bit dark inside due to the lack of natural light even during the brightest part of the day, but turning on the lights helped.

Manuel and his team were great with their communications and - The location was perfect- within the walls and central yet away from the night time hustle & bustle. A beautifully kept and tasteful apartment which was well equipped. The toiletry boxes in the bathrooms were a nice touch. Whilst there were kitchen basics - salt, pepper,oil, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets & washing machine liquid (thank you!), a couple of bottles of water in the fridge would have been nice (especially during the summer months anyway).

• Cynthia (9/5): Overall, would recommend. Just be aware of the above. - Beautiful apartment; clean; two bedrooms and two baths. Hard to adjust heat; first night was cold. Washing machine for clothes smelled very musty. Not sure why guests are required to remove garbage at end of stay. Front door looked a little sketchy. Front bedroom was noisy from neighbors.
