- Ben (8/5): Great spot for a great price - Close to beach, small shop and several restaurants/ bars Outwith their control but there was construction going on opposite so it was noisy during daytime hours if we wanted to cool off there

- Phil (7/5): Good - Rustic, fuctional cheap option at the calmer end of town, very near the beach. Photos on Booking.com are a few years older than the reality.
- Bart (7/5): The location is perfect, the room is small but cosy, price quality its ok (except for hygiene) - We liked the location a lot, just a few minutes walk to the station 3 beach. We enjoyed our time very much. The bed was agreable, and even though the room is kinda small, it still felt cosy. The host is very friendly, she lives across the accommodation so easy to contact, and kind to help us with an additional power cord and pillows. Nice value for price, exept for the dirty shower and kitchen We know its not peak season, but we were disappointed in the hygiene, especially in the bathroom (a dirty shower) and the kitchen. Its an outside kitchen, but it was obviously not cleaned for quite a while, and the kitchen organizer was very moldy, the gas stove on the picture (we prefer cooking on gas) is replaced by a single electric one.

- Paul (10/5): For the short 3 night stay we had at the property,not only was Boracay a paradise stay,also the accomodation was a home - From the second we arrived at the location,we were greeted&assisted with open arms!You could not ask for anything better than that,it was exceptional! We liked everything about the property&had no dislikes!

Aircon was nice and frosty! Room WiFi was much appreciated.The area was relatively quiet, the outdoor kitchen was a surprise including a refrigerator that was smaller than a full sized refrigerator but a lot bigger than a mini fridge! An available hair dryer was appreciated including a surge protector with a receptacle adapter for my phone charger and laptop. The outdoor clothing rack was a plus to hang clothes out to dry. It was nice to have a room safe with an electronic keypad. A hose and sprayer was a nice surprise for washing away any sand from the beach that stuck to your skin. The closest rack was small but the shelves made up for it.There was evidence of termite activity from the shelves leading me to believe that the wood used may have not been treated. Oddly my phone was not receiving a signal while inside the room.

- Annex (8/5): Very good - Nice small unit with lovely outdoor kitchen. Very enjoyable. I can imagine to come back again soon. The ocean is 5 minutes away by foot. Also everything possible to buy in the near if you want cook a meal. Very plenty possibilities near to the unit to do a tour. Cats quarrel ;) Maybe little small place for open suitcase, little dimmed inside.

- Joseph (9/5): Superb - Hosts were extremely accommodating. Everything you need if you want to cook your own meals. The refrigerator was large and worked well. Filtered water was also complimentary and much appreciated on hot days. They also had an inflatable boat to paddle around in which was terrific. Clean and quiet, steps to the beach. Not much.
