Jana (9/5): - A very clean, pleasant apartment with a beautiful terrace. We were there in the off-season, so there wasn't much noise from the street. However, the second room has smaller beds – fine for women, I slept well, but it might be a problem for men. The biggest thanks go to Giulia, who is incredible—nothing is a problem for her, she always helps you, advises you, we even got lost on the beach on the first day and Giulia came for us by car. Marbel (10/5): - We can’t fully put into words how amazing and unforgettable our stay was. The host, Giulia, was incredibly sweet and caring from the moment we arrived. When my best friend had a severe migraine, she offered tablets and helped ease the pain. She gave us a tour of the apartment and even suggested a nearby hotel for a day trip at a competitive price. Our favorite moment was spending the day at the beach. The apartment was spotless with beautiful decor and fresh bedding. It was spacious—truly hugw and the photos don’t do it justice; it felt like heaven. We loved it so much that we stayed in the evenings to enjoy some girl time. I can’t recommend this place enough; it was outstanding and we had so much fun. We’re already looking forward to returning. The hospitality was second to none. You must book here!

Pulizia top e posizione fantastica. Il centro di Villasimius si raggiunge a piedi e tutte le magnifiche spiagge si raggiungono in massimo 15 minuti di macchina, anche piscina rei. Gentilezza e disponibilità di Giulia super top. Abbiamo soggiornato dal 20 al 25 luglio 2025. Nulla

Tj (10/5): Great size apartment close to everything! - Great size apartment, plenty of room, not that you will spend a lot of time inside as you are very close to the action in the main street as well as Sardinia's famous beaches. The host Giulia was super helpful and responsive, she directed us to some great places to eat and sun ourselves on the beach. There was nothing not to like.
Guy (7/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location, but the frequent electricity tripping was quite annoying - The apartment was really great, very spacious upstairs with great views over the town and just a short walk to the town centre. The balcony area is very large and perfect for evening meals The host was very nice and made us feel very welcome. It has all the facilities you need. The most annoying thing which really needs to be addressed is the electricity - you can't have more than 1 energy-consuming thing on at a time, otherwise the power trips and you have to go down to the car park area (3 flights of stairs) to turn it back on - this happened frequently and became very annoying. As I live in Sardinia I know this is common with residential properties, but there is the option with energy providers to pay a little more to increase the limit which I'm surprised this hasn't been done with this apartment. A few other details - it would be nice for the other double room to have a mirror. A soap dish or shower gel dispenser in the showers would be nice (there is no where to put the soap or shower gel)

David (4/5): The same but different and disappointing. - Accessibility to beaches and downtown 🏖️ Communication with the host 👋 The host now handles complicated garbage collection ♻️ Change of bed linen and towels mid-stay 🛌 Fuses fell out only once 🎉 This was our second stay at Casa #10. Soundproofing is a joke and we weren't so lucky with the neighbours this time. The daily morning grunts, furniture shoving, loud shouting and discussions during the returns from town around midnight, including running around in high heels, are exactly what turns your stay into a bag of frustration. Forget about sleeping with the window open. Bedrooms are not equipped with mosquito nets. In one of the bedrooms, the smell of an old church and a cute ant nest will make your stay more pleasant. The furnishings and the apartment itself show signs of wear and tear. The front door needs to be locked to keep it closed. The freezer door was already damaged 5 years ago. Wobbly dining table, dull knives and sharp pots. Cleaning could be more thorough. Hair on the floor, heavily dusted picture frames etc. Network speed ~8 Mbps. Would welcome garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, warm light bulbs in bedrooms or even a usable beach umbrella.

Radek (10/5): Beautiful apartment in an amazing location! - Beautiful apartment, clean and well equipped, within walking distance to the sea and the city center, in a quiet location. The apartment is spacious and ideal for longer stays.
