I arrived and everything was clean and comfortable with a good view. It was a very cozy place, big and nice. The mom gave me something to drink as I arrived tired plus the owner dropped me to the bus station early morning which was a super plus, thank you very much for making a pleasant stay at your place. Domaćini su vrlo prijatni i susretljivi. U avgustu je jako vruće, posebno na terasi, sunce je jako. Nama su nedostajali paravani ili roletne kako bi mogli duže spavati, sunce od jutra ulazi u sobu.

У номері було чисто, охайно, прибрано – все, як має бути. Господарі дуже привітні та уважні до гостей, завжди готові допомогти. На території є спільна кухня з усім необхідним для приготування їжі, що було дуже зручно. Кімнати просторі, світлі, з приємною атмосферою. Єдиний момент, який варто врахувати – готель розташований досить високо. Підніматися пішки може бути складно, тому бажано мати авто. Загалом – дуже рекомендую для тих, хто шукає спокій, чистоту та красиві краєвиди!

Є зручна спільна кухня з усім необхідним. Єдиний момент – дім розташований високо на пагорбі, тому без авто може бути важкувато. Але якщо вас це не лякає – дуже рекомендую для спокійного відпочинку з краєвидами
• Yegorovich (10/5): - Good location: three beaches and an old fortress is 15 mins from the guesthouse. Nice kitchen at your service. Really good wifi. Magnificent view. Balcony is always in the shade - so you can sit there any time of the day. Hard to drive and park. But it is typical for small mountain towns so it is not a minus.

• Allison (9/5): Great view - Gorgeous view over the city! I enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony. The host was kind, even provided some delicious homemade sweets. The room met my expectations, comfortable bed, enough space, clean. Driving to and from the property was stressful - steep, narrow, maybe one way but not marked as such streets and not completely reliable google maps in Montenegro was not a great combo. Not their fault of course, but not ideal with a car.

Everything was functional however. Some rooms have a bathroom inside the room, ours was down the hall, but it was dedicated to us. It is difficult to find the property, but if you use the location map on the Booking site, rather than Waze or Google, it will get you to the site.
• Gerard BENOIT (10/5): Une très bonne adresse à quelques minutes à pieds de la vieille ville. - Un hôte très sympathique. La chambre est grande, lumineuse et calme. Et une vue vraiment superbe depuis la grande terrasse où nous avons pris notre petit déjeuner (cuisine à disposition pour préparer l'essentiel) Tarif de la nuitée tout à fait raisonnable. À 10 minutes à pieds de la vieille ville (ok, ça monte au retour, mais rien d'insurmontable 😊) Sans oublier la place de parking et le wifi qui fonctionne parfaitement. Pas de rideau de douche mais on n'inonde pas non plus la salle de bain.
• Milly (9/5): Lovely hosts and great location. Highly recommend. - This is a lovely apartment to stay in while visiting Ulcinj. The balcony views of the sea and the old town were gorgeous. The location is very central with a 5 minute walk to the historic part of the town ans 10 minutes to two different beaches. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly making us very welcome. Great place to stay!

The views are stunning,owner was very welcoming and we were able to park our car in the drive. Room was a little outdated but did the job perfectly for the price.

• Miralem Reković (5/5): War ok aber nicht unbeding wieder. - Der Gastgeber holte uns vom Busbahnhof ab, die Mutter hat unsere Wäsche gewaschen. Anfangs sehr Gastfreundlich. Im Badezimmer hingen offene Stromleitungen. Mein Cousin hat einen Schlag bekommen. Der Gastgeber kümmerte sich auch nach aufforderung nicht darum. Jeden Abend wenn man vom Spaziergang in der Stadt zurückkam war die Haustür abgeschlossen und man musste den Gastgeber um (00-01 Uhr) wecken, damit er aufschließt. Desweiteren kamem unsere Freundinnen für einen Abend zu uns und wirden als Prostituierte betitelt. Ebenso ohne eigenes Auto aufgrund der Lage nicht empfehlenswert.

The hotel is located on a hill, and at first, it may seem that the road to the beach would be difficult. However, you can quickly reach the beach and back through narrow streets and a church. The two nearest beaches to the hotel were much more enjoyable than the city beach. The kitchen, rooms, and the entire hotel are very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The balcony offers a stunning view of the sea and the city. Additionally, on hot evenings, the balcony is always cooled by a gentle breeze. The hotel owners are very nice. Overall, the vacation was a success.

Bili smo u trokrevetnom apartmanu, koji je praktično garsonjera sa posebnim kupatilom, zajedničkom kuhinjom i prostranom terasom. Sve je bilo sjajno, nemam zamerke i ako opet budem dolazila tu sigurno ću izabrati ovaj apartman. Dopalo mi se što postoji parking ispred, kao i prelep pogled na more. Sve je kao na slikama. 😊 Sve je bilo odlično, nemam zamerke. Napomenula bih samo objekativno da apartman ima uspon od nekih 5 minuta računajući od Starog grada, ali to nije nikakva zamerka već jednostavno ili budite u kondiciji ili dođite automobilom. Nama nije predstavljalo problem ☺️
• Mona (10/5): Awesome views, great hosts & lot of privacy - Since we entered we felt like home. The hosts were so kind & welcomed us to their home in a really warm way. The room was really, really clean. It smelled so fresh! The location is amazing. The view was extra ordinary & definitely worth the way up. Especially if you keep in mind that clubs open in the evening down at the beach and just play awful music way too loud. So dont book accommodation down there & stay at this amazing place.

• bascheticalatoricom (10/5): - Locație în buricul târgului, aproape de tot ceea ce îți poți dori dacă alegi o cazare în oraș, nu departe de plaja, de centrul orașului, supermarket, de cetate (Old Town). Apartament curat, condiții decente, mobilierul clasic dar bine întreținut. Calitate preț corecta. Fudo si familia lui foarte prietenoși și primitori, ne-au consiliat pentru a vizita locații din zona superbe. Iar view ul de pe terasă si sunetul valurilor de dimineață fac toți banii 😊 Recomand!

• Jacqueline (10/5): Loved it and would always chose to stay there again! - It’s an absolute Gem with a lovely view on the ocean. Very clean kitchen and very clean room. The room smelled like freshly washed linen and also the towels were very clean, fluffy and smelled very fresh and nice. We had a fridge in our room, which was handy and there is also a shared kitchen with a stove and everything you need to prepare meals. It’s a family owned place and Fudo and his parents did everything to make our stay super pleasant and remarkable. Fudo offered to pick us up from the bus and drove us back there without us even asking for it and we found this overwhelmingly helpful and nice! The place is close to Liman beach, which is beautiful and also the old town and the church are in very close walking distance. If you have the chance to visit Ulcinj pay Fudo and his family a visit. Just as Information: We liked the exercise of walking up and down the hill but if you are elderly or have kids it’s probably easiest if you go by car. They also provide parking spaces for your car right in front of the house.

• Gamze (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay at Guest House Smajlaga was just perfect. When we came there, we were welcomed very kind with a fresh made lemonade. The room was beautiful and very clean. The host and the family are all very kind people and made our stay there comfortable. The view is amazing. Also its quite and calm there, because the Guest House is on top of a mountain next to the centar. Had a wonderful stay, thank you, we will sure come back.
