• Narelle (5/5): Okay stay - I liked it had a microwave and Netflix. It is a student dormitory accommodation. Hallways were loud with kids carrying on. The shower was cold, I didn't feel safe coming in and out of the property and the location was out of the way to anything of interest. I expected a hotel not a student warehouse.

• ramos (5/5): - The staff are good especially in the reception very kind&polite..i like their food also the complimentary breakfast it was very nice &worth it...Rooms are good&clean... When i arrive at the property nobody will assist/help you with your things/luggage in the down going up to the reception area even the other staff already see you that you need help but they just ignore you very different in the other hotels...1 complementary bottled water already open maybe the room attendant was forgot to check on it...wifi connection was very very slow&worst inside the room even there is router inside still you cannot connect your device...it was very disappointed especially when you are relaxing coming from the long flight overseas...even in the tv you cannot watch properly because of the poor wifi connection...

• Ame (10/5): - Checking-in was simple and swift. So much better than in Conrad Hotel and EDSA Shangri-la. Staff made you feel that you are an exceptional and special guest. Complete amenities with a small cushioned chair and center table which you can use for working and eating.. Best part is the room has "100's" of wall socket -all functional. Separate doors of bathroom from toilet room was a plus. Mattress is a memory foam. Pillows filled with faux feather if not real feather. Light controls were simple. Air conditioning system was very good. TV has no channels though but it is alright. None.

• Mohamed (1/5): Don’t do any laundry by hotel - My gf was staying there for a week, they ruined the laundry, mixed white and colored, and end up to buy new clothes, and they made no apology.

• Harold (6/5): - Upon arrival I was welcomed by front desk staff whom looked like university students. The initial encounter was great, however no one has mentioned that Internet services were down. Although I was given my access card along with my Internet access credentials which were not working at all. For which I was enforced to use my pocket wifi and pay for my own data to gain connection. Neither was my smart TV inoperable without Internet, neither did my Netflix and streaming services were available to work. It was challenging for me to get connected. Especially since I stayed for 2 nights. Upon checkout concierge has informed me that they were short of charging me for my early check in. However I replied that since I was not given any access to their Internet I refused to pay the extra on their error. As this was passed on to their management they waived the extra charge and wished me well outside the facility. It was unfortunate that I would have enjoyed another night however because of no Internet services I was quite disappointed with my stay.

• Miguel P. (10/5): - Our stay was comfortable and convenient. The rooms are well maintained and the staff are always available and accommodating. However , we notice that there are some equipment that distracts us in the evening like blinking lights emanating from the rotor located in the ceiling. There are also small insects found inside the shower room and toilet. In general however the services provided by the hotel is highly efficient and commendable.
