• Virginia (9/5): Great location just outside the old city - Very big room and a very comfortable bed. Nice view out a big picture window. Great to be able to park the car and walk into the old city in about 15 minutes. No hooks / racks in the bathroom. Very limited electrical outlets.

• Malado (5/5): - La place de parking et la proximité avec la plage. Quelques poids et un tapis de fitness disponibles sur place Aucun débit dans la douche, c’était très pénible pour se doucher. La douche était un vrai moment de calvaire. La propriétaire nous a indiqué que le débit était faible dans l’immeuble de manière générale mais que c’était encore plus accentué lors de notre séjour
• Francisco Javier (5/5): - The host was communicative before check-in and allowed us to leave our car in the property for a few hours after check out, which we appreciated. The room's tv and AC did not work. The property did not have water one morning.
• Fabio (8/5): Great lication, comfortable and clean with minir improvements would top notch. - The view was stunning, it was very clean, beautiful and comfortable space at a very managable and nice walking distance from the old town ( only 20 min)with many smenities nearby. Super comfortable bed. Tje little toiletries were a very nice touch. The shower was functional but weak. The Tv was not connected to power. An iron in the room would be grat. The parking was managble but a little tight.

• Jenny (9/5): - The room was clean and nice, the accommodation was in a really good and calm spot in the middle of old town. The host was very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was super easy and I would really recommend this accommodation!

• Guest (8/5): - La camera si trova a poche centinaia di metri da una bellissima spiaggia e a circa 15 minuti di passeggiata dal centro di Dubrovnik. È spaziosa e pulita, con vista sul mare. C'è inoltre la possibilità di parcheggiare in loco, cosa fondamentale per la città, che è praticamente irraggiungibile in auto. La consigliamo! Il prezzo è leggermente alto, ma in linea con gli standard di Dubrovnik. Non abbiamo avuto contatti diretti con l'host, che comunque è stata reattiva telefonicamente.

Letto comodo, bagno con grande doccia. Prezzo sicuramente non economico ma in linea con questa città carissima. Qualche macchia nella moquette e nella poltrona

• Peter (9/5): Fantastic apartment for 2 people. Great location and only a 15 minute walk to the old town. - Lovely room, great view , good locale and extremely clean and modern. Has a car spot which is quite rare . Makes commuting around the area very easy. The shower needs a little more water pressure but apart from that a great property.

• Elodie (10/5): - La chambre était beaucoup plus grande que ce qu'on avait imaginé, elle était très propre, très confortable, avec une belle vue sur la mer. Ana était très gentille et très disponible par message dès qu'on a eu des questions. On a pu se garer sur la place de parking le matin de notre arrivée et elle a aussi acceptée qu'on y reste l'après-midi de notre départ après avoir rendu les clés pour pouvoir continuer de visiter la ville. Le logement est à 20 minutes à pied de la vieille ville, si vous voulez il y a un arrêt de bus à 3 minutes de l'appart avec des bus direct (pensez à prendre le Dubrovnik pass (40€) si vous voulez visiter les remparts (40€ à eux seul), il vous permet d'avoir les bus gratuit également et accès à plein de monument dans la vieille ville donc très vite rentabilisé) Rien

The location was great for us, around 20 minutes walk (or 5 minutes on the bus) from the old town. And we hugely appreciated the free and safe parking. Thank you to our very helpful hosts.
• Ashley (8/5): Gorgeous stay in a quiet and accessible location! - Beautiful room & view, walkable to Old Town & castle, and very helpful and communicative staff! We opened the skylights & balcony doors to let a cool breeze through on a sunny day, and it was heaven. We had an issue one night very late entering the property, but the hostess was more than kind helping us out the next day and making it all up to us. Other than that… no complaints!

• Mansoor (10/5): A perfect place to stay in the most beautiful town of Europe - The room was very clean and new. The apartment has private parking which was great if you are traveling by car. It has bus stop just 5 min walk away. But you can walk to the old town in just 10 min. The bus is free after 5pm.

Very comfy bed and pillows, nice and dark with curtains closed, host was lovely, walk to the old town was about 15 mins. Also very close to a nice beach and a little food shop around the corner for essentials. Could hear neighbours etc so if you’re super sensitive to noise then maybe bring earplugs, but no big issue at all! :)

It was about a 15/20 minute walk to the old town which we enjoyed. Excellent communication from the owner . There was a lot of building work noise quite late into the night and early in the morning . However totally understand this is not down to the property !

• Michelle (10/5): Beautiful room in a beautiful city!! - The property was in the perfect location with a beautiful view of the sea. It was a close walk to markets, restaurants, and Old Town. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The host was awesome in accommodating our mixed up arrival since our flight was canceled and we weren’t sure when we would arrive. She left us with a cute souvenir of Dubrovnik. Thank you, Ana. A few towel hooks in the bathroom might have been nice but I had brought a few rubber ones that worked out fine.
• Loper (10/5): Exceptional - Green Room is a super modern 'mini penthouse' approx 20 min walk from Old Town Dubrovnik. The room has a view across the Adriatic. Parking was graciously provided at no charge. Ana met us on time and gave a thorough briefing. There is an elevator. We enjoy walking so the distance to town was OK - about 1/2 imile w hills

• Anonymous (9/5): Superior comfort close to the action but away from the crowds. - It’s a lovely, spacious and comfortable room in a great location. Just a 10-15 minute walk to the old town and all the action. It’s also on a well scheduled bus route if you don’t want to walk. The host,Anna, was extremely kind and helpful. The room has a lovely view over the azure sea. The basin in the bathroom and low water pressure.

We felt like in a brand new 5 stars hotel room, parking place is very convenient and very appreciated for Dubrovnik. A pleasant 15 minutes walk to the old city with nice views.

The service is excellent. Every question or doubt we had: was immediately taken care of. Extremely clean and functional. The landlord and the girl that met us were so friendly, made us feel like at home. Definitely coming back! One of the best accommodations we had been! All was perfect not even a detail that I didn't like

Very comfortable, and finished to a very high standard. Parking was hassle free and our host, Ana, kindly messaged the day before to confirm our parking bay. An easy 20 minute walk to the Old Town. Could not rate our stay any higher! Nothing to note, could not have been any better!
