• İrem (1/5): Berbat, vasat çookkk kötüü - Tesiste tek beğendiğim şey sahile yakın olması. Tesisin hiç bişeyini beğenmedik, özellikle ev sahibi aşırı kaba ve zorba birisiydi. Çok kaba bir ev sahibisin Nicola! Ayrıca bize burası montenegro Türkiye değil diyerek artistlik yaptı. Oda leş gibi kokuyor çok konforsuz ve temiz de değildi. Her saat başı klise çanı dışarıdaki insanların sesi, su sisteminin sesi gibi sesler yüzünden uyku uyumak mümkün değil. Yani hayatımda bu kadar kötü bir yerde kalmamıştım ve bu kadar kaba argo davranan bir ev sahibi görmemiştim. İlk görünce oteli beğenmedik zaten ev sahibi bize 100 euro verip çıkıp gidebilirsiniz diyerek tehdit etti. Park sorunu var park yerleri yok bu yüzden arabanız otoparkta kaldığı süre boyunca özellikle gece x2 para ödüyorsunuz.

He allowed me to check in earlier, gave me useful tips and the place is clean, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, working AC, WiFi and conveniently located in the heart of the old town Budva. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you for allowing me to stay at your beautiful place.

• Haydn (7/5): Great location for old town. - In the centre of old town. Comfortable enough. The Old Town Pub below is good. Foolproof directions provided to find the accommodation. The beaches are an easy walk. Good wifi. We were in room 3. The bed sits close to a bed site cabinet with a protruding, spring loaded drawer that will not close. Banging your shins on the bed is guaranteed as you squeeze past. It’s immediately obvious and should have been fixed. As others have mentioned from some months ago, the TV does not work. There is no TV signal. Either remove from the description or fix. The fridge sounded like a motor bike engine was running in the room, particularly late at night as outside noise subsided.

• Siv (8/5): Very good - Really busy when arriving in the night, and really difficult to find a parking spot when arriving by car, but excellent location in the old town!😊 The host was welcoming and helpful.

The location was perfect, communication was quick. I messaged the staff and asked if they could decorate the room with some balloons as it was my partners birthday and our anniversary and they did a wonderful job of this! Thankyou. Could have done with an extra pillow but that’s just being picky!
• Eni (6/5): Pleasant - The room was clean and great position at the central of Old Town! Room without kitchen and it was in the initial description of the facility. For 1week you couldn't do any laundry or hang the towels somewhere. And none changed the towels in a week. Maybe more convenient to get a hotel outside Old Town by close by, or get a real apartment with kitchen and washing machine! It wasn't neither a Hotel and neither an Apartment! Maybe just not suggesting it for families with kids

He took us to the hospital with his own car and waited there for us. He is a life saver. The rooms are in the middle of everything. I will stay there everytime I go Budva.

• Amsatan (8/5): Very good - The location is very good in the middle of old town and 1 minute to the beach. However, it was a bit chalenging to find it for the firdt time if you do not enter from the gate next to the hotel Astoria. The enterance is very bad like that you are entering to someone's private home with lots of clothes and stuff. The bathroom is very old with no amenities. In the morning, you may be woken up by a child's cry which is probably the owners child.

Bed is comfortable and there is a fridge in the room. Tv service did not work during our stay. The enviroment a bit noisy due to lot air condition outsise.

The old town is beautiful and cozy, the apartment is a cca. 7 min walk away from Mogren II beach which we liked best in Budva. The bus station is cca. 20 min away. The host is very nice and helpful, he helped guide us to the apartment as we couldn't find it initially. The room and the bathroom were completely clean. There is no common kitchen, which was not completely clear from the description. Very good value for the price. Nothing really.

Staff ( Nicholas ) was friendly and super helpful. Def recommend this place. My only suggestion is for the mop and backet not to be left in the toilet after cleaning.

• Dilara (9/5): Superb - The host- very responsive and helpful. The property is easy to reach and in it is just in the middle of Old City, all restaurants, beaches and clubs in the walking distance. The room was clean and quite big for city center. Last but not least- AMAZING view from your windows if you stay on the 3rd floor! Booking this property you should understand 2 things since it is just in the middle of touristic destination Old City: (a) cars are not allowed there, you have to walk 5-7 mins; (b) it gets loud, especially in evenings when all surrounding cafes and bars open.

• Macarena (9/5): location in old town - very good communication. I had a problem which was fixed in less than 10 minutes. He was always aware that everything went well. the location is fantastic. The room is a good size and everything is very clean. One day it rained and there was a leak in the room just above the bed at head height. That was uncomfortable, but it was solved with a change of room the next day.
