• Amber Vella (10/5): - The owner has made the space feel warm and comfortable. Well laid out and space to move around. The kitchen and furniture is all top quality making it easy to settle in and feel like home away from home. Comfy bed as well, and I know this as I have a bad back. Best bed of our entire stay in Croatia! The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials along with a nesspresso machine and kettle. She provided all the coffee and tea as well. Very nice when you don't want to go shopping for these little things. The bathroom is very clean, lots of counter space, large luxurious shower, and washer/dryer combo machine, shampoo, conditioner and even makeup remover with pads. Just like staying in a hotel. Better than my bathroom at home! The location is absolutely perfect, 3 minutes walk to 3 bakeries, and the edges of the Palace and waterfront. 8 mins to the ferry terminals and countless restaurants all within 5 to 10 mins walk at most! Being outside the Palace walls is perfect as you don't get the noise of the crowds, which there are many and it is ALWAYS busy. No dodging people as you pull you luggage to your apartment when you stay here, which is amazing! Quiet during day and night outside your room and you don't hear anyone upstairs and there are no neighbors beside you. It is on the ground floor but it is very safe, no weirdos wandering the streets that we saw and any time of day. It is nice again not to pull your luggage up and downstairs, even a carryon. There is a split AC / HEAT conditioner on the wall that works very well and is quiet enough if you wanted to sleep with it on. Wifi is strong as we worked remotely, and TV has Netflix on it and a few English Channels. The host was incredibly helpful, polite and kind. She met us when we arrived where our taxi dropped us off and walked us to the place. Very helpful over navigating it with google maps! If I had to be incredibly picky, maybe a small coffee table or nesting table for the living room space to enjoy a glass of wine on the sofa while watching tv. But there is a peninsula in the kitchen with stools to do this and side tables beside the bed if needed.

• karen (10/5): A real gem of an apartment. - Close enough to the centre, cool, lots of extras with a personal touch, washing up liquid, cleaning materials, beach towels, sugar, coffee, oil. It really does make a difference. Host was lovely and very helpful.

Ev sahibinin kızı Tania herşeyi en ayrıntılı şekilde düşünmüştü. Ev hakkında ve Split hakkında çok detaylı açıklayıcı bir dosya yapmış olması işimizi çok kolaylaştırdı. Ayrıca iletişim olarak kendine çok tatlıydı. Çok güzel bilgiler verdi. İlgisinden dolayıda Tania çok teşekkür ederiz. Başka bir ülkede kendimizi kendi evimizde gibi hissetmek bizim için bir lükstü. Bu tesisi tutarak çok doğru bir karar verdiğimize mutluyuz. Konumu old towna,otobüs duraklarına,feribot limanına,maarketlere,yemek yerlerine çok yakındı. • Rania (10/5): The perfect space, place and host for your Split getaway - Everything! It was a perfect home away from home. It had everything you needed. The host, Tania, was the sweetest - very kind, super friendly, and was very helpful with anything you needed, including sending suggestions and looking things up to help plan your excursions or restaurant needs. The studio apartment had everything you needed to have a comfortable stay, including a combination washer dryer, a spacious bathroom, toiletries, and a kitchen with all the amenities you would need. The studio was big enough to be able to spread out your luggage and still relax on the couch or use the desk Without being crowded. On top of that, the location was excellent. We were steps away from everything and the neighbourhood was very quaint and quiet at night. We loved it!

• Ingeborg (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay in a cozy apartment in the heart of Split. The apartment has a central and convenient location, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. It was very clean and nicely decorated, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. When I had a small accident involving broken glass, and she responded quickly and kindly, which I really appreciated. She also gave us lots of great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit – always available and happy to help when we had questions. All in all, a lovely stay, and I would definitely recommend this apartment to others!

• Liezel (10/5): Enchanting Stay in Split - The apartment was exquisitely appointed. Everything we needed. There were so many extras. Coffee, tea and not to mention the lovely bathroom products. Our host went out of her way to make us feel welcome and at home. She gave us so much info about the city and sights. It was one of the best stays that I've had in Europe.

I was looking for a place that was away from the crowd and noise but still close to town. This apartment was perfect. It has been renovated too with all the amenities needed. • Rabena (10/5): We would definitely recommend staying here if you visit Split. It was so lovely and Central. - Alemka and Tania were amazing hosts and the accommodation was so lovely. From the moment we arrived we could see that it was just as good as the images online. The kitchen is fully fitted and of a lovely standard with a large fridge and freezer too. The bathroom was perfect for our stay and the shower was really great. The bed was large and also very comfortable. The apartment was situated close to the Riva and the palace and this made our visit to Split even easier. The green market was so close, so we often bought fresh fruit from there and thee are also plenty of bakeries and shops near by, so we were able to taste all those lovely pastries. As guests we strive to be respectful wherever we stay and Alemka and Tania treated us with the same respect in return. They were so helpful and answered any questions we had before our trip and during. They gave us recommendations for local restaurants and cafes. Their time and knowledge was very much appreciated and it went a long way to make our visit to Split that much more enjoyable. Thank you Alemka and Tania for making our stay Split that much more enjoyable. If you get the chance to stay here absolutely do!

• Hannah (10/5): The best in Europe! - Everything was excellent! The love and care that went into making this place is incredible and is honestly the best accommodation I've experienced in Europe to date! The bathroom was fantastic! Clean and tidy! Has big shower, plently of towels, including beach towels for swimming. So much thought went into the amenities, like proper shampoo and conditioner, a good hair dryer (which is rare in Europe). Other things were available for use, such as shaving foam, first aid, nail polish remover etc. There was even a magnifying mirror for makeup and make-up remover/ pads. There was also a washer/ dryer machine which was amazing to get things washed and dried. There is also access to a clothes line outside. The bed was comfortable and there 4 pillows, which to me makes a room so much better and more comfortable. Lovely dresser for hanging clothes.  The air conditioning was great and kept the room cool in the 30-40 degree heat we had! The kicthen was great too, water chilled on arrival, pots, pans, cooking oil, salt and pepper. Many coffee and tea options as well and some yummy lollies. On top of all of that, the space was beautiful with art work and colours.  Tania (the host) was so lovely too. She introduced herself on arrival and offered to help with taxis, how to use ferries, good places to eat (including suggestions for dietary needs). Overall, the best stay in Europe I've had and I don’t say that lightly. I would give more than 10 stars if that was an option. Nothing! Except we didnt stay long enough! Only recommendation we would have would be to include microwave use instructions in the information folder which was on the bench. (It was a little confusing, but we figured it out all the same)

• Olha (10/5): I can fully recommend this apartment. - The best property I’ve ever been to. The host Tania is amazing, she was always helpful, kind and very welcoming. The appartment has got everything and even more. The kitchen is equipped with all the stuff: coffee maker, kettle, oven and dishwasher. The shower is super and there’s even a washing machine/dryer machine. The location is very convenient, you re in the quiet city center close to the farmers market. We are completely satisfied and we’ll surely come back. Thanks Tania!!! Nothing
• Sriya (10/5): Highly recommend :)) - Location was excellent, walking distance from everything we wanted to see in Split old town. The host, Tania, was incredibly friendly and helpful in every way. She also provided us a binder with many helpful tips/recommendations of things to eat/do around Split which was very useful. Furthermore the apartment itself is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures - it also had absolutely everything we needed including a washing machine/dryer for longer stays. Would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Split. Nothing at all - we had absolutely 0 complaints about the place.
• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Right from the start our host was in regular contact via WhatsApp to ensure that everything was just right for us. Living closeby, she was able to meet us at the apartment on arrival to introduce us to the facilities. The location is tucked away in a private location only about 7 minutes walk to the must-see historic old town. On the way, you will pass a small market for useful supplies, and a nearby 24hr traditional bakery that is worth a regular visit. The whole accomodation has been beautifully refurbished with new, modern and stylish fittings and furnishings. Every feature seemed to have been given thought and careful design. The place was immaculately clean, with every possible domestic consumable provided to make things so easy. The shower room is modern and well equipped. The shower itself is beautiful sight, being very large and well integrated into some of the old stone features if the building.
