• Anne-Marie (5/5): - Ljus lägenhet. Centralt. Rymligt. Internet fungerade inte, sladdar hängde från väggen men till vilken nytta? Ganska ostädat, syntes på strumporna… Inga glas och koppar. Detta har ju många andra påpekat i sina recensioner, men ingen ändring har skett.

• MICHAŁ (7/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja pomiędzy dworcem(10min), a starą częścią miasta(7min). Łatwe zameldowanie (otwieranie drzwi kodem, nie trzeba mieć klucza). Przestronne mieszkanie z balkonem i przyjemnym widokiem. Duża lodówka z zamrażarką i wygodne łóżko. W każdym pokoju klimatyzacja. Mimo bliskości ulicy w mieszkaniu było cicho. Rolety w oknach zapewniają spokojny sen. Czysta łazienka. Przede wszystkim brak podstawowych naczyń jak kubki czy szklanki, deski do krojenia oraz sztućce(za to bardzo dużo talerzy). Brak również kieliszków do wina, co we Włoszech powinno być w standardzie:) gospodarz przygotował tylko kilka jednorazowych kubeczków. Słaby kontakt z gospodarzem (późno odpisuje), niedziałające wifi i płyta indukcyjna.

• Daniela (9/5): Amplio departamento muy bien ubicado - Departamento amplio cómodo y bien equipado. La ubicación es excelente Cerca del centro comercial, cerca de la estación de tren La cama podría ser mejor. Me quedé solo una noche, no sé si tiene servicio de limpieza

No hay wifi: te pasan una contraseña que nunca funcionó Check in: mala comunicación es muy complicado ingresar códigos erróneos Y LO PEOR DE TODO: Viaje sola y a eso de las 23 hs me llamó un número desconocido el cual no atendí y luego me escribió al whatsap. un hombre diciendo que trabaja para la agencia me preguntó cómo estaba si ya estaba en la propiedad .. todo porque alguien le dijo que había ruidos. Los ruidos vienen de afuera está muy céntrico y se escucha todo. Yo estaba sola queriendo descansar y este hombre 23:30 pm seguía escribiéndome a ver si fui a cenar si quería recomendaciones l, si había podido ver tv …. Me dio muchísimo miedo no pueden pasar el celular a cualquier persona. Muy mala atención, no hay privacidad !!! Cuídense de reservar acá !!!!!

• Leocata (7/5): - La ubicación Llegamos a la noche y nos habían informado mal el piso y el departamento, el mismo estaba ocupado. Nos costó comunicarnos pero después de un rato pudimos.

• Osvaldo (7/5): - Property with high potential, as it is located in a strategic and pleasant area. The flat is a good size and very sunny. However, it is poorly managed. There is a coffee machine, but no coffee pods provided, nor any instructions on which capsules are compatible. There wasn’t even a courtesy bottle of water upon arrival. The dishes and cutlery were messy and dirty. Towels were not white and didn’t smell fresh or clean. The air conditioning units work well, but are full of dust inside. Staff are okay, but not particularly friendly. Suitable for a night or two at most.
• Vlad (10/5): - Very spacious and clean, the host was super responsive and helped fix a problem while we were away. Very close to the center and to the train station. Luggage storing at the day of the departure was 5 euros/bag.

Communication with Claudia was very easy and she provided us with everything we needed. Check-in is very simple, you receive a code to enter the building, then you will find the keys in a locker.

It’s cosier and definitely super good location. - The location is perfect, it’s near the old city, near the stores and grocery stores, also not so far from the train station. Everything was good. Wanted to use washing machine, but it was mold in the detergent compartment.

• Louise (8/5): Close to everything you need - The apartment looks better in reality, it is very close to the city center, the avenue with all stores and the promenade of the sea. The communication with the host could be improved.

• Sergiu (9/5): A place to book again - Very clean and extremely cosy apartment. Conveniently located and in walking distance from everything worth seeing in Bari. You get hote like services and staff is super helpful. Excellent value for money. A sharp knife and cutting board could come in handy. Also, the projector did not work when we wanted to use it during a rainy day. However, these are only minor inconveniences. A tip for future travelers but also hosts: the check in message does not say it but after you type in the door code, you have to follow it by "#" otherwise you can't get in.
• Mariya (8/5): Very good experience 🙌 - The apartment is in the middle of very nice district. Clean and spacious, perfect if you stay into rainy days too. Not well equipment kitchen, not a big knife, not cut board even one tablecloth.Just this small but important details at least for me as a person who likes to buy local food and prepare some pasta :))
• Nina (10/5): best bed ever - The apartment was spacious and very clean. Rooms are soundproof, Friday night gets quite busy on the street, but inside was quiet. The apartment has everything needed even for a long stay, 2 balconies with great views, even a washing machine. The bed is extremely comfortable, I usually have problems with beds, but this one was more comfortable than my own bed (was thinking of coming back just to stay in bed)! Communication with owners is very nice, even for confused people like me, the whole check-in and even opening the door is done on the phone. It was my birthday and they left me a rose as a gift! The towels were changed, although we stayed for only 3 nights, that wasn't needed. We also got replacement toiletries. You get an apartment with hotel quality service. Location is perfect - 5 min walk from everything, like train station, old town, etc. Plugs near bed, and at many other places. AC in both rooms, plenty of room for storage. We didn't use the projector, but can imagine how awesome that would be. The fridge is huge, the kitchen is well equipped. It is listed as pet-friendly. Highly recommended, would love to be back soon! I wasn't sure of how the opening the door through a link works, but they were very nice explaining it to me. That could be a problem though if you don't have internet on your phone. It was a bit cold, but in February, during the coldest time of the year, it's not the property's fault. A carpet would be nice in this situation, but I understand the problems with it, however, some other fabric could reduce the little echo in this huge room. Recommendation for the property - ask guests if they want towels changed, it can help save the planet if you skip it here and there, like in our case, we didn't need that. I found out there is only one item missing in this apartment - scissors!

The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions, shops, and restaurants. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff was always quick to assist with any questions or requests. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bari!

• Anastazja (7/5): Great apartment in central location, but challenging check-in - The apartment is located ideally, walking distance from central railway station and the old town. The flat is well-equipped and is great for longer stay as it is spacious, includes washing machine, iron, kitchen amenities and two big wardrobes. It has two balconies (one with table and chairs for morning coffee) with amazing view of Teatro Petruzzelli on one side and Palazzo Muncuzzi on the other. There is also a small elevator to get to the floor of the apartment. All in all, we were very happy with the place, however not happy with the check-in. Also, internet in the apartment worked in the evening only, not during the day, but once it did, it was a very good connection. Despite the flat being great, the check-in process and getting inside the apartment was challenging. I received many messages after booking an apartment with instructions and even pin code from the lock for the key, which once we arrived didn't work. WhatsApp support was not responding due to office hours, and after contacting Booking directly and calling Italian number of the host, someone opened the door digitally. We still didn’t have a physical key. Later that night, the link that was provided to us instead of a key, but it did not work either, and despite trying to reach someone via Booking, I didn’t get a response until much later. It was a stressful situation, especially with an early flight. In the end, someone through booking messaging opened the door digitally again, but without having internet on your phone, booking app and some Italian the situation could have been much worse.

• Grzegorz (10/5): Exceptional - Convenient location between Central railway station and Bari old town (10-15 min on foot each direction). Nice and well kept building with elevator (only slim person fits in). Easy check-in with key in the locker. Excellent communication with the host. Very well equipped apartment, air conditioning in each room (did not quite cope with extremely hot weather), blinders in windows, small terrace. Quiet inside in spite of city noise. Big screen to watch TV (if someone prefers over Bari). Nothing. For Information purpose - formal correspondence (to enter so called online check-in) in Italian only. However, the check-in language can be selected.

• Arjen (9/5): Highly recommended - Spacious, new, clean, excellent location. The roller blinds in the bedroom didn’t close therefore it was light very early in the morning. There is no bedside table or reading light next to the bed. Some noise from a glass container on the street.
