• Rubén (6/5): Mercedes sin aire acondicionado en agosto - La casa está en el centro de la ciudad, se puede ir fácilmente a pie a cualquier sitio La casa tiene nuevos el baño y la cocina, lo cual es de agradecer, y además, tiene los cerramientos modernos, pero las ventanas no tienen mosquiteras (solo dos ventanas y en una de ellas está rota) y, estando al lado del río y con calor, resulta un infierno porque te comen vivo, a ellos hay que sumarle que no tiene aire acondicionado y solo dos ventiladores pequeños e insuficientes. Es una pena porque se han gastado miles de euros y con 400 o 500 más tendrían mosquiteras y ventiladores de techo suficientes. Es como alquilar un Mercedes sin aire acondicionado en agosto con muchísimo calor. Por otra parte, encontramos la puerta de un armario colgando, lo cual podía resultar un tanto peligroso (se lo comuniqué al propietario nada más llegar), así como varias luces fundidas. El propietario debería revisar la vivienda con regularidad para corregir estos pequeños desperfectos

• M. Dolores (8/5): - Està net i el bany i la cuina estan molt bé. La situació és perfecta, al centre de Pisa. No m'ha agradat el matalàs del llit de matrimoni, s'enfonsa i el sofà-llit no és molt còmode. A les parets no els hi aniria malament una mà de pintura, están brutes i alguns interruptors i endolls de la llum, no van.
• Marko (6/5): - Central location great for discovering Pisa and also only a short walk away from the Pisa Centrale train station. Very convenient self check in and check out with clear and simple information provided by the owner via WhatsApp. The apartment is separated from another apartment by a thin, locked door in the living room (no lock or key hole visible from the apartment so you don't know at first is it locked or not and who can unlock it if it wants it to) - on first night we were very very surprised when neighbors returned home and we heard them for the first time practically like we were staying at the same apartment 😀 Maybe is not a big problem when you get use to it but this should be mentioned somewhere in the description for sure... Main light in the apartment's hall was not working.. Bed in the only bedroom is actually also a sofa bed.. Diluted hand soap in bathroom, only two rolls of toilet paper for 3 nights.

The location was perfect – very convenient and close to everything I needed. Communication with the host was easy and smooth, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The accommodation itself was comfortable and exactly as expected. The only downside was that it got very hot during the summer, and there was no air conditioning – just a fan, which wasn’t enough to cool the place down. It made the nights a bit uncomfortable.
• Roxana (3/5): Too expensive for what they offer - Pros: - The location - 14 min walk to the railway station and 20 min walk to the leaniing tower - pretty nice area with bars and restaurants on the nearby - the apartment is large enough for a family of 4 - the beds are comfortable - the bathroom and kitchen are nice -the apartment is equipped with what you need to prepare/have breakfast inside Negative points which can be annoying if you plan' to stay for several nights, easy to solve... -The apartment needs a fresh painting, the walls are dirty which gives you a bad feeling of rundown' location - humidity smell. We opened the windows and got OK. A - no air-conditioning and Pisa can be hot, over 30 degrees Celsius - no liquid soap for dished, no paper kitchen towels, no detergent for the dishwashing machine, no sponge for cleaning the dishes - the hand soap in the bathroom was mixed with water...we needed to buy a shower gel - the mosquito nets are broken or inexistent - the furniture/endowment are extremely basic, a boardtable for the bed is missing in the bedroom, there is just one beside lamp to use it for reading in the evening and no socket to plug it in... - the dining/breakfast area is too small for 4 people - the host has tried to overcharge us to pay city tax for a 8y kid, which is not on line with the local requirements

• Peter (9/5): Fabulous Pisa Apartment - Great communication. A little video on how to enter the apartments came on WhatsApp. Self entry was just brilliant I don't think there was anything we didn't like.
• Marta (7/5): Good for short stay, looks better in photos then in person - The location is just in between the train station and Tower of Pisa, very convenient for walking. The apartment is spacious. The host kindly arranged an early access to the property. Not very true to the photos, which are outdated, some of the furnishings and arrangement of the space has changed. No kettle or tea/coffee. There was a lot of noise coming from the main staircase.

• Luis (10/5): Great place but with possible bed bugs :( - Great communication, easy access. Spacious place for a couple or even four people. Close to plenty of things. Im not sure if exactly that, but I think we were unlucky in which the bed might have had bed bugs. We had trouble sleeping due to constant irritation in the skin, again, probably due to bed bugs.
