• Anna (8/5): - Stanza accogliente, pulita, provvista del necessario e comoda al centro. Ho trovato anche una bottiglia di acqua fresca nel frigo. Il bagno cieco privato, ma collocato al di fuori della stanza in uno spazio in comune con un altro appartamento

Un consiglio che dò e quello di specificare che il bagno non è in camera. - Piccola ma accogliente Materasso e cuscini del divano letto (cuscini pieni di aria ma vuoti, perciò si sprofonda con la testa) (materasso troppo sottile, ho già dormito in altri divano letti ed erano comodi). Il bagno non è privato (in camera) ma è riservato, perciò bisogna uscire dalla camera e rischiare dí incontrare quelli della camera affianco. Il bagno è RISERVATO, quindi potevamo usarlo solo noi.

• Robertox85 (7/5): una notte a Modena - la posizione, la pulizia. Ok per una notte. il divano letto scomodo, il bagno era pulito ma aveva un cattivo odore forse perché non aveva una finestra ma solo una ventola.
• David (4/5): Locatie prima, parkeren prima, - Verschrikkelijk bed (slaapbank) met een dun versleten matras, waardoor je de hele nacht op een stang ligt. Zeer oncomfortabel !!! Eigen douche en toilet maar in een gedeeld halletje.
• Petra (8/5): W hebben genoten. Dichtbij het centrum, bakker en supermarkt. Alles werkte goed. Het waren harde bedden maar dat vonden - De ligging Het slot openen waar de sleutel lag was moeilijk te openen. En het parkeren op straat

• Jennifer (9/5): Great apartment for short stay! - The bed were comfortable and the location was great! They offer a discount at a local cafe that you can walk to. Perfect for our family of 5! The toilet was continuously running throughout the night. I told them the next day, but we only stayed one night. Hopefully, they fix that for the future guests.

• Loubna (5/5): Clean but not realistic to the description - The apartment was clean and the bathroom also There are two apartments in the same house. But the bathroom it’s outside the bedroom, so you need to leave the apartment in order to enter the bathroom so so you may encounter or bump into other guests. So overall it does not make you feel really comfortable or safe either. Also the apartment is really small

• Gabriele (4/5): Disappointing - It was clean, and there were enough towels/cleaning soaps and drying machine for hair At home there is everything needed to cook but salt: when we asked for salt, we received an answer with an offended language- we just wanted to cook pasta . Even it's written bathroom is private; you have to leave your room to reach bathroom and in the way; there is another room so it's possible that you might encounter other guests-not comfortable at all. It was noisy during the night! We were able to hear neighbors like they are in our room..

• Marquita (9/5): A nice and comfortable home away from home - The apartment is situated on the second floor, and is also served by an elevator. Rooms were large and bright, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The self catering flat is also equipped with very fast WiFi. The building is located in a quiet area but convenient shops, a restaurant, bar and pizzeria are all well within a short walking distance. I Portali Commercial Centre, Maserati and Ferrari Museum can also be reached on foot. A delicious breakfast of cornetto and capuccino, is included in the price, although the bar is situated about 1.1km away. The Duomo and Ghirlandina are also within reach. The kitchen was well equipped except that there were no kettle and microwave.

• Daniel (3/5): Inconvenient and misleading information - The place was clean, the sheets as well. The bathroom is not in the room. You have to pass through a shared hallway which leads to the neighbor's room. This is a former 2 rooms apartment converted into 2 studios. You need to get dressed and put your shoes on to go to the bathroom and lock the bathroom door every time. It's inconvenient and the location of the bathroom isn't shared anywhere in the presentation. It was a surprise. This is the truly unpleasant part. The room is very small and there is no bed, just a very uncomfortable pullout couch. The mattress is surrounded by metal bars which stand higher than the rest and you will hurt yourself sitting down and getting up. The walls are very thin because this is a room in an apartment. You can hear everything the neighbors say and the neighbors can hear you. There are multiple inconveniences which put together make for a stressful stay.

• Pascal (9/5): Great place for families - One smart TV on each room (3), One climate air cond per room (3), confortable beds, large wardrobes for storing clothes on each bedroom, kitchen made for 6 persons with oven and induction hobs. Free park places on the street. Close to the city center (15 minutes by foot)
