There was a small kitchen which would have been perfect for self-catering if I had stayed longer. The hosts were warm and helpful too. A flatter pillow would have been good, but that's a personal preference.

• Cheryl (8/5): Lovely apartment, good location, not well insulated from noise. - Very good location, very safe. The room was tastefully done with high ceilings, unique furnishings. The host was at the location, let me check in early, helped me with my luggage up a flight of stairs. Very nice couple. It has quite thin walls, you can hear anyone coming or going like they are in the room with you. The water tank is loud when it’s being used and flashes a blue light you can see at night.
• Damir (10/5): - Lokacija je bila baš onakva kakva nam je trebala obzirom da smo išli na Zagrebački maraton. Osoblje susretljivo, mogli smo se otuširati poslije utrke koja je završila nakon uobičajenog izlaska.
• Peter (10/5): Kleines Zuhause in Zagreb. - Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, der Check-in völlig unkompliziert. Es gab Hinweise auf Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung ist einen kurzen Fußweg von Bahnhof Straßenbahn entfernt, alle interessanten Dinge in der Stadt sind schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist in einem Altbau mit hohen Decken, schön, sauber und komplett und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hat ein bequemes Bett, einen tollen Sessel ;-) und ein recht großes Bad. Sie hat einen Balkon (geteilte Nutzung mit einer weiteren Wohnung des gleichen Vermieters.). Zwischen Wohnung und Treppenhaus gibt es einen kleinen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Sofa, Infomaterial zu Zagreb und einem Durchgang zum Balkon. Es gibt einen Supermarkt und ein Cafe ganz in der Nähe. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und bin während meines Aufenthalts in Kroatien zweimal dort gewesen. Mich hat es nicht gestört, aber man sollte es vielleicht wissen: Der Balkon befindet sich bei dieser Wohnung (bei er anderen nicht) direkt vor dem Fenster. Wenn andere Gäste sich dort unterhalten, hört man sie also. Für mich war der Balkon insgesamt ein trotzdem klar ein Plus.

• Shevchenko (8/5): A pleasant place for a short stay - The hosts were super nice — they explained everything clearly and even let me check in earlier, which I really appreciated. The apartment itself is nice and the bed is very comfortable. However, I was placed in a unit without an actual outside window — the window faced an inner balcony and was blurred for privacy, which made the room feel closed off. It was fine for one night, but I wouldn’t want to stay longer without natural light. The sound isolation was also quite poor. I could hear everything my neighbors were doing — their TV, conversations, etc. I had to use earplugs, and even then, some music started playing late at night, which made it hard to sleep without them. Overall, it’s a pleasant place for a short stay, especially thanks to the friendly hosts, but it’s not ideal if you’re sensitive to noise or need daylight.

• Steven (9/5): Amazing apartment - Welcoming and attentive hosts. Held luggage for us. The place exceeded all expectations (except location). Very comfortable, spacious, quiet. Neighborhood seemed a little rough with buildings with graffiti, no nearby amenities. Center of town was walkable, but so many things were closed on a Sunday we had to scrounge for what we could find.
• Renate (10/5): Ein sehr guter Ort, um von dort Zagrebs Alt-und Neustadtzentrum zu Fuß zu erkunden. - Lage: nah zum Bahnhof, zum Zentrum, ruhig, einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen, gut durchdachte Ausstattung für Städtereisende in der kleinen Küche und im Badezimmer (Handtuchhaken, Bügelbrett und -Eisen, farbliche Markierung des Schlosses an Schlüssel und Eingangstür). Sehr schön ist auch der in die Küchenzeile integrierte alte und besondere Kachelofen und die Möglichkeit, sich auf einem Balkon auszuruhen. Helena und ihr Mann sind sehr liebenswürdig, hilfsbereit und Helena spricht hervorragend gut deutsch, ihr Mann englisch. Ich mag keinen Nescafé, eine Möglichkeit, einen Kaffee zu brühen wäre schön, z. B. sehr unkompliziert mit einer kleinen „French-Press“.

It was quiet at night and just a step away from the lovely University botanic garden and the train station (not to mention the lovely bakery Korica up the street. The communication prior and during my stay was very quick and efficient and the owner was very nice in helping me with my luggage.

Está ubicado en un edificio antiguo en la zona llamada la herradura de parques en un excelente sitio respecto al centro histórico y turístico. Aunque había que subir algunas escalas y con maletas puede ser difícil el personal fue muy atento ofreciendo ayuda. Excelente. Lo mejor el baño!

The only thing it could improve, from my perspective, is the check-out time: 10:00 hours might be too early. Two more extra hours would be perfect.

Очень чистый номер с кухней (плита, холодильник, тарелки, кружки, чайник, микроволновка, столовые приборы, есть даже вафельница и чай). Любезный хозяин, все расскажет, покажет и поможет решить любую проблему. Можно с животными. К животным вообще в Хорватии отношение хорошее: на пляжах очень много собак. Наш номер был напротив входных дверей и все три ночи было слышно как люди ходили и разговаривали. Дом старый и изоляция хромает. Второй момент это парковка. Рядом с номером парковочная зона 1. Она платная даже по воскресеньям. Вторая зона находится в 10 минутах ходьбы от отеля и платная до 15 часов субботы, в воскр - бесплатно.

• Gabriel (10/5): Lovely flat with a personal touch. You will love this place! - I loved this apartment. The roof is 4m up, it’s a historical flat that feels like home. It has a nice balcony, is based in a good location and the flat is just beautiful. Tha landlord is very helpful and friendly as well.
• Sheridan (10/5): If I were travelling to Zagreb again, I would stay here. - Absolutely lovely accommodation in the centre of Zagreb with nice decor and high ceilings. The room is very comfortable and facilities were great. It’s located about 10 mins walk from the train station and 15 mins walk to the centre, but there were restaurants and bars closer than that if needed. Shared balcony overlooking greenery was also a bonus, and our host was friendly and helpful.

The hosts were quick to reply and always helpful. Also the area is quiet and safe. The sofa bed is in the same space than the bed. Not a critique but just for people to know as the pictures show more than one apartment and may get a bit confusing, i thought the bed was in another room.

Very accommodative in both check-in and ability to hold luggages after checkout. Lovely view of a small park with small balcony (in our case). Family of 4 and we were all comfortable. Has separate entrance area, kitchen/living/bedroom, and a large bathroom.
